I called Val Collision as they are the body shop for Alexandria Land Rover. The receptionist scheduled me for the same day. As I arrived Eddie came out and examined the scratch, within less than 10 minutes he had the car in the shop and repaired!! It seemed like they dropped everything to help me out and get me on my way, total professional and detailed service! Needless to say they have made a customer for life! I came in right when they opened just to get an estimate of some light damage on my rear bumper after a small collision. Eddie quickly came out to my car to give me an assessment, and when I clearly wasn’t quite ready to commit to some costly bumpers replacements, he told me to give him 10 minutes. On the spot he brought out one of his employees to buff and touch up my car, which completely satisfied my needs, AND he did it FREE of charge. When I offered to pay he refused, and simply told me to write him a good review. So here I am. Eddie, the owner of Val Collision, is one in a million. He was recommended by our BMW dealership and while it was unfortunate that we got in an accident, I am so grateful we found Eddie. He went above and beyond for us, acting as an intermediary between me and the insurance companies so I didnt have to get involved but keeping me in the loop the whole time. Fixed a bumper scuff from a red car that swiped against our white one with no note. Fixed quickly and looks like nothing ever happened.

Eddie and his team at VAL went above and beyond to fix both of our cars much faster than expected. He worked with our insurance on our behalf to get the claims approved and paid out. He also washed and detailed our cars before giving them back to us.One of our cars was originally at the dealership and when they informed us that a part was indefinitely on back order, we had the car towed to VAL. Not only did VAL find the part right away, but they fixed the car within two days of receiving the part.VAL not only does quality work but their customer service is top notch.

UNRELIABLEWe were promised that our cars front bumper would be repaired within two days, which became three days, which then became four days, even though we had left a note that we needed the car for professional trips. Furthermore, they did not bother to give us an estimate for scratch removal on the rear bumper, even after three days waiting. We cannot recommend this place under any circumstances.

Val Collision Center is also the collision center for my car dealer in Alexandria, Beyer Subaru. In 15 minutes today, Raynel Gonzalez, service manager, had my badly scratched rear view mirror repaired by the technician. The job was so perfect, you would think the technician had replaced my entire rear view mirror. No wonder the car dealer recommended this collision center to me.

My car has a dent on the rear bumper. Geico initially agreed with a Remove & Install. Eddie did the following: contacted Geico to confirm them the part needs to be replaced; install the new bumper, and any other work he can help with; delivered the car on time despite Geico showed up three days late; changed the oil and replace the filter without charge; most importantly, had a 30% discount on my deductible.He didnt ask me to leave a message on Google but I volunteered to do it. This shop deserves more exposure as it does a great work and Eddie really knows how to do business smartly.

I highly recommend VAL Collision Center.My car recently needed repairs for damages from a minor accident and I was looking for a shop that I could trust and that would treat my car with care. I was nervous about selecting a shop and weighing my options between VAL and a big name shop that specializes in my car make (Toyota). But given VALs 5-star reviews (a rare rating to find as far as car repair shops go), I decided to stop in for an estimate and found the owner went above and beyond to explain my options to me and address all of my questions and concerns (and I ask a lot of questions!).My first impressions were fantastic, so I decided to get my car repaired at VAL and Im glad I did!They treated my car with care, replaced the necessary parts, and seamlessly blended the tricky metallic paint finish on my car. I pointed out a few small scratches and they willingly addressed the little touch ups for free. They cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me. It looks as good as new.Even though my insurance company was a bit slow and created some challenges, the VAL staff stuck to it and got everything processed.The owner and staff were courteous and honest in all of our interactions and the price was reasonable too!I would definitely return if I needed repairs in the future. Give them a shot if youre (unfortunately) in need of car repairs.

I was referred by a friend who has had a great experience with these guys. My car had a mechanical issue where I was unable to shift into gears correctly. I dropped my car off, they got back to me in a timely manor and informed me what was wrong. They fixed the problem and took care of other issues I wouldn’t have known about. My car drives excellent now. I couldn’t be happier.

Update - we started off rough but they did a lot to make up for it. Cant speak to their actual repairs as of yet but they went out of their way to make the original issue right.

I had a small collision pulling out of my garage at less than 5 mph. Went to VAL because they were preferred by my dealership. The quote I was given was for $1600 and included areas of my car that were not plausibly affected by my accident. I walked out but got talked into letting them buff out the paint and use adhesive to reapply a part they took off to check for damage for $150. They told me to come back later that day. 2 weeks later the area that got buffed out looks fine but the piece the put back on my car has partially popped back off. Its pretty clear that they did a shotty job because they wanted to make more money out of me. I feel like I should have recognized they were unprofessional given that they gave me such a crazy initial estimate.

Everytime I leave my car in their care it returns to me with a quality of work that is unparalleled.I would be remiss to not mention that Eddie is also a really terrific business ower. I think the only thing more important than servicing cars is the customer service.If you choose to take your car somewhere else you will be making a HUGE mistake! Considering VAL services at least 8 dealerships the name kept coming up and thats why they still have my business to this day.

The first time I took a car to Eddie Flores for bodywork was in 1988 when it was known as Autocraft Body and Paint. Since then, Ive never used another bodyshop. Collision repair is his specialty. But he also performs vehicle restoration to original condition. There are two ways to do bodywork: Do it right away or do it right. If you want your car done right away, take it to any paint shop. But if you want your car done right, take to Eddie at VAL Collision Center.

It was major surgery and one of the most impressive sights I have ever seen.Awaiting parts delivery, their work continued dailly for a month. The new paint was the exact subtly pearlized match. It was then ready for me like a prize winning, highly-polished specimen in an auto show, and all systems of the car have run perfectly now 160,000 miles later. I need this car to provide for my family. I called Val Collision Center and they were super supportive. They towed my car stuck at the McDonald’s up the street for free. The owner told me what was wrong. He also noticed I needed extra work done on my 2008 Honda Accord. He was very understanding and professional. His staff showed compassion and demonstrated that not everything is about money. He asked me what did I do for a living and I told him I was a teacher. He said I will take care of you. He replaced the engine and even anything else that my needed replacing. He even took it Upon himself to fix a dent that started to rust on the back passenger side door.
