Waited almost 20 min in the drive through. When I received my drink it felt light. I took the lid off to find the top 1/4 not full. Peering into the drive through window revealed a chaotic mess of seemingly high school and college aged kids trying to keep up with the demand of this location. My drink tasted good and they did get the order correct despite everything.

I wish I could give zero stars. Who hired Michelle? She is the epitome of a disappointing, lack of customer service employee. Per my daily routine, I was in the drive-thru to purchase my regular morning coffee for my staff and I. To my utter disappointment and shock, I was treated with complete disrespect by Michelle. My grande latte was two-thirds of the way full. I asked for a manager and Michelle came charging at me. She continued to justify that there was no wrong doing as she pointed her finger in my face and continued scolding me. Come to find out, Michelle was not in fact a manager. It is not of any shock to me that the shop is constantly closed. I believe Michelles demeanor attributes to the lack of customer service and hostile work environment.

The employees and management are doing the best they can.HEY CORPORATE!! Pay your employees better so this location can get staffed!!! Cash only, drive through only, and not nearly enough signage to indicate that before youre way too far into the 20+ minute wait to find another location. Thankfully I had a gift card and a dollar bill, but I still wasnt able to get two of the items I was planning on ordering. You are losing more money than you are saving on wages, I can promise you that. Get it together.

I love this location but it’s the second time in the last couple of weeks that it’s happened to me so I’m a little disappointed. I’ve been given the incorrect order twice. The staff there is incredibly nice!

Drive thru wait was about 20 minutes. I got a frozen drink that was melted and my sandwich was cold.

This location is always busy. There are sitting outside and since it is next to a strip mall you will find plenty of parking. Locals sometimes ride their bike to the cafe when the weather is warm

Delicious, coffee was fantastic and my sandwich was cooked to perfection.

Too bad I can’t rate this please zero stars and have to rate it at least one. They gave my daughter straight espresso when she asked for a Frappuccino. Let alone the disgusting coffee that they made for myself and my daughter, but then they refused to give us another straw and forced us to drink out of a straw that was broken. The straw was paper because they are so “eco-friendly.”At this Starbucks they were not friendly.I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

AWFUL customer service. Got here around 8:45 pm (business hours are until 9:30) & the employee rudely says “we closed for the day at 8 & everything’s put away.” Ok? I asked to speak to manager for a few seconds because I drove down there to talk to them about an experience & the employees rudely shout “no!!!” I’ve been going to this location for years, but I will no longer go to this one. Their service has gone down tremendously & their drinks taste awful most of the time now anyways!

This SB kinda sucks you will be lucky to get your drink with in 30-45 mins no joke.I ran in bc drive thru is insane and no one is inside besides a few ppl on laptops and Im going on standing here 38 mins.Kinda regretting my $7.80 coffee.Ugh

Was craving some Starbucks but all the ones in my area were closed so i decided to drive out there from Detroit and online it said they closed at 9:30 pm so imagine my surprise when i pull up at 9 on the dot to see that there door is locked and no one is responding to the mic 🙃 can someone explain to me how a whole business is closed a half an hour before their closing time and refusing customers?? Makes no sense to me.

I love this Starbucks, I come here all the time. Got a venti iced green tea latte with soy, one shot, and light ice. The staff here are always kind and they try to give you the best experience. I always ask them for light ice and they dont overfill the cup with ice like other Starbucks around. Thanks for continuously offering amazing service.

Always love Starbucks. What can I say, Im a latte lover (and salted cream cold foam cold brew, rip that season). This one has a nice chalk aesthetic.Tried the nitro cold brew and its not worth the bother, the foam gets weird and chunky and doesnt dissolve. It does look cool, with little waves in it.

When the drive thru line is easy to long to run inside and out in seconds. Great service.

Typical starbucks. (Coffee drinks only decent, nothing to write home about, and always overpriced.) It works in a pinch, only because there is no real competition near by. But the staff here are always polite and seem to be happy to help. If youre in the area, and can ignore the corporate BS and exorbitant pricing, please yip your barristas... They try their best to make your day better.

I know its such a busy coffee shop near the busy intersection but a service at counter was way below Starbucks standard. She slid my order, a regular cup of coffee on the counter to me, and immediately left me without asking me about sugar and cream and didnt give me a receipt. I had to request her for a receipt. Rude service for a high end price. McDonalds coffee is cheaper but better in service.

Disappointed today. As a 9 month pregnant person with an ankle injury, I was excited to see the curbside pickup option. When I arrived and checked in, I waited 10 minutes before just going in to get my order. If you are not going to office the service, dont make it an option. Happy my drink and breakfast were yummy!

I go here often since working from home. First it was great fast line, nice drive thru experience. But lately very young giggly slightly goofy workers at the window. Every once awhile I have a great visit but it does depends whos working.

7:20am on a Tuesday morning, not busy at all (I was the only customer in line 😁) Staff seemed polite and pleasant and my drink of choice (Grande Caramel Brulée Latte w/ added Irish Cream) was AMAZING 👏 😋 👌

Won’t be back, I waited over 22 minutes for a hot chocolate!! Definitely a COVID hotspot, seats to capacity and at least 15 people standing around waiting for their order!! Poor customer service, but I don’t blame them they appear overwhelmed and probably stressed we are in the middle of a pandemic and there is a high volume of traffic in and out!

Worst parking lot ever I almost got hit 3 times in one trip! The service was awful and rude, go to the one on 12 and orchard its worth the drive.

Well laid out Starbucks with plenty of room to sit or work, and consistently excellent service. I’ve visited this location quite a few times, and have never had even a middling experience. The pergola structure in the summer makes for a nice place to sit out, if a bit noisy due to surrounding traffic.

Only come to this location if you want the baristas to treat you like you are less than human. They always have an attitude! When you walk in, you have to get their attention and ask for help. Apparently their conversations between each other are more important than the customer.

First let me say this Starbucks is always crowded as if theyre giving something free away. I join the line at 850 and by the time I was ready to place my orderit was 9:05 and I was the last customer, I pull up to the window only for the girl to tell me they closed at 9:00 so I said okay however there were still two cars ahead of me so I couldnt get out of line just yet instead I watched the servers take the peoples order in front of me and get served!! I was the last car, there were no other cars behind me and all I wanted was something to drink but they purposly did not serve me and served everyone else instead.

Wife wanted to stop and grab a coffee before a volleyball tournament. The lone only had a couple of cars but the person in line must have been having issues. We waited for about 20 minutes and by this time I was ready to lose it. We get to the window and the staff was very nice and offered a discount for the wait. It was the ladies fault trying to use a coupon and not having correct money. The staff was great but we were running late now.

I can’t believe I’ve never rated this location. The worst location I’ve encountered bar none. The mobile orders are ready for pick up approximately 5% of the time. They’ve either ‘lost’ the order because they are having problems with their ‘system’. You stand there by the area where you pick up your order and no one ever even acknowledges you are there when clearly you’re waiting for your order. And once you get their attention, more often than not you’re treated as if you’re the problem.But alas, I’ve discovered a work around - order mobile pick up at the window. Then they HAVE to get your order ready because they prioritize the drive through. I avoid this location and go to my favorite location down the street at Orchard Lake and 14 Mile unless I can avoid it.

They dont allow people to use the restrooms.Theres a table blocking the restrooms.Everything else is as expected, coffee, pastry, outdoor seating.

Staff as always is very friendly, however it is now 2 weeks in a row I have come in and my daughter is trying to order a peppermint mocha and we are told they are out of peppermint. If you are gonna have a seasonal drink with peppermint, it would be good to have the peppermint on hand. Otherwise take the drinks with peppermint off the menu.

Beautiful interior and exterior. Great variety of seating and views, unlike many big city remodels that dont want homeless people sitting down. Minimal entitled attitude from customers and staff, unlike 14 and orchard. Reserve coffee selection underutilized because its took far from registers.

I’m done with Starbucks! Constantly out of everything I want. They’ve lost a customer permanently thanks to their supply chain issues. I’ll go somewhere else!

Worst service at a Starbucks. The one girl behind the counter couldnt put her phone down to help. I felt like she was waiting for me to leave. When she finally gave up, she talked to me with an attitude, how dare I disrupt her text chat. Finally when the other associate helped, she wasnt much help. I gave up, bye Starbucks. It was fun while it lasted. Its not me, its you.

I would normally give a Starbucks just 3 or 4 stars. Simply because they are all the same. But, this one was speedier than usual and the staff was very friendly.

Service is great. Lots of places to sit, inside and out. A really nice porch area with couches and tables. Great place to sit on a nice day.Only downside is how long the line in the drive through can take sometimes. This is a busy spot, so dont think you will always be able grab a quick drink and bite to eat.

Ive been to this Starbucks multiple times and it is always busy. Even in the middle of the day. Sometimes it can be hard to find a place to sit. Also because it has a drive through, duribg busy times if you order anything inside you will wait more than 10 minutes. The outdoor seating is nice especially when the weather is good!

The staff is so friendly and attentive here! They genuinely care about the customer’s experience even when it’s crazy busy. This isn’t the closest Starbucks to my home but it is the one I frequent the most. Fast service every time. I can’t wait to bring my fiancé to this one for study sessions. :)

Good Starbucks but it seems like its overgrown its space in the shopping plaza. The parking lot is usually packed and the drive thru is also a very tight squeeze. But overall the drinks and service are excellent!

I just left this Starbucks today very upset. I placed my order at 1:45 and it is now 2:10 Three people came in after me and got their drinks before me and no they were not mobile orders. I watch them place an order at the same counter that I did. I only ordered 2 drinks., A tall extra hot flat white (easy AF) and a grande coffee Frapp with no customization, again its an easy AF order. So I asked for a refund and the manager, the short dark haired dude with scruffy facial hair was stalling and ask the tall dude with glasses to hurry up on my order. So ofcourse while the manager is feigning an attempt to do my refund he slides the drinks across the counter and says here you go. NOPE! NO THANK YOU. You shouldve have keep that same urgency energy when I first order before the other 3 people got theres before mines. Dont wait until I ask for a refund to hand me my drink from 20 minutes ago. Just really unacceptable and very disheartening as many times as I go here.

This location needs to get its act together. Constantly messing up my order & other peoples orders which slows down the already insanely busy location. The people who work the registers are awkward & cant hear the orders correctly. None of the employees have any hustle or rush. Its always slow, & even after all the wait, its likely that your order has been messed up or missed entirely.Even if its not busy you will not be greeted & you still have to wait. Avoid this location.

This is no joke the best Starbucks I have been to. The drive through is always shockingly fast... I never hesitate to go through even if there is a long line. The staff are cheerful and respectful. My order is always done to perfection. This is my go-to Starbucks!

They dont have 50% of their menu

With all its talk about efficiency, this location has not managed to figure out the drive through situation. Would not recommend this location unless you’re prepared to wait a solid 30 mins especially on the weekend. They did give everyone who waited a free cheese danish so that was pretty nice.

If I can give you a 0 star I would. Awful management and unbelievable delays. Some of the window workers and the counter workers are so poorly trained and careless. Over the past year awful transformation. Never stopping by again. Would drive 4 extra miles not to use them again.

The only reason for this rating is because there’s always a longgggg line for drive up window....it’s a shame that you built this new location and you don’t even have your light up screen board working for almost a year now. Your landscaping along the drive-through is a hot mess along with the parking lot. It’s not a very good location and it doesn’t offer proper parking and it actually stops other cars from being able to get through and maneuver it’s a mess in my opinion..

I enjoy stopping in every now an then, it was a late night no lines and great Venti Hazelnut extra hot Latte great coffee, a few familiar faces and a wonderful friend..who had a double espresso capped with cream...we sat down in the cafe and enjoyed our drinks and a great ending to a nice evening!
