Worst place ever IfYou have a receiptAnd tagsYou are not able to returnI lost outOn $150Because my outfit I bought didnt fit me and I have receipts and tags still wouldnt let me change for another size Im done spending money there Im out 150$ so disappointed disrespectful on every level

They have better shoe selection then eblens Fall River even the staff there is rude atleast here staff has some friendly workers and some ones you wonder how they got hired lol overall I’ve always had a good experience shopping for kicks

Today I had one of the worst experiences in shopping in a store the music was at a certain level which was fine and then somebody turned it up so loud that my wife couldn’t hear me ask her what she thought about a pair of sneakers so I mouth the words can you please turn it down a little with a smile on my face to this young lady short with glasses hair in a bun and she yelled out at me in anger this is a urban store if you don’t like it leave so me and my wife went to Eblens where they treat their customers with respect!

Im a sneakerhead of over 20 years, really Ive loved kicks since i was 6 so u could say 28 years. So I have been to every sneaker store in many states, camped out for shoes back in the day, etc. I will say compared to the super exclusive, top top tier shops, its a 3 star store. Simply based on aesthetic and exclusivity of shoes they receive. But compared with ur average stores especially locally (eblens, footaction, footlocker, olympia- and other mall type stores) I give it 4 stars. Some of the staff is way more helpful than others. Athia (hope i have name right Adia/athia shes a taller pretty indian/white girl) is awesome. She took the time to really help me and my girl find sizes and match some dope outfits. All while being complimentary and enthusiastic not just trying to sell what was most $$$ but what looked hottest. Shes 5stars all say..they have a Better selection than most, they put stuff on sale faster, and have more knowledge. 2 downsides-its BULL that they wont accept credit cards, it is 2018. They let me walk away from a 450$ sale over that. And didnt seem to care (so I doubt theyre earning commission). Having worked in retail for a cheap owner, I can only asssume This is for the simple fact that credit cards charge the store NOMINAL fee...(1.50$-2$) per charge...so ull let a $450 sale walk over a couple bucks? Or even a $50 sale from someone who may never return due to this? Lame. Also it sucks they have no dressing room. But I still spend a lot in there. So we all good. Reccomend it.

Staff was very nice, but a very big inconvenience, is that your establishment does not except credit cards. so my child had to go over to the store and use the atm, were I had to pay a fee. because you also dont take American express debit cards either.

Staff were very friendly only thing that I wont give more stars is due to they only accept cash or debit and I dont carry cash and my debit had been hacked so I was awaiting a new debit card and couldnt use credit card or checking
