My favorite biggby store love the staff here! They are fast, polite, welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend stopping by if you’re ever in the area!

Cozy a lot of places to use your electronic devices to plug in got the bubblegum tea nice

Normally they are spot on but today I watched everyone who ordered after leave before me because they forgot to make my sandwich. I had to asked about it before they even realized that thats what Im still standing there for.

Very pleasant staff and great quality beverages. I would suggest a more organized system when calling out peoples drink orders, they should call out numbers or names because it gets super busy and drinks sometimes get mixed up.

Great customer service. Heating plate for kids drinks so they cant burn their mouths on hot drinks. Great place!

Finally, a coffee shop where you don’t get cold during cold michigan winters! In addition to great drinks and friendly staff, not so loud music is another plus to me. This is where I can study and enjoy my mocha:)

Try the smores 16oz cappuccino with non fat milk. All of which is low in calories and delicious. Better than Starbucks.Update: The staff have been amazing and friendly. Im very happy to give them my business rather than Starbucks. Plus the Starbucks close by is terrible compared to this Biggby. Also, recently realized the small here is larger than Starbucks small, small price AND taste a whole lot better than what Starbucks gives you. The downside is the drinks are 50 calories more than Starbucks.

The drinks are always good here and the cashiers are always friendly. However, during the height of the covid 19 pandemic the workers all had their masks pulled below their chins. 10/31/30 at 3:30pm was the time if the owners actually want to take some action.

My daughter loves their coffee when its cold out. And their iced coffee when its hot out. I really like their smoothies. So theres something for the adults and kids. Little pricey but good.

I totally forgot that since we moved to our new apartment, were less than 2 miles from biggby! I tried the oat milk latte. Its something Ill have to get used to. Love this location. They are always nice with the best energy! Coffee is good too.

My fav coffee shop that serves the best coffee, tea and bagels in the world. The peppermint tea is just awesome! The baristas are friendly, they smile often and are delightful to chat with. Its just fun to go to this Biggby location and sip on a cup of coffee or tea. The owner is a really nice professional man who genuinely cares about his customers. He has so much personality. I stop by often just to say hello!

Always the best. Staff. Ever! I wish they had safer sugar substitute coffee flavors- maybe something with erythritol... The current sugar substitutes still spike insulin in people with sugar intolerance, Diabetes.

I never walk into a store or restaurant and expect the workers to fawn over me. All I want is a relatively pleasant greeting, nod, smile, etc. The workers at this Biggby always do this. You always feel welcome and youre always treated with respect. Of course, the real reason you come to Biggby is that their coffee is simply the best. No other coffee shop or chain compares. And, their prices are cheaper than some of those other chains. The food is decent as well, but the star is the coffee.

Very sloppy and lax in covid precautions,,especially cleaning tables and distance. The coffee was good, the wait was moderate.

Love this place. The coffee is good (if you are not married to another brand), the staff here has always been more than helpful and my orders have always been perfect whether its coffee for me, or hot chocolate for my daughter.

Came in this morning for a bragel and a coffee. The girl at the front counter, (Lindsey, I think?), was so cheery and nice, and she raved about her coworker, Jackies, self-made coffee creation called Grandmas Kitchen, which included marshmallow, cookie butter, and vanilla, and I tried it and LOVED it. I demand that Grandmas Kitchen be added to all other Biggby locations secret menus. What a great Biggby experience.

This is a VERY friendly place... which seems to be a hallmark for Biggby stores. Staff is very engaged and engaging. Coffee is very good and hot. LOVE the Butter Bear, especially! Pastries are also quite tasty.

The clerk was friendly and courteous even though they were closing in 10 minutes. The girl with the broom however was sweeping around my feet as I was standing at the counter waiting for my cup. She never said hi or excuse me, even after I stepped out of her path. Tacky behavior. Other than that I think the clerk was wonderful.

I love Biggby Coffee. Never been a Starbucks fan, Bigby offers a wide variety of flavor combinations, great deals and above all they are always issuing coupons.

I always feel welcome and the staff greet you as soon as the door closes. If you are undecided staff will make suggests. They are friendly and know their customers and what they like. WIFI available. Bright and airy.

This is my favorite Biggby location. The staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic, there is always somewhere to park, and somewhere to sit inside the shop, there is free wifi, and they are up-front when you ask if something has sugar in it. Ill definitely be back. 10/10

My daughter was craving a chocolate chip frappe, I like Biggby more so we came here. The barista found the perfect replacement and she actually enjoyed the biggby drink more. Love Biggby! Thank you

Good coffee and decent atmosphere. Workers were quick and efficient to take my order with a smile which is always apeciated. They always make sure they offer the extra options for your coffee or tea if you choose to have any and are able to get it to you quick. I like most people enjoy Starbucks every so often. Although Biggby just seems a little more simplified and still serves up a great and interesting menu of so much to choose from. If I had to pick of a go to place to sit down and relax or to just stop in quick and be on my way then biggby gets my vote. I always look forward to my next visit to any Biggby especially this one. I recommend the teddy bear for anyone who hasnt been its delicious.

So many Biggby’s in the past have been more than accommodating, but for some reason, most of the workers here act like add-ons to drinks and food items are a burden and are rude to me because of them, making me feel unwelcome and not wanting to come back. The drinks and foods are still delicious, but everyone here really needs to work on their customer service.

Bigby Coffee is the best. They have a variety of Lattes and smoothies. They will also create one for you not posted in the store. They are very friendly and courteous

A good location for getting a quick fix of caffeine. The selection of drinks and food is limited with most of the beverages being on the very sugary side. The actual space is nice and clean though and there is free WiFi available.

The cashier snd barrista were great but a regular customer was rude as hell. I was completely exhausted on this day so he only received verbal cues. If I run into him again hell get a complete lesson on manners. You can share and not be rude

I gotta say, I really didnt like Biggby to begin with, but over time, Ive really come to appreciate it.

Got a begal with cream cheese and sausage with two strands of hair. I let it go because it’s my fav place and figured it was just a bad morning but as of late the coffee is weak and it just comes off as if those are starting to lose their passion about the work. Perhaps a bad two weeks but I hope it gets better still rooting for this place

Alex is EXCELLENT at customer service, ever time I am in there he is SUPER nice and spot on with customer service. He is definitely improving your store and what ever you pay him, you should pay him more :)
