I have been with metro for a long time and have had the best service with the store located at 31624 Grand River Ave, Farmington Hills, MI 48336. Sayvin and his team have great customer service and all the knowledge to solve any problems. The Farmington store goes out of the way to help with setting up my phones and taking care of my cellular needs....they even helped me set up an app! They always have what I need. They are covid compliant and I feel very safe in the store.Thanks Metro pcs!

I use this Metro Pcs because they are always friendly and genuine. The salesman Joe was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer ALL my questions and concerns. He even transferred my data when I bought a new phone and gave me a great deal! I would highly recommend this place. A+++

I stopped by this afternoon to replace my old, barely working phone, and Joe provided me with excellent customer service! I drive past another Metro store to come to this location. Joe always takes the time to listen to our families changing needs and give us the the best quality for our money in Plans and Phones. Id give 10 stars if I could!

The manager just tries to haggle and he lies over the phone to get you to come in in person. Would not recommend.

Honestly probably one of the best stores I ever been into I have a ton of problems with my phones it freezes acts up on me a lot and just frustrates me at the end of the day, makes me want to throw it at a wall so I decided to walk into a metro store. When I walked in I wa greeted kindly offered a chair and some water by the gentleman behind the counter he found out what was wrong with my phone which was a virus. After a couple days I ended up breaking my phone on accident and went back to the same store to see what kind of deals they were offering, the deal I got was probably the best deal I ever received from a metro store. If you are looking for a place that takes care of you I’d recommend this store they are really fair salesman and are respectable

The guy working behind the counter the young guy doesnt know what hes doing. I got my phone in August as a promotion if I switched from Sprint to Metro I could keep my number and get a free phone. For the last month my phone wasnt allowing me to send pictures without them showing up as being blurry or pixelated. When I went to this Metro the guy behind the counter told me even with a warranty I would have to pay $150 for a brand new phone. I explained the phone was free and I have a one year warranty on it Ive only had it since August he said it doesnt matter if its not working I cant fix it. I ended up leaving the store and came to another metro the guy behind the counter was very kind and helpful he told me all I have to do was clear some space in my phone and Ill be able to send pictures and no problem. And the time it took that kid to tell me I have to get a new phone this gentleman here at the other Metro store fixed it. I would have wasted $150 I dont have to get a new phone when there was nothing wrong with the one that I have now.

I just want to give Joe a Metro PC in Farmington on Grand River or review of how great of a service he gave today I was frustrated when I walked in the door he walked me through the system setup my phone clarified a lot of issues make sure that I understood the system and I am a satisfied customer and MetroPCS on Grand River

I opened 3 lines and bought 3 phones from these guys. Then they tried to charge me $30.00 for an ESN change, and when I was thats crazy, the dude (Joey) looked at me like he couldnt care less. I really liked the guy I usually dealt with, but Joey lost you my business. Bottom line is that 5 minutes of his time, in an empty store, could have kept a loyal customer. There is just WAY to much competition out there for accepting that type of customer service.

Dont get a upgrade all sale are final even if phone is broke. Only had phone five days and first day camera gliched out bad ui system keeps failing and they will not exchange or give my mobey back for this broke alcatel xl. Sent to corprate which tells me its stores resposablitiy. Still no help. Been a loyal coustomer for over a year never got up grade but this exsperiance is honna make me change phone companys.
