Excellent customer service. Billy was great with finding the part I needed and holding it for me until I got there. I will definitely be back if I need a new repair.

The worst customer services I ever seen rude to the customers wont even try to help. Went some where else an got the dryer belt in 2 minutes. Where they couldnt do any thing with out model number . this place is a joke !!!

This place is awesome. Needed a motor for my AC unit and they had it in stock. One of the guys showed me exactly how to wire it up so it wouldnt spin in the opposite direction. He also helped me with the proper capacitor and everything I needed for the job. This place is awesome for the DIY person.

Turned repair from 100s of Dollars to 25 bucks. I came in and described my drier and showeed him the old parts and the big guy at the counter bought out the parts. The parts installed perfectly. Thanks to this kind of support, I can use my drier for many years to come.

Some of the most depressing words I can ever hear are.. sorry, we dont have that part, try Cashwell.As an independent contractor (20+ yrs.) I work on a lot of rental properties. It is pretty common knowledge among contractors to avoid this place if at all possible. Ridiculous prices and abysmal customer service. If you dont have the part number or the actual part in hand - tough luck!Avoid this place like the plague.

Ive been going to Cashwell Appliance for over 20 years. They have always been very helpful their prices are reasonable and theyre able to obtain obscure Parts very quickly. Its quite often worth it to repair a major appliance

I used to spend 10 to 20k a year on parts here. When I tried to return a part that wasnt needed, they made up an excuse that it looked like it had been installed, so they would not refund my money. Now I am out $100 and they have lost my business forever. Piss poor customer service, and they only worry about their bottom line!! Avoid at all cost.

I have used Cashwells for many projects most recent fan motor went bad in package AC/Heat unit. Easy fix took motor and capacitor to Cashwells they tested motor and capacitor for me. Bad motor, bought new motor replace back in business. The staff is very helpful cant remember guys name has a long beard. He was very helpful and answered questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner. Some people with this type of knowledge talk down to you. Not Cashwells they are very helpful and Im sure they can help with any project. Who knows what this would of cost me if I called a contractor out. Great Place will continue to use. Great Job

First time dryer repair and YouTube did me no favors, but Cadwells on Sycamore Dairy Rd had everything I needed and talked me through fixing my mistakes. If only all parts shops were this knowledgeable.

Went to pick up part that I had called the day before and the price went up $10. Not feeling good customer service! This was my first choice and well......live and learn!

Its so often when at this location, Im told, we dont stock it but our Vander store has it. In todays case (8/11/18) they have 4 of them.A hell of a lot of good that does to serve your customers on Sat when the Vander store is closed!So tired of hearing the same excuse but I got it once again because I needed it today (Sat) and hoped things might be different. NOT

As soon as i stepped into the business no one spoke or acknowledged us. After about 5 minutes the lady working said she would be right with us. She didnt. A guy came from the back and was very short. I asked to look an item before i purchased it and he kept telling me it looked like all others. I did not know what i was looking for because i previously kept buying the wrong item. A contractor recommended me to Cashwell and im very disappointed in the customer service because i had a hard time finding what i needed and was recommended this place. I know everyone is prepping for this storm and would like to home with their families but still you are dealing with the public.
