Entered the parking lot early Monday morning with one car in line. No greeting when entering. No greeting after customer is dealt with. First greeting I received, was from the angry bay tech looking in the customer area shaking his head. Little to say. I got up and went to Smokeys down the street. Thanks for the warning bay tech!

At 9 am pulled into bay for simple oil change and after half hour the manager informed me the oil drain plug was stripped they blamed last technician, they installed temporary fix. Waited for manager or Marques Boyer to offer to repair damage they caused, did not hear back from them other than they did not strip the drain hole. Spending $1,100 to repair and loss of work vehicle for over two weeks. Now need to file small claims suit to recover the cost of damage and loss.

They are busy but professional and helpful.

DO NOT go to this location. Whether it was incompetence or negligence, the result was damage to my vehicle after a simple oil change because the technician overfilled the oil. The manager refused to contact me. Every dipstick in America has DO NOT OVERFILL written on it. There is a reason.

They didnt have the oil filter for my car, unable to do my oil change.Not sure how thats possible.

My wife took our Subaru in for an oil change and they sold her on a new filter. They charged her for a Subaru filter, but instead took our old filter, cut out the filter material, shoved (literally just shoved) in the material from a Toyota filter, and stuck it back in. I discovered this when I took the Subaru into a different Jiffy Lube for maintenance, and the employees at that location were surprised by what they found. When I went back into the store to get the issue resolved I was treated poorly and no resolution of any kind was offered. Eventually, after arguing with me and insisting it wasnt their problem, they took down my information and said theyd call me, but that was three weeks ago now. In short, I dont trust this location. They lied to my wife, they treated me poorly, and they failed to offer any kind of resolution for their dishonest actions. I recommend finding somewhere else to get your car serviced.UPDATE: Someone from this Jiffy Lube left a canned response down below inviting me to email them so they can resolve the issue. I sent that email three weeks ago, and so far nobody has bothered to respond. This doesnt really surprise me at all, given the way they handled the in-store interaction as I detailed above. There are lots of other places to get your car serviced, so avoid this one.

I just want to say that this is not only the most professional jiffy lube but they are knowledgeable informative, kind, welcoming, and so attentive. They are honest and hardworking mechanics. I especially want to give a shout out to the FEMALE mechanic that helped with my car needs. Just wonderful to see a woman helping to manage a mechanic shop. You all rock!!!

I am really disappointed because I was directly threatened by a worker there who is taking peoples information. He did not wear his mask when he tried to talk to me coming very close. I wear mask and I asked him to wear it properly since he put it on his neck. Both his nose and mouth are exposed especially when he talk to take my information. I felt unsafe and i asked him again to wear that mask. He refused and he start joking about the virus will not transfer from person to person and keep saying his narrative about this killing virus. He then insulted me even though his colleges told him to stop. I feel unsafe and disrespectful. I will not go there any more unless that guy is taken to somewhere else.

Good evening,I have been a loyal customer of Jiffy lube for nearly 20 years. The Falls Church VA location on Broad Street has been the one we visit for oil changes and service. Until this evening, the service has been top notch.My husband called me this evening and shared that we will be leaving to go out of town for Labor Day weekend earlier than initially planned. We would be on the road by 6am. This sounded great but I was overdue for an oil change...I looked at the clock - 6:35pm - and searched the service hours for jiffy Lube. 7pm thank goodness, I could be there before closing! I jumped In the car and headed straight there with time to spare... pulling in at 6:52pm. The mechanic in the middle bay looked up and gave the incomplete signal shaking his head. I looked at my clock - now 6:53pm and figured I would point out the time and surely they would work on the vehicle.Then, another mechanic walked toward me and explained that they don’t carry oil filters for my car. When I commented that it was odd as I’ve had it changed before, I was told that the delivery guy did not send any that day. Hmmm? So I asked if they no longer work on my car or just happen to be out of these specific filters at this late hour? He said just today, and I asked if the time had anything to do with them ‘running out’ of the specific filters for my car?This is bad and unacceptable customer service. In my business, I know how important it is to treat your customers well. Business referrals are a blessing and one should never mess that up! If I were not leaving town so early, I’d be the very first customer tomorrow morning and I’m almost certain that my car would get serviced.My advice to your establishment - be real. If you won’t accept customers that show up before closing time, then change your hours, or get out of a business that relies on a positive customer experience. Mine was not. Not only have you lost a long standing customer, but you have damaged your reputation as a result.

I like this jiffy lube. Its convenient, they didnt try to upsell me on an air filter I had just replaced.My only complaint and this is practically every jiffy lube, every time, they tend to leave things undone. This time it was my glove box being off its hinges. Before its been the hood not fully latched. Things of that nature are part and parcel with a service that pride themselves on speed. As long as you use your due diligence and check whatever theyve touched, you should have good service.

This is a great place. Honest, competent, efficient. Ive always taken my car there; but today when I brought it in today, guess what----they said I didnt need an oil change yet! And they performed tire pressure check and other checks free! They were looking out for me, the customer! How many car maintenance places do you know like that?. This place is the best.

Sherece was awesome and explained everything and the entire service was fast and inexpensive. I felt like everyone working there genuinely cared and wanted to do the best job possible.

Ive been a customer at this location for several years now. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and professional - never pushy.At my recent visit I was informed that this service location had new owners and they had increased the price of the oil change service considerably to ~$70. Moreover, I was told that they were extremely short-staffed and consequently the wait time was a minimum of an hour. I did notice that there was only 1 car inside and 2 waiting before me.The employees were working very hard and tried to appear cheerful - but waiting for an hour is not what one expects from a quick oil change from Jiffy Lube.The new owners must increase the number of staff and reconsider the price increase - else they will lose customers.

Went to Jiffy Lube for the 1st time ever today. I was blown away by their customer service and timeliness. I pulled up at 4 PM and was immediately greeted by a smiling employee. After requesting their signature service, I sat down in the lobby, brewed a cup of coffee, and by 430 they had finished up. I hadn’t even finished my coffee yet.My interactions with each employee were pleasant. They seemed genuinely happy, which is an uncommon sight at most national chains.

We have taken our cars here for years and the guys who run the place are always great. Nice, honest, good customer service. New owners have noticeably raised the prices. The reason I still return is because of the crew there.

This has been my preferred shop for getting an oil change for about 6 years, but theyre under new management, and my oil change, with *NO* other services, now costs $93. Thats insane.On top of that, I just bought my car. I took it to an independent mechanic, got a report, then took it back to the dealership. They repaired everything, even replacing fluids and flushing some systems, which werent strictly required. I explained all of this to the tech, yet they were still extremely aggressive about getting me to buy services they knew I didnt need.I looked for any recent laws, regulations, or ordinances that would explain the sudden price jump, but there are none. Its clear that the new management has a terrible business plan. Im either going to start doing my own oil changes or find another place to do them. Such a shame. Theres no way Im coming back.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with mechanics. Excellent customer service, quick, and very friendly. They changed my oil, did a few other checks and I was on my way. No one trying to convince me I had to have other work done, not trying to push premium services, etc. great job!

After getting about 7 or 8 quotes for a transmission fluid change, Jiffy Lubes price was the most competitive. Their staff is very professional and polite. Very honest people, they gill give you exactly the service your car needs and wont push you to buy extra services. They are great! Highly recommended.

I have been going to this location for several years and was extremely disappointed by yesterday’s service. There seemed to be not many workers but still all service areas open. It took over and hour and a half with only one car in front of me. Only 1 service member was energetic and friendly the others were not welcoming, trying to move quickly, or friendly. If they are short on people then not all service areas should be open and people should be serviced in the order they arrive and in a timely manor. Several cars came after me and left before me and was informed that they were only top offs. Even if a faster service, taking care of those cars before those who arrived earlier takes time away from getting the cars who were there first serviced. Especially when the workers were not moving with any speed.Don’t know that i will be back

I’m not sure what happened, but this branch of Jiffy Lube has declined dramatically in the past year. I repeatedly frequented the Falls Church location due to the knowledgeable and friendly staff, who would greet you in a timely manner, ask if you had any concerns, seat you in their small but comfortable lounge, and review the details of your service before escorting you to your car. Today, I was barely acknowledged until I walked into the garage, then sat in the stripped down, bare bones lounge without so much as an explanation, then watched as my car was serviced and left out in the driveway until I requested to pay and leave. Fingers crossed they did what they said they would. I recall one of their former employees making a comment about new management during one of my past visits and, based on today’s disappointment, it appears to have left this Falls Church location worse for wear. Not sure I’ll be back.

Been coming here for 15 years....never an issue. The last 3x I went they did not have the right filters 2x and their bay doors weren’t working another time. 3x is a charm, they have lost my business. I heard they are under new management. Jiffy Lube better find new owners or get some franchise customer support in because these guys are not good for the brand.

I have been a customer for several years. There was one technical issue that caused a leak. I brought it back they were mortified and fixed it immediately no cost to me. They are Professional and pleasant. They are in the process of remodeling and the new set up is more efficient any more welcoming. I will remain a customer.

Fast service but I exited the facility and maybe bad luck, hit the wipers, nothing. Fluid bone dry. They may not have removed it but they certainly didn’t fill it. Despite the fact my receipt says “wiper fluid added.” Makes me wonder what else they didn’t do right, that seemed like an easy one. I hope they added oil 😬.

I typically have my car serviced at this location. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. This service is quick and they will point out maintenance that is due on the vehicle. They do not try and hard sell.

I had a few issues with my visit - my tire pressures were set to 32 even though the door clearly says 35. They attempted to fix that but my car screen was showing 34,34,35,34 so they fiddled with it some more. He dropped the pressure on one tire to see if the screen would show the change and then reinflated back to 35. As I drove off the lot, the pressure in that tire showed 29 which was accurate when I checked it later. My confidence is not very high at the moment.

Ive been to this Jiffy Lube a number of times for oil changes and Ive always been impressed by the service. Its typically quick when I go, as I usually try to pick a time when theyre not too busy (like a weekday during the day).Normally I dont get upsold things that I most likely dont need, and even when I am told of optional services they rep is very courteous when I say no, and doesnt push it.Id recommend this Jiffy Lube, especially on days/times when it isnt too busy. I have driven past on Saturdays and it looked quite busy, though it may still move quickly - Im not sure.

I go this location every time I need an oil change and ask for the Signature Oil Change. They are fast, thorough, and honest. They keep me in the loop, never charge me for something without asking me first, and are overall very sweet and make sure you are taken care of. I dont usually post a review but I am extremely impressed by their service. They are very friendly, courteous and easy to talk to. I was in there no more than 10 minutes and my car was done. They made a couple of suggestions to get some things replace in my next visit.No more Mr. Tire for me, I will start coming to this Jiffy Lube location.

I had to pay over $700 to fix it at a nearby mechanic and it caused irreversible damage to my motor, so my car may not last much longer. Im livid about my car and the unnecessary stress this has caused. Take your car elsewhere if you are looking for quality service and avoid Jiffy Lube at any location. UPDATE: I tried calling the number in the reply below multiple times and never heard back from them.

Everyone was attentive to every need of my car, thoughts, & concerns.Customer service was excellent.Ironically, the company I went to for my last oil change and tire rotation left my tire light on & blamed it on faulty equipment. When I went back they told me I had no tire sensors on my 2015 car..... So since my last oil change & attempts to keep off the tire light, I searched for a new place.These people were able to tell me where my sensors were located & my tire light has been off since going there . I didn’t even receive a tire rotation.....They also vacuumed out my car, FABULOUS addition to great customer service...

I had a very bad experience at the Jiffy Lube on Route 7 in Falls Church VA. They overfilled the oil; black smoke started billowing from the tailpipe within two blocks of my leaving the station. I had to return to the station so that they could drain and refill with the correct amount of oil. Additionally, they broke the tire valve and the sensor on my back tire when checking the air pressure. They claim the valve was cracked to begin with, and maybe it was, but their jerry-rigged fix failed almost immediately. My tire was flat within a mile of leaving the station. All in all, a complete fiasco. Im never going back.

They did not used vacuum to clean my car but the service was fast

Waited 1.5 hours for a signature oil change & realized when I got the car back that they did not vacuum my car as advertised. Instead, it looked like they rummaged around in my car and made it messier than it already was. Friendly front desk staff though & fair price for the up sell air filter replacement.

Updated: Three stars to one star. I tried to reach out to the District Manager that replied to my original review, but I never heard back from him.Original: Guy behind the counter was nice. This was an extremely expensive semi synthetic oil change. The charged $69, my normal shop charges $38 for the same thing. My car is a 4 cylinder and only take 4 quarts. Also, they used the wrong oil. They used 0w20 when the oil cap says 5w20. So not sure what happend there.

I come here to do a oil change on a fleet vehicle that, Meaning the company already has a account there, never have I ever had any bad experience with any other jiffy lube but this one, this guy was rude and unprofessional, didnt welcome me in, didnt introduce him self nothing, and when it came down to getting the service done, we can find you on our data base so I told him call the Gainesville store and get the details since Id didnt have what he needed, he then proceeded to tell me, we wont do that here, you can go to the Gainesville one if you prefer so, I left the store, if I could give this place a -100 I would ...

I have been taking my car here for a several years now to get synthetic oil changes. The service has been fine and the prices are reasonable. Theres free wifi if you need to work while you wait. I usually go before work in the morning and I can usually get out of there in 30-45 minutes. They always go through the standard motions of offering air filter, light bulb, and wiper blade changes but have always had no problem with letting me do it myself. Theyll check the status of your break pads if you ask, and point out any other issues that they notice and suggest where you can go to get them fixed if they cant handle them.

I have been going to this location for last four years for my oil change. The cost for oil change included cost of of oil and filter and other fluids and labor. Today something new happened. They charge me extra $10.00 for oil filter. This is absurd, because no where it is written that they would charge extra for filter. The explanation at the store given to me was this charge for only new cars. Hell my car is three years old. So can some one from jiffy lube give def ination for new car and old car. When it become old and how long they stay new? Please be aware of these extra charges they come up with. I have to find another place for my oil change now. I am very disappointed to do these....Loyal customer....

I went to this place about a year ago I was very disappointed by the poor customer service. Solid place to get an oil change etc, they follow the factory recommendations, good customer service and no pressure to change something you dont need.

The service has always been excellent. But i learned today that there is new ownership that is causing incredible disruption to a team that i have been trusting for many years. i saw low morale. i saw people losing their lively hoods. i saw people who believed in their jobs...and now their futures are being thrown away for some sort of corporate overhaul. it is disgraceful that we had a thriving business with employees who were proud of their work and work ethic having to turn away long time customers due to massive employee walk offs and drastic pay cuts that make it unable for them to continue doing what they do best. the low stars are in protest for the service people’s rights and dignity to do their jobs with fair treatment and fair pay. they deserve it. shame on jiffy lube.
