BUYER BEWARE!! Dont waste your time unless you have BAD credit and have no other options. I called and was told that they ONLY SELL AT FULL PRICE. They do not negotiate on the sticker price AT ALL...N E V E R! Asked me when I was coming by to take a look. I told him NEVER. Since when does a dealer only sell for full sticker price? YOU WILL NOT FIND A GOOD DEAL HERE. THE PRICES ARE VERY HIGH!!

False advertising all the way around. Also wouldn’t let me work with the person I talked to over the phone. I had my motorcycle outside, and the owner asked simply to sit on it. Which I said okay to. He then asked if I could start it, to see how it sounds. He ended up joy riding on my bike without asking if he could RIDE it. The person I worked with “supposedly Ernesto” had an “I don’t care” type of attitude. Would recommend this dealer at all.

We drove 1hour and 45minutes to see a vehicle after speaking with him and confirming the car was still there... He Actually Said “let me place you on hold and put my hands on the vehicle” he comes back to the phone and says Yes! We still have it! We explained why it would take close to two hours to drive there only to arrive for him to invite us in the office knowing the Vehicle was already sold!The Audacity of this Guy! He’s a LIAR! If you lie just to get someone in person that has to drive almost 2 hours I’m Sure you’ll Lie about a million other things to sell them a vehicle!And these rinky dink car dealers wonder why people would rather pay more than deal with them. So all the salespeople were super nice and accommodating. A ton of cars for such a small place, too. I was put in a bind because my car broke down. Im younger and dont have a credit history, so they did their best for me. However, nothing was in my price range, which is fine. I would have been okay just leaving. I know most car salesmen are going to be like this, but I felt so strong-armed into buying a car out of my price range. I also felt like it was a bit of a good cop/bad cop situation. When I stated that I wanted my drivers license so I could leave, another salesperson came back out with it and ushered me back into the office to try to sell to me again. It felt like they were holding my license hostage. Very nice salespeople, but very pushy.

Aggressive and deceptive sales tactics. Drove over two hours after being told they had many vehicles the make and models we were looking for. When we arrived they did not have even one and tried to sell us other vehicles. They refused to give us any prices until we filled out a credit application with our social security number to run through their bank in California. Why would someone fill out a credit application without even being shown a car first or knowing the price? All dealers at least have a cash price. I also observed that they try to entice individuals that do not have legal status in the US by offering them financing with foreign passport, foreign drivers license or a tax ID which is sad because they are taking advantage of these people. What price do they give them without running their social through the bank in California? While my husband was in the office one man was complaining because they gave him a different car than what he had signed for and another complaining that they lied about the mileage on the vehicle he had purchased...by almost 80,000 miles. As my husband tried to leave he was stopped by 2 other salesmen trying to get him in anything they could. Would give zero stars if possible. Very uncomfortable situation.

Looks like a typical User Car lot, so I wondered if it was worth going to test drive a vehicle. YES, it was. My wife and I dealt Noel, and he did absolutely all he could to make sure we were 100% satisfied. After looking for weeks, and dealing with so many used car salesman that were less than eager to earn our business, the people at Arlington Motors in Falls Church, out-shined everyone and we are extremely satisfied. Only advice- and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5- is that we had to point out items on the vehicle that could have been noticed and corrected before we test drove it. Once we did however, the items were completely addressed and corrected, and we feel like we have a new vehicle! Thanks guys- job well done and youve earned our future business.

Great experience. We found ourselves in an unexpected bind after our car broke down. It wasnt worth the $5,000 to repair, so we had to find a car to buy. Noel Santos at Arlington Motors went out of his way to find us a great car -- a 2015 with low miles and in perfect condition. He worked with us to get us a loan we can afford. I drove my new car off the lot the same day. I highly recommend Arlington Motors.

An unusually good experience buying a vehicle from these guys. Really quite seamless. We dealt with a salesman named Alex, who was a straight talking nuts and bolts guy, courteous and respectful. He followed up on questions and phone calls and at no time pressed us to make a decision.We paid up front for our car so I cant comment on their finance plans, but for us the transaction side of things was as per our expectations, no extra extra fees as I have experienced in the past.All round I really cant fault these guys.......I would personally use them again, they would be the place I start looking.

NICE UP-FRONT; DOWNHILL FROM THERE: The salesman, during the test drive, was asked about the clutch, which seemed to be sticking. He said there was nothing wrong with it. Not true. Turns out it needs over $2K of repair. (I bought the recommended warranty from Premier Warranty--surely the most misnamed business in the history of automobiles--which might cover part of the work. But first they needed to send an inspector out to make sure that the mechanic wasnt lying. That was last Thursday. They MAY have someone in by tomorrow, and they MAY cover it.) I was also not told about a defective hatch release. Ive not received a response to my latest e-mail to Arlington Motors.My advice--dont believe anything they tell you unless you can verify it with your own eyes.
