1st class service, staff were very helpful, Hannah was very professional doing my eye tests, got my new glasses within 24hrs, i would highly recommend using this company.

I have been shielding since the start of the Covid pandemic. When I scratched my glasses I expected this company to help me in replacing the lens. This was refused as my last test was a little over a year ago. Even when I explained that I was at high risk and I felt very uncomfortable with such close contact with strangers they would not flex their rigid process. Extremely poor customer service that lacks any form of compassion in these difficult times. Avoid.

Ive gone to this optician for years and never had a problem. Staff are very nice and lots of choices for frames.No big sales pitch as in other high street opticians. 😁

Only gave one star because I couldnt give none. Had an eye test and ordered new glasses. Arrived a fortnight later. Wore for 3 days then took them back as they had not the anti-glare coating ordered. Also there was a screw missing and one of the legs was moving in and out. 3 weeks later still hadnt heard from them so went into the shop. Yes the glasses were ready but on inspection the leg hadnt been repaired. (I had been told it would be a complete new pair of glasses.) after 2 weeks still hadnt heard from them so again went to shop to be told we will be getting them in next week. After a holiday I went back. Yes the glasses were ready. Got them home to find a sharp screw sticking out of them. By now patience had gone. To them back to shop and requested a refund. No problem they said and proceeded with the process. After 2 weeks I checked my bank statement and refund had still not gone through. Checked the refund receipt and it had been voided! went back to shop and showed the receipt. They did not seem surprised at all. Steer clear if you want a decent pair of glasses.
