Who knew that purchasing a vehicle would be a great experience?! On a Saturday night, I decided I needed a larger vehicle for my two growing puppies. Because of the excellent reputation that Lewis Auto has, I went to their website first. Bingo-found exactly what I needed. A 2013 Subaru Outback. I sent an email through there online site requesting a call back on Monday. Sure enough, at 8:30 Monday morning I was talking to Cale and made an appointment to drive the car that same day. After inspection, the only thing to resolve was the price. They came down just enough for me to feel very comfortable about the purchase. I cant say enough about how professional, kind and fun this group is! Thanks again to Cale, Shelby, Taylor and all the others that made this buying experience so pleasurable.

Horrible experience buying my truck from Lewis. I had to make repairs to the vehicle I just bought from them to get it running right. It took their worthless mechanics three weeks to finish it, and cost me almost $1k. I will never recommend this place, nor go back even if they were giving away new vehicles.
Really enjoyed working with the Lewis Team. They have a great team that is very knowledgeable and dedicated to getting you the vehicle you are looking for. Ive been buying Chevrolet trucks up until now for the least 15 years and merely came in to see the difference in quality between the Silverado and The F-150. Ford takes the cake these days. Not only is it a superior product but the customer service is excellent. These guys feel like a true local dealership and they work to get your business, not something you see much from dealers at all these days. Highly recommend.

Lewis automotive group is not a good place to do business . I bought a cash car from them, the Salesman was ken. I called on severap occasions over 2 months asking about the title that they said wasnt in then I receive a letter from DMV so I had to show face, once there oh wow the title is in. How do you charge a title fee but wont even as much call the buyer when the title is available. Im not even going to begin on the money Ive spent trying to fix it. Never again. And Ill make sure others know about this terrible experience.
If you want to pay $120 JUST FOR A DIAGNOSIS OF WHAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE WRONG WITH YOUR CAR, this is the place to go. If you want to be charged $500 FOR A PART THAT IS $60 AT O’REILLY’S, this is the place to go. I will not be getting my vehicle serviced here.

We purchased a 2015 Toyota last week. Called with some serious questions and cannot seem to get a call back. We have purchased from Lewis before with no issues.. Now a major question, after contacting our salesman with a guanteed return call still havent recieved one! Very concerning and certainly not what we expected. I would really like to speak to a member of the Lewis family simply because I feel that is the only way to get answers....
No follow through. After asking out of the contract we where forced to pay the down payment. We then where not mailed or notified of the paperwork being ready till two days before the temp tag expired. They only care about how fast they can make the sell and won’t follow through on what they say. Stay away from Lewis Automotive Group.
The salesman I worked with was great however the overall appeal of the place and management, will not be returning. The manager took my car for a test drive when I got back in my car my radio was turned all the way up, not to mention I had to search around the because I couldnt find my car and they didnt give me any idea of where it was. No thanks to management, I will not be returning.
I asked about a truck a couple months ago. I decided not to test Drive it.Since then a guy named Albert Morales has sent me endless emails. Every day. He sets up appointments for me to test Drive some vehicle even though I have never replied to him.I tried replying to his email, but it bounces back to me. This place is hard up for foot traffic i guess.Thanks to Mr Morales I would drive a hundred miles just to avoid this place.I have driven numerous Ford F150s for about 25 years.Thanks to Mr Morales I purchased a new Chevy Silverado from Fayettville Chevrolet. He pushed me out of my Ford. I am grateful I do not have to deal with Lewis Automotive Group.

My husband got a pretty good work truck at a fair price. However, when they inspected it, they missed the broken motor mount n my husband found it. They did fix it at no cost to us. And they were nice salesman.
*Update*After leaving my review, I was contacted by an employee who wanted to know more about my concern. He seemed genuinely concerned on what went wrong and assured me he would make the appropriate contacts to see if we could get it resolved. Shortly after my conversation with him, I was contacted by Brandon, the GM for Springdale Ford. He listened to what went wrong and set me up with an appt with one of their partners for the next day. I dropped off my car, and they fixed all of the issues by the end of the day.I am grateful for the follow up after leaving my review. There was mold in the car, it was never detailed, my check engine light came on the next day after purchase, and now my sliding door in the back doesn’t work and I can’t get my 3 year old out. So frustrated and I can’t even get a call back.

I feel while working the deal this team was professional and fair and friendly.However, I bought a used vehicle that has been in the lot for about 3 weeks.This is where the story goes south. After signing the papers I drove off the lot, I realized the oil was 1500 miles overdue (not a big deal) but this meant I had to go out of my way to get this vehicle serviced. (Remember this part as the story progresses)Also while working the deal, we agreed upon window tint, a small paint repair, and shampoo the seats. I once again had to go out of my way to get this to them. I requested a loaner since I already had to come back due to the neglagence to inspect and service the vehicle before they sold it. But apparently they dont do that, even though I already had to go out of my way to get this thing serviced.Once I arrived to the dealership after having the scheduled tinting, paint work, and shampoo I was informed they did not have time to shampoo the carpets, and I would yet again have to go out of my way to get this vehicle taken care of (I scheduled all this work 12 days in advance).I buy a car on average every 2 years, and Ill be hard pressed to come back to lewis after this.
I took my Jeep in to get a censor replaced and then wound up with brakes and another $1000 suggested maintenance done on it. When I got my Jeep back days later the horn wouldnt work. I called them and explained this and they told me it wasnt because of them and theyd charge me another $100 fee to hook it up to see what was wrong. I will never go back here again. They treat you like their the only gig in town and absolutely unhelpful. They wont even make good on the repair work they do! Very unsatisfied.

Their drivers cut you off with no blinker and no room between you and cars ahead to try to get where they are going on interstate. Very inconsiderate would never buy from them if those are the types they employ for lot drivers. Good thing they advertise the web address on the vehicles!
The experience was nice and straightforward...Somthing sounded strange under the vehicle and we were instructed to bring the vehicle here...The technician who gave the instruction to bring the vehicle in for a quick test drive to see what was wrong was of course at lunch..A different technician who initially was upset at something before we spoke to him did manage to help us out and get the problem fixed in short order.A nice mechanic came out and told us what was wrong with the vehicle....He told us what he had done to fix the problem....And then he told us what else he needs to do to make sure the problem does not occur again.We did not have to wait very long but theyre waiting room was nice.The restrooms were presentable.Overall I have no complaints and I would recommend the place, it is exactly what a person would expect from a dealership service office.

I dont recommend this place customer service sucked, offered 6k for wifes trade in Mclarty in bentonville offered 8.5k, lewis offered 8% to 17% interest Mclarty 4.09% lewis offered 1k for military and first responders discount Mclarty 2.2k extra discount. Did not even make it out of our car on a very cold day and a man Aaron Robinson was wanting to help us at Mclarty. Lewis walked in had to find someone to send us to the person we wanted to see. I have bought vehicles from lewis in the past 4 to be exact all brand new and have not had the customer experience that Mclarty gave us today. I bought my last from Chevy and why Bud was good these guys at Mclarty blew them away.

I had the worst experience ever at Lewis automotive used cars in Fayetteville. I bought a car over a year ago and the title has been messed up I couldnt even keep insurance on it. They finally fix it and I have to drive 2 hours bc I moved, to sign papers. They tried charging me 1000.00 more than I financed a year ago, they are making me pay my sales tax all over again. I put a dent on it in the year Ive had it and they tried charging me extra for it. Mind you its the same car!!! Ive never been late on a payment ever. And of course they have me stuck bc I need the car. Once this is paid for I will never ever buy a vehicle from Lewis automotive again. Oh and Toby is the worst salesman ever. He is so cocky arrogant and rude. Never ever again

They said they were going to give me a asc vehicle protection plan for free and charged me 2300 extra they told me I was financing 11,512 and when it hit my credit report it was 13850. And I asked twice this doesnt cost any extra?

Buyer beware. When you pay over $10,000 for an “as is” used car that breaks down four days later they won’t even give you a tow 18 miles back to the dealership. They will tell you to take it somewhere else. I’ll be taking my business “somewhere else” next time.
I was looking to purchase a new truck and none of the sales staff seemed interested in helping, then after looking around for almost an hour I found that the prices where 4000-$5,000 cheaper in Tulsa
