Great people and great work here, they made my car look like it was never in an accident. They even cleaned and vacuumed! Only issue I had, which I just realized today in fact, they must have stripped lug nuts when they took off or put my tire back on. Other than that, great pace!

The New Classic Paint & Body, Inc is the finest Body shop in Fayetteville! Rob and his staff are amazing and take Phenomenal care of their customers. I take excellent care of my Expedition but even after it only being four years old the paint started bubbling and chipping on my hood. Rob took my car and after he was done with it I didn’t even recognize my car because it looked like a brand new ride. The work they do is amazing and whether your car is worth $500.00 or $500,000.00 Rob and his staff treat it like it’s priceless and when they are done you will feel like you did the day you first bought it and drove it off the lot. The only difference is it will look better than the day you bought it when you have The New Classic Paint & Body, Inc take care of you and your car.

I had made an appointment 2 weeks to have my dented grille replaced. When I showed up to the appointment, they told me they were unable to replace my grille because they were busy and would have had to pull the guys from what they were working to do my repair. (Even though I also brought the replacement grille). I was asked to come back the next day; I wont be returning and am looking for another body shop to do my repairs.Furthermore, when I first made the appointment I was given an estimate of $40-60, with a 30 min wait. When I called around to other body shops for estimates they said the grille replacement would take about 2 hours and would charge about $115 because this repair requires removing the bumper/headlights/etc. From this brief experience, I feel that Classic Paint & Body is not professional, organized, or makes customer service a priority.
