We took my wifes car here a couple of years ago and they really took care of us. They are knowledgeable and understand balancing your needs to what you can afford. Recently just took my own car in and was assisted in understanding my cars check engine light issue.

Ben, is a true professional and hands-on owner/master mechanic dedicated to correctly diagnosing and fixing whatever ails a vehicle. His automotive knowledge and research capability is unsurpassed in my experience with auto repair shops. He has performed both standard maintenance as well as fixing engine/electrical problems on my truck that other shops failed to diagnose and correct. His demeanor and outstanding customer service attitude are top notch. You can trust that your vehicle will be in thoroughly capable hands in this shop.

This shop owners knows and cares about cars and it shows. Hes honest, up front and does right by his customers. Ive had work done on various cars here and have never had to come back for the same issue once repaired.

The guys are real car guys and can fix anything. They really understand all the differences in automobiles and will prioritize between what really needs repairing and what can wait. It seems that there isnt anything they cant diagnosis correctly, and have such a comprehensive knowledge of all autos including the high end models.

Ben is an outstanding mechanic and all-around great guy. Rare to find hard-working, customer-service oriented people in NoVa, but he and Charlie really take care of their clients. Recommend highly!

For years I have taken vehicles to Auto Clinic Service Center in Merrifield. They used to be able to fix things others could not and at a fair price.In the last year, I have taken two relatively new vehicles in for routine operations such as brake jobs, cooling system maintenance, etc. In every case, they completely botched the work. The brakes actually failed out on the road, the cooling system has the wrong coolant which led to a failed thermostat.Turns out they have a new owner. The guy is definitely not a mechanic like the old owner. He is more like one of those garage owners you hear about on TV scamming people. I suggest everyone stay away from this place.Too bad, it used to be a great garage under the old ownership.

Very knowledgeable and they did not try to up sell me on repairs or items I did not need. Cant say enough about Ben and his mechanics

I highly recommend Merrifield auto clinic. Its run by Ben Pollick and he is a rare species: an honest mechanic. He will never recommend any service you dont need, and his prices are very reasonable. Right off Lee highway near Mosaic and Merrifield Garden Center.
