This was my first encounter with this dealership and it’s service department. Brandon Marable in service was outstanding! I recently purchased my 2016 Scion FR-S five days prior to this dealership visit. I needed to inspect my vehicle on a service lift over my head to verify the condition of the undercarriage and he obliged with no problem. I spoke with the ASE certified technician that was maintaining my vehicle and felt very comfortable. I needed a set of tires and Brandon was able to let me view his screen for a sport equivalent tire to my needs and the ratings on the tires he was very accommodating to my needs. He even printed me the spec sheet on the tires which I was very grateful. I reviewed with him changing the fluids in my vehicle and he was very helpful in that respect as well. Brandon is a valuable asset to your company and I would recommend your facility to anyone that would ask me and advise on Brandon’s stellar level of customer service satisfaction. Thank you Brandon for everything I will make sure to return to your facility when maintenance is needed on my vehicle and only ask for you to assist me in my future needs. Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. Dealer James Anderson is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered. He made my dream come true that I didn’t think would be possible right now. You can buy a car from any dealership, anywhere. But I chose this particular dealership because of the customer service that Abby provided. She isn’t just another run of the mill car salesman, she’s someone that earned my trust to get me into a car that fit my lifestyle AND my budget. I have been to this particular dealership upwards of 4 times and none of the previous sales people showed me they were invested in my time and money like Abby did. She’s not just good with cars, she’s also great with people. I hope this team understands what kind of employee they have working for them and promote her fast. I will continue to come back to Hendrick Toyota and work with Abby.
Timeliness of their service is kinda lacking. I dropped my 4Runner off with a scheduled apt. @730 for a NC inspection, oil change, wash. I asked if it could be done by 1230. Technician said it shouldn’t be a problem. I called around 1230 and vehicle still wasn’t done, the person on the phone ensured me they would call as soon as it was completed. They never called so finally I called them around 230, the lady answers and said yes it’s been done. Now it may not be a big deal for some people but when you have scheduled visits to do for work and you get 30 min lunch break… their lack of communication to their customers is not top notch.Good thing is my car wash was amazing and they did an excellent job with that.
I took my car in for service a few days ago, and left it in Autumns care. She was so friendly and I appreciate the way she able to work with my crazy schedule. I wasnt expecting to pick it up for a few days, but it was ready the very next day! My car was as good as new and the cost was not nearly as bad as I thought. It wouldnt have been possible without Autumn and her amazing customer service!
Gabe was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I felt like the environment was very laid back and did not feel pressured during the time I spent there. The process went very smooth and was faster than what I have become accustomed to when buying a vehicle. Would recommend.

We desperately needed a new car since our old one died earlier today. We tried Kia and Hyundai before coming here. The service was light years better, we got the car we wanted at a fair price and we werent held hostage all day long. Raul Rivera was exceptional from the moment we drove up. He met us outside immediately unlike the other dealerships where we had to go in and ask for a salesperson. We appreciate Raul for taking care of my mom previously and my father today.
Abby was a great help. I talked to her on the phone about used cars I was looking for for my teenage son. I told her a make and couple of models I wanted. Sure enough a couple of weeks later she called with the exact make and model I was looking for! Great customer service.
KJ was amazing! Not only taking the time to answer all of my many questions but took time out to make sure I was comfortable with finances and it worked in my budget. Service section:The team has always been so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We had worked with Sho & Alex for each maintenance visit. I remember during covid peak time- the team seemed stressed and understaffed- but they still worked together to get to every one with a smile.Today I went again- and as always- they greeted me with a smile- recommended what was needed for my truck.Appreciate you and the whole team!Sales:I haven’t had a pleasant experience with the sales side the few times we did attempt to purchase- but maybe in the future we could give it another try.

We had a wonderful sales person that was trying to be helpful. We asked to look inside a vehicle that we were very interested in and the sale manager said no without giving him all of our details. We were not asking to drive it of which needing all of that would be understandable but just to look in the vehicle. The only reason I give this a two star is because the sales person having tried his best to help us.
After doing an online car value through the Hendricks website I went to an appointment set by the dealership. Once I got there I had to wait 15 mins before someone came to help me. I was there for almost 30 mins before they final let me look at the vehicle I was interested in. They do not streamline any process and don’t really care about a customer time. They then offered me less than what their website said my car was worth to them. It gave me a 24 to 28k value to trade in to their dealership. My vehicle has no issues except needed 2 tires. They offer my $23 on my car and wouldn’t even entertain a conversation for more. I didn’t buy a vehicle from them and never will. One of the biggest rip offs of a dealership in Fayetteville. Go to anyone else except them is my advice. The vehicle I was looking at was also over priced by at least 4000 dollars. Not a good dealership.

I recently bought a new Tacoma from this location. I went in a few weeks prior and talked with Raul, one of the sales reps here. He was very informative and up front. My experience talking with him is what brought me back once they had a truck with everything I wanted. Raul worked with me through the process with professionalism and most importantly like a real person. It was like having a friend walk me through the process of getting into a new truck. What isn’t amazing however is I still do not have permanent plates on my car (that I purchased in September) and I cannot seem to get a straight answer. And what does the lady receptionist (the male receptionist has been understanding of the situation) tell me? Go to the DMV myself and get new temporary plates. And who is paying for those? Hmm…

So, last April I purchased 4 new tires WITH road hazard warranty. I had a tire go flat Wednesday. Went back to find out if the warranty would cover any part. Was told what it would cover and had them check on the tire. Was called back to the service desk to be told that they had bad news. When I purchased my tires they Didn’t come with a road hazard warranty as told at the time of sale. So, no coverage, no help, no work to try and make things right. Just an offer to sell me new tires again. Sorry, already played that game once with you. I left and went to Firestone, better tire, better service plan. Also, already have LIFETIME alignment with them. The associate by the name of Alex who took care of me throughout my entire experience was very professional and courteous. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about my vehicle himself and recommended additional services that I should consider. After he and the mechanic spoke I was informed of further service and repairs. I agreed to have the recommended services except for one. Which I plan on having done in the near future. Plus the day after we picked up our vehicle we noticed a sound coming from the AC unit. I contacted Alex and he told me it was probably a leaf that accidentally fell behind the cabin filter. I brought my vehicle back and Alex personally opened the cabin filter and removed the leaf/leaves. Overall I want to give a shout out Alex, he truly made our experience smooth and pleasurable. Fred who shuttled us back to our house so we could retrieve our 2nd vehicle was great too.

I will never purchase or lease a car from this dealership again. I went into the dealership to see if they would buy my 2019 vehicle that is in excellent shape and low mileage. First they told me that they can no buy my car because of the lease per their boss. I told them that I already spoke to Southeast Toyota which stated that I could sale my car to a Toyota dealership. They then came back and offered me below trade in value which was 16,000 and they offered 15,000. My car is worth on Kelly blue book 23,000 to 24,000 at least. I would have agreed to 21,000 or 20,000 but they did not give me a chance to negotiate or work the numbers. This dealership is full of it because they say they need cars because there are no cars on the lot except for trucks, vans and SUVs. The only car they have are “demo” cars to test drive. They call you when they want your car but when you want to make them an offer this happens. This experience has been so distasteful
