Woman owned business and I love buying from them. Big great selection.

Decided to start shopping here because its closer than my regular hair store and its black owned. My experiences here have usually been great but today was not the case. I guess the worker was tired or I am not sure because when we came in she was sitting in a chair in the back either sleeping or about to go to sleep. We received no greeting and when she did finally get out of her chair she was huffing and puffing. She also cut me off when I was telling her what I was looking for vs what I was buying and she cut me off to tell me my total as if she did not have time. Unfortunately, this place has lost my business. I was willing to pay the higher prices but if thats the service that I will get I think I will save my money.

I sat in the car, but my girl said the staff was friendly, good prices, and it was clean. Not too busy she was in and out so I was happy.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. But store was in well stock. Lot of empty shelfs. But I know its due to the pandemic.

I wanted to buy some hair products and possibly another wig. I have to say they werent a lot if options. This place must be popular because all of the shelves were pretty bare.

I ordered braiding hair online, the store had lots of options at reasonable prices. My order shipped in a timely manner and arrived on the date promised. All in all Im very happy with experience, Ill be ordering from here again.

I contacted Beauty and Bar to refund my money for the products that I ordered, I was told that the have a non- refund policy and to contact the vendor myself if I am not pleased with their products. I found this to be quite unprofessional. Any company with such a policy, I will not do business with, as there are so many other vendors online and locally that sell the same products. That is my policy.

I called the store and was looking for a particular brand of hair that I always purchased in Atlanta. Although they did not have the hair I was looking for, the young lady Marie, (possibly the owner) was so helpful that she looked online to see what I was inquiring about an offered an alternative. You fairly find exceptional customer service while physically shopping inside of Beauty supply stores, I was on the phone and she exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be spending my money at this location. KUDOS to you Marie! Thank you
