Was recommended by the owner’s husband (Shift Works). When I called to ask questions about the problems I was having with my car I got Kerrie (the owner) and explained to her what her husband thought was possibly wrong. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I eventually took my car to Jamm III and Kerrie said that she would call me once they started inspecting my car. She called me back and informed me of what was wrong with my car and explained what needed to be done and was upfront with the cost. Once my car was ready, which was an awesome turnaround (repairs were not rushed, but at the same time they did not have my car for eternity), Kerrie called me and explained everything that was done and the price that she quoted me originally had decreased. She saved me A LOT of money and I really do appreciate her! She was professional in every aspect from the first time speaking with her over the phone to when I picked my car up after completion of the repairs. I HIGHLY recommend Jamm III for all of your auto repair needs if you’re looking for a repair shop that does not pressure you to get anything done that isn’t needed (honesty goes a long way with me) and who are professional, knowledgeable, informative, affordable, and family-oriented. Ok, so Im a professional mechanic by trade. I know a good shop/mechanics when I see them. These have to be the most kind,interesting,talented, and dedicated bunch in Georgia. There are no shadetree mechanics here. They use quality parts, and accurately troubleshoot the problem and fix it the first time. Every one of them are a blast to be around, and actually have a personality/sense of humor. I cant thank them enough for custom fabricating my Exhaust Y-Pipe for my 1984 Ford F150, which i was turned away by many shops to do so. They are not afraid to take on anything, and the entire family is/was welder fabricators. And does it show!!! Their welds/bends are incredible, and this pipe will surely last a lifetime. They are worth every penny I paid them, and then some. JAMM III has earned a lifetime customer. You should not feel any hesitation to take anything you own there, they will surely treat you right. Kudos to this bunch of professionals, its refreshing to find a shop this day in age that take their craft seriously, and keep such high quality.When I called Kerri on the phone, she said we have the best 2 welders/fabricators in Georgia. She was right on the money!
