My 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor I recently got about 2 months ago started having a almost grinding/howling noise coming from the transmission so I took it to aamco transmissions and auto care they looked at the transmission and it was good so they then looked at the rear differential and there was chunks of metal and smaller pieces. So I then took it here (Absolute Drive Axle Inc) and had the rear differential rebuilt. It is butter smooth now and no more noise so far after a month of driving it later (after rebuild) and for only 1.1k including labor and parts, taxes were $77. I would highly recommend this place if you are having rear differential problems, want to upgrade, and or rebuild. It will take 1-2 weeks as they have a lot of other cars to work on in there small parking lot.

These guys work late to get your vehicle right. I am so happy to have such great guys working on my truck and making it perfect. Out of any places that do lifts, this will be the only place I go and trust with my show truck.

I won’t give you five stars because of how I was treated when I called about my wheel being damaged but I won’t give you one star because you did do the work I asked you to do even though it wouldn’t work. Just wish you would have been a little more respectful and understanding that I would never have tried to pull one over on you about my wheel especially when I trusted you to perform work on my vehicle not once but twice. Accidents happen and though I can’t prove that your shop accidentally damaged my wheel, I also know I had only had those wheels put back on the day before I took it to you and I didn’t drive it near any curbs. It actually looks like it was rolled backwards against something that would gouge the wheel. It had rained for three straight days after picking up the vehicle and I didn’t notice it till I called you. No reason to bring it to you to look at it when I don’t feel like arguing about something that I can’t prove but as an honest customer that has trusted you, you should know I wouldn’t try and get over on you nor have I asked you to pay for the damages.

I have to say I am absolutely 100% satisfied with the service provided. I was getting price quotes of about $2000 from other places to replace my clutch and axle. I paid a little under $1300 for both services at this shop. I know it’s a lot of work to change a clutch and I appreciate the time and effort that it took to make sure my car was in working order. They work on more than axles, and are priced great, especially for custom work. If you have a custom vehicle check with them first. I had them work on my suspension (72 Cutlass convertible) and they were fine with me ordering parts from summit and having them shipped there.
