They did a great job with painting and repairing the dents on my car. I am very satisfied.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! First of all, they kept our car almost 6 weeks longer than expected even though we waited to drop it off at the time they said they would be ready to work on it. That was okay because it was a secondary vehicle. We wanted a paint job, not the lowest priced but the one that was supposed to be a better quality than the lowest priced. Right at a year, the paint started to chip. My husband took it back and spoke to the manager and he said we had just missed the warranty. Its sad the paint job started to chip within a year. They need to inform their customers they only guarantee the paint job for a year. So much for this service. We were paying out of pocket and this was a rip off! WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THEM EITHER!!!! If I could have given 0 stars, I wouldve.

I brought in my 1994 Mitsubishi Delica with rust spots, old bondo work and peeling paint and they updated me every step of the way. I was truly surprised by the consistent communication and willingness to be flexible. I will 100% be bringing other cars back here in the future.

Went to this location to get a scratch fixed on my car. Got a free quote very quickly which was cool. Told me they were booked until next month which is fine Im in the industry so I get it. A month goes by and the same guy that quoted me was at the desk and I was ready to hand over my keys. I did have a couple of questions for him before I was going to spend x amount of money. The advisor then told me he has one good painter who is booked up. The other guy is inexperienced and he couldnt tell me who was gonna fix my scratch. I then asked him if the job wasnt to my liking or if it didnt blend well would they re-do the job. He told me not without me having to pay for it because they dont guarantee their work. Wish I wouldve known a month ago when none of that was presented. Look elsewhere for professional work. Longer wait possibly but there are places that guarantee there work like gerber collision.

I recommend using them, they executed my expectations on my vehicle very well. The plus side to them they didn’t overcharge either, I’ll use them again

Was my 1st time using MAACO and was skeptical with the stories I had heard but with the price and turn around time I give them a shot. Satisfied with the paint job, had a few things to touch up but overall satisfied. My bed liner and bed rails look great with the Rino liner. Would have given 5 stars if not for the touch up stuff but thats going to be any shop unless you paying crazy money.

Went for a free estimate about correcting my trucks paint, good staff good $ estimate, but sadly I cant be without a vehicle for too long. They do collision repair and even have warranties for their paint fixes very cool

My horrific situation started 10/22/2019, I took my truck to be painted and I waited until 11/22/2019 to get my truck. Two weeks after, I noticed the previous color was showing on the truck and bubbling in the paint. To their credit they repaired it, I thought I was good until paint started to bubble around the fenders in February. I wanted to wait to see was more paint going to bubble and yes it did. I went to Maaco and a female representative told me to bring the vehicle back preferably 7/2/20, which I did and the vehicle fenders were painted and I had two colors on my truck on 7/7/20. I complained and was told to bring it back. Reluctantly, I took my truck back and the truck set until I spoke to supposedly the regional managers JB and Phil on 7/13/20. They promised me I would receive my truck back on 7/16/20 and I did with two colors and orange peel, so I went to talk to either Phil or JB and he said come back in 30 days because they have a backlog. I was totally upset and had enough of Maaco so I took my truck to another shop. In conclusion, I complained to Corporate Maaco and of course they didnt do anything so now to BBB and Facebook .

Over all the paint job looks good, their a few places thats attention is needed. I sat up to get my chrome changed out, was told by two different staff that it was completed yet that services wasnt done there final price was change to show it not being completed nor was I charged. My rims has a light coating of purple paint on them as does all 4 windows havent taken it back in but spoke with Im guessing a manger was told Id be treated right on what ever touch up needed he is the same person who did the walk over with me when I first come in to get info about painting my car. He was the same person that signed my car back over to me but didnt walk out with me to look over my car after finished paint job, just gave me my receipt and sent me on my

Expensive for a simple paint job, but they did an excellent job. It was $575 to just paint the greenish blue in the picture I attached with their cheapest paint, but they did an excellent job after I butchered the paint job at home. I did the black myself but my green was a disaster, and they fixed it. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend!

Left my truck there while I went out of town for a month long work mission just for touch-ups. Had a good feeling leaving my car in trustworthy and capable hands. Only to come back and see it parked in the back looking the same as I left. Needless to say the old receptionist dropped the ball, however Ms. Alicia promised me they will take care of it if I dropped it off in the morning, I would be able to pick it up after work the same day. Went back to pick up truck and it looked better than it did the first time. Alicia wasnt happy with the first paint job done and repainted the truck again. Im very happy with the work done. Although the paint job came out good (considering the before and after), Ive noticed some minor flaws. However, customer service was excellent. Ms. Marybeth was very understanding regarding my concerns, she was also polite, as well as, professional. I also dealt with Ms. Ashley who assisted me in scheduling my appointment and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, this is the place to go for a decent paint job at a very reasonable price.

Steer clear of this business!! My friend requested her black car be repainted a different color. (Galactic Aqua Mica) She got the call to pick up her car today, its ready. They repainted her shiny black car to color code 211 which is Black MICA. The color code she wanted was 221. Supervisor Alisha Gray Padgett put down the wrong color code. Both colors have Mica in them and she messed up. Manager wont own her mistake and Maaco will not fix her mistake. Ive taken my car here as well as my fathers and it has been nothing less than excellent work each time. The people here are professional, helpful when it comes to picking out just the right color and theyre willing to work with you when quoting a reasonable price. I was unsure about this place at first but after seeing the quality of their work this place will always be my first stop as well as me recommending it to my friends and family.

Part of being human is making mistakes. Owning a business or working for one, youll make mistakes. A good business or employee admits to their mistake and FIXES it. The manager wont admit her mistake let alone fix it. Dont go here unless youre willing to throw money away. Its better to pay more somewhere else to get it done right the first time.

I drop my car off on and it sat for over 2 and a half week and then was told it be ready by the 17th but it was “changed” to the 24th. Didn’t even get the job done. Now if an establishment gives you a time frame then says it may be sooner but ends up taking longer...

There has always been a stigma with other Maaco shops throughout the U.S. about substandard paint quality, but the Fayetteville shop more than exceeded our expectations! There is no other place in NC (I guarantee) where you will get the most bang for your buck than at this shop. Kudos to the painters who made our 18 year-old boy a happy one with his 2006 Ford Mustang GT.

We brought the car in for repairs and we were told it would be ready in 7- 14 days unfortunately, no one advised us that there were problems with some equipment.Inspite of the 4th of July holiday we got the car back later than expected!

First off, let me preface this by saying the customer service was excellent. The ladies in the office did an outstanding job with handling the transaction. This review is for the paint job itself. Now, Im not sure how you go about painting a car, and Im not gonna pretend I do, but isnt there supposed to be some type of masking done? I brought my car in for a paint job and the results were less than perfect. The front lights were painted over, and the sunroof has some sort of adhesive strip that was left on and painted over. Theres also splotches of paint around the seals of the car. I wished I wouldve known there was no sort of taping or masking being done beforehand.

Okay I dropped my 1978 Cj7 off at Macco I understand in this world you pay for what u get but I didn’t pick out the 299 paint job special mine was $650 which isn’t a whole lot but I told them what I expected that there be no runs in the paint no overspray I just wanted a decent paint job new I would not get a 2000 paint job but they told me when I dropped it off 7-14 days and it will be ready don’t no exact days it sat back there but was very close and I went to check on it and the painter told me that they have had cars back there six weeks and my response to him was I would have never dropped it off if I was told that so then the painter tells me I’ll fix the small dent In the back for the hassle so I said okay a week later I go to pick it up the dent is still there and they wouldn’t fix it the painter says he didn’t say that ON MY VEHICLE ON OTHER PARTS I COUNTED AT LEAST 20 RUN MARKS IN THE PAINT so I told the secretary I was not happy and her response was I got a $650 dollar paint job and she read me the small print and she said all vehicles will have runs overspray & she said you got a 650 paint job not a 2000 dollar paint job and my response was well if you can’t do a 650 dollar paint job and not run the paint I hate to see what a 2000 dollar paint job would look like so just letting y’all no my EXPERIENCE AT MACCO 1-10 I give it a one when you call there office you can never get anybody on the phone how can you run a business like that and I have my own business and yes I no some reviews some customers makeup things and I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I am just telling my experience there there painter cannot paint and that’s just being honest but I will reach out to MACCO to there corporate OFFICE and I want to speak with the owner of that company have the clerk saying I should have read the small print about there will be flaws in your paint that there is saying a lot about your company...

I was told by management they don’t do close attention on taping before painting there was over spray everywhere the painter Obviously didn’t care on the quality of his work there was parts around my tires that was painted spots that clearly wasn’t painted evenly like they spot painted zero quality zero professionalism if you need a good paint don’t come here. These guys took care of me right away. I had zero issues explaining my truck problem. They didn’t laugh at me for hitting a tree with my mirror. They just fixed It and got me on my way. It was such a good experience I’m thinking of breaking the other mirror just to go back.

I want to THANK KOTY and ALICIA for helping my Mother and I . We had a flat tire and we pulled into Macco so I could change the tire.Mr. KOTY.... came out to fix it for us,I was and still am grateful. The lugs were to hard to release due to the fact they must have been put on with the impact gun. Mr. KOTY asked me to come to the 2nd door beyond the gate.He rotated the back tire to the front and put our spare tire on. Ms. ALICIA asked Mr.KOTY to make sure the PSI were correct on the spare..... Mr. KOTY went beyond that and checked all the tires. There are good heart people who not only give if their self but also the services of there company no matter how great or small the problem maybe.Mr. Kotty and Ms.Alicia!!!! Alisha was absolutely amazing. She went well above and beyond what she needed to for me. There were some minor issues with the car when I first went to pick it up, Alisha made sure she knew every little detail of what was wrong and made sure it was corrected. When the car was completed I got there to a washed car that was absolutely beyond what I expected to have done. I Enjoyed dealing with Alisha and will only work with her whenever I need work done.

About a month ago I got my dodge Durango to get painted destroyer grey and got the top of the line paint job. I was nervous because they told me it will take 7-11 business days but was short staffed so it took actually 12 business days. However, the 12 days were worth the wait because this mascot did an exceptional job and made if all worth it. This place has the best painters and the front desk works with you whatever adjustments or concerns you have. I would give 4 thumbs up if I had them. Thanks maaco Fayetteville.

I was very happy with the paint job that I got at this location. My car needed a new paint job because it was old and faded, these guys made it look like new again! I am very pleased with their work, the staff was very professional and courteous while they explained the process to me. I will use them again in the future.

I had my Chevrolet truck completely repainted at this location. Everything that was promised was delivered. Price, time frame and final product was on point. Staff was helpful. Time for the Honda to take that same trip.

Terrible experience will never go here again. Told them I would do must of the prep work myself but unfortunately had a family emergency so I could not finish before my appointment. Explained what had happen to the manager and he told me verbally that is was ok they would take care of the rest of the prep. when I got my car back they just painted over unfinished areas and paint remover compound 2008 dodge charger looked terrible. When I complained to the manager he told me when I got my first initial estimate that I stated I would do the prep work myself. At this point I didnt argue. Even though I had explained to them what had happened and was told verbally that it would be fine and they would take care of it. My original paper quote had me stating I would perform the prep so I paid and extra 400.00 dollars to have the car wiped/re-painted and another week. When I arrived to pick up my car the second time the paint job was awesome. Upon further examination found my brand new custom head lights had chips around the edge of one and big long scratch through the middle of another. When I went to complain this time the so called sales manager was sent out to talk to me. He insisted that the damage was done by me before I even brought the car to them. I then told him that I have pictures of the headlights installed on the car the day I brought it in to be that were date coded with no damage. At that point he became augmentative so what you want me to buy so more headlights then? Which I replied yes if thats how you see fit to make the situation right. Which seem to infuriate him more seemed like it was it about to get physical. I asked to speak to his boss an was told they want be back until next week and it was Thursday. I then ask him have you not heard the customer is always right hoping to stir some resemblance customer service in him. Which he promptly replied the customer is not right I knew nothing would be resolved speaking with this individual and was still not allowed speak with his boss. He asked was I going to take my car or what? Which I replied yes he then without cause stated well your not taking this car without paying. This was totally out of left field. I always had every intention of paying my bill. It just fact I had an issue with the quality of the work done and was totally dis-respected as a customer. Needless to say they will never see another cent of my money. Sorry for such a long post but if this saves just one person from going through what I went through its worth it.

We were going to use this company but they gave out personal information to someone who was not a factor. We were getting an estimate for damages and the manager personally knew the opposing party and gave personal information to them. We intended to use this company but will not know.

Took my truck in and the idiots painted my reverse sensors and liscense plate lights... on top of a poor prep job which they failed to perform Stevie Wonder could have done a better job. I figured for the money I paid it would be some what decent but my friends were right when they told me not to take it there that it would be more expensive to fix their mess ups

Took our Durango in to get a new paint job (from black to gloss white) and you just cant beat the price! My wife and I were extremely happy w/ the results. We got our car back in only a little over a week. I definitely recommend this place!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I brought my truck in 3 months ago to get a fresh paint job in the same color. They quoted me 7-10 business days and kept it for a whole month. When I finally picked it up, the paint job was horrible. There was orange peel all over the vehicle. No shine whatsoever. When I confronted them about it they said that it needed to be wet sanded and buffed which they said they do not do. I didnt even get the cheapest paint job. With paint and labor I paid more than $2000 and it looked worse than when it got dropped off.. The manager said she would make it right so she had me drop my vehicle off again. They kept it for 3 more days. It looked better than before but all they did is buff some of the large areas. There is still no shine at all; it looks horrible. So now I have to pay someone an additional few hundred dollars to bring my paint back to how it shouldve looked. Save yourself the headache I went through and go elsewhere!

Im paying more than 2 grand to get my 2017 Dodge Durango Citadel done, you would think that I was being updated periodically on how everything is turning out with my vehicle but not.a sound. Ive called this MAACO literally over 20 times and did a visit to get an update on my vehicle and still no answer. This place needs more staff to do follow ups with their customers because clearly this doesnt exist. Im a retired Marine and Im looking for professionalism and customer service Everytime. MAACO is good but this particular one Im not sure about.

It took a little longer than expected but I was updated regularly about the progress and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I realized I had forgotten my debit card they were able to help me with a ride to pick it up so I could pay and get to work on time. Not only was the customer service friendly and helpful but I was very pleased with the work done on my car.

Wow! I cant explain how helpful and timely Taressa and the Maaco team were. They were able to take my vehicle in immediately, followed up on their work within a fantastic timeframe and coordinated with the insurance company to handle my concerns. I barely lifted a finger.

I would not recommend. To be honest they dont even deserve 1 star.Please if you want your car fixed correctly go somewhere else. The car was dropped off and promised multiple times it was going to be fixed at a certain time and was not. Then once they said the job was completed they left off a part. I had to bring the car back only to discover it wasnt fixed right the first time. The girls in the office act like they are your friends but trust me they are only looking out for themselves. This was a horrible experience!!!

Had my sons truck painted at this location and they did a great job! I have seen some of the paint jobs that they have done on other vehicles and they are nothing short of amazing! I went to Maaco in July 2018 to get my car painted purple. I came back after three weeks and my car was painted gold. I need my car for transportation as I am in college. I was told the manager would be in contact with the owner. The manager later calls me and says they can only repaint the car which is going to take MORE time Or give me $100 back I’m vey unsatisfied. Avoid this place at all cost it’s a waste of money. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Had these guys do my Rhino liner in 2011. The guy that did it stripped the bolt on one of my tie downs and said that they would order another one for me. Of course that never happened. On top of that my Rhino liner never fully hardened. Ive been told that whoever mixed before spraying it did so incorrectly. Since then my Rhino liner has chipped away and pretty much fell apart. While I lived there I constantly tried to remedy it by having them repair it or give me some kind of refund and they never did. All they did was beat around the bush for months on end and even blaming me for the peeling liner until I moved away and lost my chance for closure. This place could have changed since then but this was my lasting impression. Stay away from this place!

Work was done fine, but I was told itd be done in two weeks and it took them four weeks to complete. They pushed it back four times and only called to tell me about it once.If you prefer being in the know about the work progress, then dont go here. If, however, you can leave your vehicle indefinitely and dont care to be updated, then you can probably trust that the work will be done properly.

Painted over my current paint on my car. Started chipping a couple of months. My daughter and wife could of just did a art and craft job on my car and it would of came out better than theyre paint job.

Horrible turn around time. Dropped my car off to be painted and have bumper replaced, was told 2-3 weeks for work to be complete. Week 3 car hasn’t moved from the spot I dropped it off in. Going on a month now and they’re still telling me they might be done next week. Won’t ever in my life go there again I don’t care if they painting cars for $20.Got my vehicle back from them after a month and the front bumper was painted with the worst paint job I ever seen in my life, it had some many bubbles in it, it was like a connect the dots puzzle. Then when I called the manager they gone try to tell me that was a brand new bumper🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Had my FJ 62 primed sanded and painted here. I chose the Urethane paint package. Glossy. Very pleased with the service and quality. Old truck never looked so good. Now the dog will even ride In it. Thanks!

Recently had Maaco repaint my 2006 Dodge Charger and they did an excellent job!! My car looks like it did the day I drove it off the lot! Maaco has just gained a life long customer..

I WENT TO MAACO AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT IM IN LOVE WITH MY CAR ALL OVER AGAIN. NOT ONLY DID THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON THE BODY WORK, BUT THE PAINT JOB WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN. THANKS ALISHA AND THE MAACO CREW😍😍

I had my 2005 Lexus RX350 there and they did a great job on the repairs and keeping me updated on my car. they was very friendly and willing to the extra mile!
