PROS:- Repair job is great and done in a timely manner.- They worked with my insurance company so I did not need to worry about insurance paperwork.- I was kept informed of the repairs status throughout the process.CONS:- Received a call to let me know my car was ready but when I showed up to pick it up (after I took an appointment) it was not ready (it needed to be washed, which took approximately 40 minutes).- One of the grab handles above the doors was reinstalled upside down.

I had an accident with significant damage done to the rear driver’s side quarter of my car. Jose provided me with an initial estimate to repair the damage that was initially apparent but warned me that other issues might be found when they disassembled the damaged parts, which did happen. I received a text or call from Caliber almost daily keeping me posted on the progress of the repairs and exactly what needed to be done. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The repairs were beautifully done, and I have driven the car over 500 miles since with no problems at all. I highly recommend Caliber for their excellent repairs and customer service!

My vehicle was involved in an animal collision during the holidays. I took it in to Caliber, and Michael was able to take a look at it and get me the initial estimate despite being short staffed for the holidays. He got me the estimate at 6:40pm on December 31st, about an hour after they closed. Id fully expected to not hear back until after the weekend. Unfortunately the cost of repairs was too high and the car was totaled, but Michael and the folks at Caliber did everything in their power to help resolve the situation, up to and including staying late on New Years Eve. I highly recommend dropping by Caliber, and certainly intend to make them my first stop whenever I have damage to my vehicle.

My car interior smells like acetone after they painted a door. Still stinks after 2 weeks. I asked them if that is normal. They said bring it back so they could look at it. I ask how you can look at a smell. They said they sent it to another shop 30 miles away and I should take it there to ask them. Cannot recommend based on their attitude.

I hate leaving bad reviews, Im probably the most laid-back easy-going person actually. Ive had such a frustrating experience with this location as Ive been told different dates as to when my car would be ready for pick-up. Im a working college student so I NEED my car and Ive paid out of pocket for 3 weeks for a rental car (over $1,000). Ive worked with the location in Purcellville which is amazing and they were unfortunately too busy so they sent my car to Falls Church. The Purcellville location kept me updated through every process which I havent been provided the same luxury by this location which is confusing. The only updates Ive received is when Ive had to call them first.

The service was excellent and the work done promptly, and my service advisor, Michael Chamberlin, went out of his way to get the work done in a timely manner.
