Took my friend’s car in to have tires and alignment. They “recommended” that we needed over $5000 in repairs! Tires and alignment were not priced bad (under $500) but everything else was even higher than the dealership! I was shocked. They are professional and polite, but they were basically throwing parts and repairs at the car that it didn’t need and waaaay overpriced! (Took to another local shop and got quote to have all repairs done for under $1200 for comparison.) As I said, tires and alignment were priced okay, everything else...Wow just wow! Get a second opinion!

I had a flat tire and it was repaired quickly (in 45 minutes) and the service was friendly and professional.

Had one good experience that made me choose them but after multiple bad experiences and shady explanations I’d say this is not the place to get your car aligned. Unsure if it’s negligence or laziness but after two alignments and all new suspension parts my car still pulls pretty bad. Will never use them in the future because of these multiple bad experiences in such a short time.

Chad and his crew always take care of me. They are honest people and do great work. I had a problem with them once in 5 years and they fixed it immediately and accepted responsibility that it was a small oversight and didnt blame it on something else and charge me more for it. Love taking my car to them.

Mike and the whole team is great. After calling at least 10 different shops in Fayetteville about my brakes they were the only ones to give me options. My brakes were shot and everyone was charging $250-$300 for two brake pads and rotors which Includes warranty which I verbalized that I didn’t care for because I was trading my car back in, in a few months. They were the only ones who worked with me on declining the warranty. Honestly I didn’t even know I had that option until speaking with Mike. That tells me that they listen and also stand by their service. Very honest and reliable. I’ve waited 3 months to write this review mainly because I wanted to see if the service I received would hold up. And it did. I’m in the middle of looking at new vehicles and haven’t had a single issue with my brakes. It doesn’t matter if I decide to get a new vehicle or not I’ll be coming back here for all my services. I’m a GM at a restaurant so my speciality is customer service and they nailed it. Which is pretty major for auto shops. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome team that takes the time to explain what is wrong. Does not overcharge like a lot of other places and treats everyone with respect. Glad I found them when I moved here years ago. I wont take my car anywhere else.

I havent had the pleasure of actually paying this store for services but theres a great reason for still leaving a positive review. I went there to purchase a new tire due to getting a large, rude metal object lodged in a tire.While there, the super cool guy behind the counter (sorry, cool guy, I didnt note your name) told me that I should simply buy a tire patch kit and that would most likely fix the tire. I followed his recommendation, saved a few bucks, and am very grateful to him for his honesty and forthrightness in guiding me to a less profitable for him but more favorable for me option. Thanks, cool guy.

Awesome service. Called about seven different shops around town to get some brakes replaced on a time crunch as I needed to drive to Saint Louis that day. Not only did they have time for me, they did it quickly and explained what they were thinking. I do a lot of car work on my own, so when I told them I didnt want a sensor wire they werent pushy or irritated. Prices were good too, of course everything is cheaper if you do it yourself, but as a student living in an apartment without jack stands, ratchets, etc, I didnt mind paying for the quick service. I had horrible experience with Fayetteville Tire and Auto. I strongly advise people to not go here! In installing my brake pads, they failed to turn the rotors correctly and cost me about $500 in new rotors and new brake pads. I tried to get them to fix the brakes under their warranty but they dont take appointments and after several weeks of trying to get my car in to get fixed, I gave up and went to Sears. A good auto repair shop should take appointments to fix their mistakes. I tried to get them to then pay my bill for repairs and they refused. This is a sleazy auto shop that has poor mechanics and very poor customer service.

I was on my way to Springfield and got a staple in my tire coming into Fayetteville. They got my flat fixed and back on the road in no time

I called to ask them if they could set the tire pressure monitor system on a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. They told me they could so I drove about 30 miles to their shop. When I got there they acted a surprise that I drove up in a Mitsubishi Outlander! Oh, we cant do that it takes a special scanner that we dont have. Have you tried Kia? They used to have a Mitsubishi dealership in there. Yeah, I tried Kia. They used to have a Mitsubishi dealership, but not anymore. Obviously they took their tools with them. Obviously, the reason I called them before I drove 30 miles was to make sure they could do it. And they tell me they can. If I could give them zero Stars I would.

Always had good luck with this place and the guy at the desk is really easy to talk to.

Ive been going to this shop for over 10 years. Ive always felt that they were being fair in all of my dealings with them, and they have kept my vehicles in good shape.

They guys here are fantastic. They do not try to sell you what you dont need, they tell you (honestly) what can wait and what needs attention right away.

Dont go here unless you want to waste money. I got a used truck and took it here to use my warranty and have a mechanical diagnostic (not computer diagnostic like you get at auto zone for free). Well the only thing they could find wrong was somethin the warranty couldnt cover. Dirty after market air filter. Which they didnt replace jus cleaned for 50$. And then they charged me 50$ for what auto zone does for free. I took it to a different shop and they fixed multiple things my warranty covered. DONT GO HERE
