I brought in some odd items to ship, car parts, and they took care of me and ensured that all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with the whole process The manager, Andy, was very helpful and the best part, they were open later than UPS.

I ordered brochures for an upcoming conference and was thrilled with the service I got over the phone and in the store. The representative I spoke to over the phone gave me very clear instructions for how to order what I needed online and it was ready for pick up a few hours later. The finished product looks great! When my boss had a question about the pricing, the office staff were very kind and cleared it right up. We will definitely be using this location again!

I am in Dallas, Texas and needed a vase sent from The Front Porch Furniture Rescue to me here in Dallas. Chris from The Front Porch took the vase to Fed Ex where Moe and the staff packed it very safely and secure. The vase arrived in great condition and all is well. All the personnel in this office I spoke to over the phone were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much Moe.

Ive been a loyal customer of this Fedex Office location for the past 10 years. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my projects are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The staff is very professional, helpful and even remembers my past orders so that when I forget to mention a particular specification Ive used in the past, they check to make sure that I meant to exclude it. I consider them true partners in the promotional materials and shipping aspects of my business.

Last week they were great.Today, it’s 10:15 and no one is here to open the store. I’ve seen five other customers leave already.Maybe I need to find a new place I can trust to open on time.

I appreciate this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. The location and hours are very convenient. Plenty of parking most times during the day (weekends and evenings are busier). I want to send extra praise to Tonisha. She is very helpful and courteous. The shop does need to get more machines for print jobs. There are only two machines, and when one is out of order there is a wait. The FedEx employees will do their best to help you with your print jobs and minimize wait time. I especially love the high quality paper available at this shop. The printer/copiers are very easy to use, however they only support Microsoft Word and PDF formats. If you need another type of file printed you have to logon to the workstations at the rear of the shop. The workstations charge by the minute, so its best to have your documents easily accessible via a thumb drive or email. You can also send your print jobs to the shop and pick it up later. I wish there was a little more desk space for sorting through and organizing my print jobs. Overall I am happy with this shop and will continue to visit this location for my printing needs. Waited 15 minutes for a clerk to acknowledge I was there for an order pick up. Never happened. Too obscure med with helping one Fedex customer. Don’t mind waiting but very poor not to acknowledge customers in line.What’s up Fedex/Kinko’s?

They removed all but two of the copiers since taking over Kinkos, and no matter when I go there, at least one of the two is out of service. The machine dispensing the card needed to pay for copies is often out of cards. It seems Fedex doesnt really want to be in the business of selling copies, not to mention charging 13 cents plus tax on B/W copies.Update: the self-serve printers only read PC formatted USB drives. There is no indication of that on the machines or online. Its 2018, Apple is the most profitable business on Earth, but hey, dont have machines that can read Mac format. Thankfully, a staff member was actually helpful.

I avoid the FedEx Office & Ship Center - LIKE THE PLAGUE!Why?1. I brought in a fully formatted document, and paid them to improve the formatting.Instead this FedEx Office used my formatted document as the end product and charged me more than $40 for FRAUDULENTLY giving it back to me for their alleged services.2. Additionally, I brought a tiny, lightweight package (containing a small cell phone) into this FedEx Office for local delivery and they charged me over $40 to send it to a destination less than 1/3 mile from my home. Ive been meaning to complain for years. Here I am. My advice: Never do business with these maggots: as that is the way they treat you!

I called for a pick-up package at this location in this early afternoon on 8/25/2017, there was a lady answered my call. She was intolerant and not answered the question. I asked about if tmr Saturday s good to pick up, she said with some temper that you can come to pick up anytime before 8/31. The reason why I ask about if Sat is a good day to pick up because that s the only day I am off. And this Fedex lady was not helpful to answer my question at all, and rude during the entire time on the phone. I wish Fedex could train these people actually have some professional stand for a service business. Thanks

I work for a company that gets a lot of things printed, and Kinkos has become quite a valuable tool for us. Great management here. Theyre much faster than most kinkos, and generally very knowledgable. This location should have 5 stars overall.

This is a very busy store and yet the employees are always friendly and helpful.Ive used them for shipping large boxes, fragile items, and important documents.
