Had a custom embroidered hat made and it came out perfect. Customer service was excellent, they catered to my specific needs for no contact service and tight timeline. I was also able to choose specific details for my embroidery, like typeface, which I was able to choose from an array of types and scale of embroidery on hat. Overall, great service and product. Nice shirts but took way to long! A hand full of shirts taking 3 weeks. That’s totally nuts. I was picking them up and all. I don’t understand. Hockey shop does it in 1 hour or less. Come on now guys.

Myself and a few co-workers ordered some shirts with our companys logo on it over 6 weeks ago (when we were told 2 weeks max) and we still have not received the shirts. I personally have called this office and left several voicemails to get an update on the status of our order.I did get an email saying they were done and once I paid in full, and confirmed the shipping would be here on Monday morning, surprise surprise, they werent. Here it is 2 days later and I still havent received a call back (or my order). Thanks for being so on top of it, guys, much appreciated....

Still waiting for my sons jacket. Hes the only one on his soccer team without one. They messed up on his last name...Henderson??? The coach has been calling and no answer. So now I call and no answer. The season is over in 2 weeks. Poor kid. Awful place.

Had shirts made here for a birthday party, had nothing but issues with the sizing of shirts,nothing but issues with the quality of ink that was used to print my shirts, my daughters shirt faded after being worn once, was told that the size that you wear at home should be the size to order, well apparently NOT because everyones shirt went down to their knees, i approached TOMMY, supposedly the business owner or part owner or whatever the deal is, TOMMY refused to give me a refund, TOMMY actually said to me that he could wipe his (Ass) with the $160 that i spent on the shirts, if thats the case then why refuse to give my money back (apparently you dont stand behind your product) what you are actually doing is taking peoples hard earned money to pay the rent on the so called shirt store that you claim to stand behind, all i wanted was a descent product for what i payed for, apparently it cant be considered descent, you should be ashamed for doing what you are doing, i will never go back, also i will let anyone that needs shirts printed to go elsewhere. Tommy food for thought sometimes you have to take care of your customers in order for your customers to pay for the space that you rent your putting bad quality out your door.......

They are a scam company dont buy anything from here I ordered patches they took my money and sent the wrong name will not exchange them.well you could have kept then I wrote them off,I needed them right the first time.and explain to me how you mistake the name deuce that you sent me for the name shoreline which I ordered
