Had the worst experience with this shops staff. I have a Tesla and they are the closest authorized repair shop. My insurance company sent my file to them on 9/2. The receptionist, Jenny, told us they could provide an estimate based on photos I took and it would take about 2 weeks for the parts to arrive. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from them. I called and she said she’d sent me an email the same day requesting better photos. The email went to my junk folder, so I never saw it. She has a heavy/quick accent, when I tried to ask her to speak slower she raised her voice and became belligerent stating we didn’t have to do this. I’m not going to beg a company to allow me to pay them thousands of dollars. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
I had my Tesla Model 3 repaired after being sideswiped by a dump truck. They repaired the drivers side including replacement of both doors. The paint work looks great and matches perfectly. Customer service and communication are very good as well. I am overall very satisfied with my experience with Falls Church Auto Body. Thanks for the great work!
Hey Tesla/EV owners.... they got you covered, good work, fast service (please be mindful they have to order the parts and dont control they aspect). I was please at the work they did on my vehicle and the fact they kept me abreast of the process. Start to finish.
First let me say the work they did on my car after a minor accident was fine. I have no complaints about their quality of repair work. What I have an issue with is their unprofessional office staff. After the accident I called my insurance company, they told me to take it to Falls Church Auto Body. I took my vehicle in and got an estimate to repair it. I set up an appointment to bring it in to get fixed. The night before I was to bring it in they did call to say the part was not in so dont bother dropping it off. Falls Church Auto Body would call to tell me when the part was in and work could be done. I waited two weeks and then started calling for an update. (in the meantime the person who hit my car insurance took full responsibility for the damage). I called into Falls Church Auto Body, they look around cant find the paperwork and say they will call me back, I call back two days later since they never bothered too and they still dont have an update say they will call by COB with an update. No update that day so the next morning I call in and go, Are you going to fix my car or just jerk me around and wait on hold until they confirm that yes they did have the part in stock and can fix my vehicle. Set up an appointment to bring in my car to get it repaired. And at that point I confirm with the Falls Church Auto Body representative on the phone that Insurance is covering the whole thing. They will be billing them directly because the insurance company has taken responsibility and these are the words the Falls Church Auto Body representative said, When you pick up your vehicle when we are done you wont pay a Dime, Insurance has it covered. So imagine my shock when they demand full payment before they give me my keys back. It was deceitful and wrong. Suffice to say I will never do business with them again and will submit a similar complaint to my insurance so helpfully they will look into their business practices as well.
To say I was impressed with Falls Church Autobody is an understatement. I took my Mazda 3 in for repairs following a parking lot hit and run and they not only fixed the damage, but made my car look like new. My intent was to get the repairs done and then take it to get detailed, but to my surprise when I picked it up the car was immaculate and you would never know there was damage. Definitely recommend this GREAT shop!
I brought my 2020 Tesla (it was involved in a parking lot hit and run) in for repair. The staff was friendly and efficient. The work was completed for the estimated amount and in the time parameters specified. Most importantly, the repair is excellent. My car looks brand new again. I am happy again. I can recommend the Falls Church Auto Body shop without hesitation. They do great work and are friendly people.
I didn’t even want to go to this shop because they were very rude, the lady was rude and said she couldn’t hear me when she could hear me, she was very rude this was so upsetting, horrible service .
Overall very good service. They did a great job fixing up my car for a reasonable price. My only ‘complaint’ is that the repair took about twice as long as initially estimated, but I would rather have the job done well and take more time than to have it rushed through and and be done poorly. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future.
I stopped in because I had a corroded locking hitch bolt stuck to my receiver. The office staff was super friendly and professional and I was taken care of right away. Within fifteen minutes I was on my way!
I quoted for the repair of scratches on the rear bumper here back to the 2017. I did not accept the repair. However, they report my car as damaged to Carfax. I was not aware of that I until I sold the car this year.Be aware when you quote or repair here
I was referred to this body shop by my vehicles manufacturer. Someone hit my car on the rear corner, above the bumper and below the tail light while it was parked. The damage was a dent about the size of my hand and as I was told by a few people, in a very difficult spot to fix.The damaged spot is like new, I can tell where the damage was because the light hits the paint a bit differently, but I also know where to look. I have had friends and family take a look to see if they can tell where the damage was and most of them couldnt find it.I had called the shop to schedule an appointment and was a bit hesitant about going through with it. The person on the phone was a bit curt and I got the sense that they wanted to get me off the phone. It was the only body shop that was certified locally to work on my vehicle so I went anyways.Im glad I did, in person everyone was extremely friendly. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained what they had to do to get it fixed and why they had to do it this particular way.The shop says that they work with your insurance and that is not an understatement. My insurance adjuster called me shortly after I dropped the car off and told me they got everything they needed from the shop and that everything was ready to go. Then when I went to pick up the car, the insurance company had quoted me a different deductible than the shop. The person in the office called the insurance company and got it all straightened out.I hope never to have to go back, but if my car gets hit again, this shop is the first one I will call.
This is the worst body shop on the planet do not take your car here if you want it to be done correctly they have to many cars and the do a rush job to get yours done missing key details in fixing your vehicle if you want a rush mediocre job this is the place for you

I couldnt be more happy with my experience here. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. This is the only place I called in the area that was able to do an insurance assessment the same day of the accident. They quickly reported to the other drivers insurance company. Within a day, the insurance company had everything they needed from them. Thank you for all of your help in a difficult time!

I received a very clear explanation over the phone walking me through this insurance claim repair. The ease of getting the initial inspection and setting up the appointment for the work to be done was seamless. The office staff is very friendly and there is even coffee for the customers! They gave me regular updates on progress via emails or telephone calls, so the communication was appreciated. I highly recommend them for auto body work.
The work they did looks good, but it took so much longer than they initially estimated. In the end they had my car for a full month and each time I had to call on the day it was supposed to be ready only to be told it needed another couple days. This was repeated for weeks -- never once did they let me know that my car needed additional time. I dont know how on Monday they can say it will be ready Tuesday night or Wednesday, but then it takes another 2 weeks to complete. I suspect that they are just very busy and the dates they tell you are just made up until they can finally work on your vehicle.

They are not honest with their time estimate. Initially I was told 10 to 12 business days. That turned to 3 weeks and finally I got my car back after a month. It is a specialized vehicle for drivers ed. I have to borrow my bosss vehicle as per their promises and almost lost my job. Dont go to them unless you have an extra vehicle or rental for a month. Last two days they kept my car for quote un quote Quality control. The car had paint dust inside the drivers side and the door behind it. Also the AC fan is making noise. Dont recommend them to anyone.
Excellent customer support, no wait for appointments. Easy walk-ins. Very detailed body work. I am extremely satisfied. The place is not close by but certainly would take my repair back to them if need arises in future

I am very happy with my Falls Church Auto Body experience. My car had been hit again in the parking lot and luckily this time the people left their insurance information, so Hurrah!! to them for their honesty. My car was repaired and returned to me in the time that was given, the repair work looked dandy and the personnel at the shop were very pleasant and efficient.

This auto body shop take a really good care of their customers from day 1. This is my second time at this shop, my first one was for my Dads car and the second was for my car. The free estimation is quick and easy in comparison to other body shop around the area that require to make appointment and wait for 3 weeks. I was informed everyday about status of my car when its in the shop.
This place is excellent, no question about it. I went in to replace the bumper of my car and treated very well from the start. You can feel it from the get go that these people are caring about your need. They have kept me informed through the whole repair saying what stage of the repair they were in.All the employees I dealt with seemed very professional and courteous. I should especially mention the owner Rick for welcoming us, taking our project,and keep in touch with us through the whole process to deliver my car in a short time period.I do highly recommend this place to anyone and for sure,I’m definitely going to be a returned customer for this place.
I came in to replace a bumper on a 10 year old car. After looking at the car less than five minutes, they wrote me an estimate for a charge that was $1000 more than what I paid for the car. They refused to consider anything less than the list of complete replacements they estimated. What a ripoff. I found another autobody that did the work for 1/5th the cost and complete in 48 hours. Never coming hear again.
Good customer service
I called and showed them the install on my bumper was not installed properly months ago on my 2005 Audi. It had a gap still and they said they had to order another part. I still have not heard anything from them. Its been months.
Have had multiple jobs done there for collision insurance claims over the past 10 years or so and they have done a fairly good job. i am a picky customer who knows just enough about body work to see problems but usually they do the best job they can within the realm of what the insurance companies will approve.
Ive been to Falls Church Auto Body six or seven times in the last four years. Yes, I have teenage drivers. ;) Theyve done fabulous work each and every time theyve worked on the car. On one occasion, a side marker light started leaking a couple of years later. They replaced the light without any questions or any trouble. The staff is friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

Big shop, not fancy and new but they did a great job, got my car finished ahead of time and the work done was of excellent quality. The staff there are very friendly.
I have take all 3 of my cars to this shop and have gotten excellent quality work every time. Color matching was supreme even on an older car. No complaints in the 5+ years ive been using them.

I unfortunately have a lot of experience with this place. My car has been here several times over the past few years. They do great work and are relatively easy to deal with.
Friendly, communicative staff. Ive noticed that their finished work holds up very well over time. I have to dock them a star for botching a recent paint job; they took care of the mistake quickly but it still kept my car out of commision for a couple extra days. Id still go back, though.

Do not take your car here. I got in an accident and State Farm said this place was on their list of preferred vendors and was right down the street from my house so I chose them. It has been almost 6 weeks since the car was dropped off there. All they had to do was replace the passenger side rear quarter panel and paint it to match the car. The first estimated pick up date was a week and half ago and they said the car is STILL in paint. Once they have it back then they will look at the suspension and alignment to see if any of that needs to be fixed or replaced. This could very easily go for 2 more weeks if any of that needs to be replaced. They also do NOT call with updates. I have to continue to reach out to them for any update on my vehicle, including the update saying they missed both of their estimated dates of completion. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle!
The staff are friendly from drop off to pick up. Their estimate for repairs was spot on. I was taken care of quickly and on my way in no time!

They kept my car for a month for repair that can be done in a maximum of 2 weeks in another auto shop. Most of the parts were purchased in a dealer which is a few miles away from the body shop, I dont really understand why they kept my car that long. The receipt they gave me states the dollar amount for mechanical work done on the car but on the second day the car almost caught fire. I took the car back to their shop and it took another week to fix the problem. The level of customer service is very awful!
No one likes to get into an automobile accident, but, these guys really know how to fix cars that get bent up on the crowded roads of metro Washington, DC Northern Virginia.Rental car companies on site, and several insurance companies operate from here. I have had several cars fixed here, an each tine, it was done very professionally.I highly recommend Falls Church Auto Body for collision repair.

Terrible service. Car was in a collision, and insurance company recommended Falls Church Auto Body. Big mistake. They kept the car for over five weeks. After a week I started calling asking for updates on the repairs. The person who answered kept saying the technician would call back, but they never did. This went on two weeks. Then they called out of of the blue with an estimate that was $2K bigger than the original one we were given. Why was it so much higher? The person could not say. They finally gave us a date to pick up the car, then called two days before to say it would be ready. Went the day after the appointed day, in the AM; the car was *still not ready*. Came back the day after that, and the car wouldnt start. Finally got the car started, drove home, and now am having intermittent electrical problems. The shop said lifetime guarantee, but they are not getting anywhere near the car again.I will *never* go to this repair facility again, and I have already notified my insurance company of the ridiculous experience we had.
Played me like a childs game. They came off all helpful at first when I came in for the estimate, no problems when I dropped my car off. Two weeks later the car is BARELY ready. I had to call a total of three times just to get them to finish it up. Dropped my car off on Monday, said it would be ready Friday, not ready, then said it would be ready Monday, still not ready said they would call me back in 15 mins, no call. Finally called back yesterday they said it would be ready today this afternoon, confirmed today that I would pick it up AND STILL NOT READY. Wasnt until I gave it to the guy on the phone, now magically the car will be ready later today. I was only forced to come here because of my insurance company but would never recommend this place.
They did an excellent job with my Tesla. They came in substantially cheaper than other estimates, so I was worried about a low estimate turning into a higher final cost. But they didn’t charge a penny over the estimate and were done faster than promised.
I left Falls Church Auto Body with a huge smile! From the body repairs to my car to every interaction I had with someone who works there. I am extremely pleased, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.
How can it take over a week for a minor repair that some companies can do in your parking lot?! I got excuse after excuse on why it wasnt done and then they left for the holiday without so much as a word on what was going on with my car. I called and was told the car was ready and then called to say I was on my way and found out in fact it was not and I had to turn around. They clearly have a deal going with Enterprise Rent A Car so steer clear of that service they provide you. They were just running up my insurance deductible. I got the worse recognition of their screw up from the desk clerk. My guess is if I had used another car company the car would have been done on time.

Curt and staff delivered 5 STAR service from day 1. My 2012 Jeep GC Overland was rear-ended to the tune of $7000. The time to repair this much damage was on par for the damage sustained and given the wait for the insurance companies reinspections and part ordering. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process, even receiving calls from 2 different people at times to tell me the lastest update. The paint work was flawless and matched the factory color perfectly. The same for the body work. No one could ever tell the vehcicle had been involved in a rear-end collision. I can not recommend this shop enough. My gratitude to Curt,Tim,Jenny,Phyllis,Eddie and the technicians for everything they did to make this as pleasant as possible. The lifetime warranty doesnt hurt either!!

I will write it in Spanish so that many Latinos in this area will think twice before going, I went to this body shop because the insurance told me that it was the closest one for which I accepted. The work they did was horrible, they fixed it and they fixed it again and it was still awful. We told him that we did not like the job and it seemed that they did not like it at all because they only gave excuses to fix it again. I took him to Farrish Fairfax and they gave me their point of view and told me that the work was very poor quality. I called insurance and they told me that Falls Church auto body had to fix it. this time a receptionist named JENNY with a bad attitude realized why we were coming, and she wouldnt let me talk to anyone there, not even a miserable manager. This lady if she works as a receptionist is the worst I saw serving clients. Do not waste your time with this body shop, the quality at zero and its receptionist the worst.look for someone who is trustworthy and has good staff. I RECOMMEND YOU FARRISH FAIRFAX. excellent service and quality.
