Only reason I gave 2 stars is because I normally enjoy going to Walmart miscellaneous things. This is probably the worst Walmart in Southeastern Massachusetts. It cannot keep anything on the shelf they dont order enough inventory. it is the only Walmart in the city of Fall River so I guess I can understand why things go so fast but better management would be able to anticipate this and fix this easily.

Generally a decent experience considering its Wal-Mart, but this visit I was disgusted by the black mold growing all over the racks holding the milk, creams, eggs and juices. Seen it weeks ago and mentioned it to an employee stocking yogurt who said thank you for letting them know. Clearly it didnt get any further than that. Figured it was time to post it so maybe the right person sees it and makes them clean it. I could see it spreading a few dots of mold here and there onto the egg cartons as well, but unfortunately the picture came out way too blurry.

Its really good, there are all kinds of products, fantastic ....

It was a zoo!! I was looking all over the place for something & had to ask 3 different employees where I could find it! Unbelievable, I dread going into this walmart!

Great Walmart. Pulled in and instantly had a cop check out my car. Went back later on to find street racing and about 50+ cars having a tuner car meet. This parking lot felt like the embodiment of a GTA V lobby.

Shady workers following girls around the store last night, recording them with their phones. This store feels so unsafe. Be aware & pay attention. Something very shady brewing at this location. They tried to tell a female worker but she didnt understand English. Watch your children!!!

I was in and out grab a few thing for my daughters bday her custom cake. educational toys play mat no fuss .loved the option of check out your self or with a person. Nice place

It is like a war zone. So many shelves with out of stock items, poor inventory...no exaggeration! Also, most importantly, not keeping up with sanitizing liquids, paper towels, etc. If I have the time, I will go the extra distance to No Dartmouth or Swansea

Getting stared at while ur scanning every single last grocery is really annoying and rude. The workers need to learn how to nonchalantly watch to ensure nobody is trying to “steal” my friend felt so embarrassed and racially profiled and I did see what he seen. Shame on them!

Your standard super Walmart with a fairly robust/well stocked grocery, bakery, and deli selection. Typical low prices on most goods, and with the Walmart app you can easily find what your looking for. Staff is helpful, and are usually knowledgeable of where goods are. Everything is fairly clean but things (bathrooms, parking lot etc) could be cleaner, and the carts/baskets could be more well maintained.

Always satisfied with shopping here always easy finding what I need and employee are helpful if needed

One of the best dispensaries in the whole area had a good experience staff is highly well prepared with good info about their products and theyre very nice thats a plus!

I visit Walmart sometimes multiple times a day. Being in fall river means I have considerably good access to at least 3 stores. I find this store, though large, tends to be out of stock of certain things more often then others because its customer base is so large. They need to increse their inventory to account for that. They also need to carry more of a variety of items I can find at other stores but not here. Doesnt stop me from spending a lot of money everytime. 🤷‍♀️ Ive never had a bad experience with any staff and a lot of them seem to remember us. This store however should be put on a higher tier to accommodate their clientele. Dont let this discourage you if you need something, they probably have it or something close enough.

Update: I downgraded from 3 stars last month to 1 star. No shopping carts available twice this week. An employee told me the ones in back were broken and left. I had to go back outside and find a cart while my handicapped husband stood waiting with his cane. Still lots of empty spots on the shelves; half my grocery list was incomplete. Then I didnt get one bag of my food. I called and the store said they would have it at the service desk. They didnt - I had to go through the store myself and pick up all the missing items again. This store has become a disaster. I went to Market Basket and their shelves are fully stocked. I was able to get everything that was missing at Walmart. Im done with them.

Always my go-to since Im a Fall River resident. However the store is always packed with people, with very little cashiers or employees available to ask questions. The shelves are never fully stocked but I find the items that may be available here are different than I see in other Walmarts... This is a plus. The staff is often courteous & regardless of its downfalls- youll still catch me here weekly 🤣🖖

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS NOT THE STORE. I did a pre-order for 3 items in February of this year. The pre-order was set to be released in July and my expected delivery date was July 15th of this year. When July 15th came near I received no email to notify my packages were going to ship. When July 15th passed I received no email saying it was going to be late. I continued to be patient and waited a week to see what would happen. I was hoping to see my package just show up or just have an email notify that it would be late. After a week I received nothing. I got in contact with the help hotline. They notified me that my package was on a delay due to high amount of orders. Alright I understood because it was a new item people wanted. I asked when I should expect my package. I was told within a week or two. After two weeks passed I STILL did not receive any type of email or notification on my order. I call on August 15th, a month after my expected delivery date, and ask about an update. I was told there is still a hold and now my expected delivery date would be September 15th. Two Months After I Am Supposed To Get It?? I understand things happen but I remain patient and wait. Today is September 15th. I have not received a single email. I have not received a call. Nothing. I have seen my pre-order items in stores, now the prices are higher than what I got them for, and I cant understand why I have not received my package or been updated. I just called the help hotline. I was told to check back on my orders status in a few days... SERIOUSLY? ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS. I will NEVER pre-order anything with Wal-Mart again. This is absolutely ridiculous and they should be ashamed that they dont take their online pre-orders as main priority to their stores.. Like what the hell is the point of doing a pre-order then?? Its seriously ridiculous and I hope everyone else sees this and doesnt fall into the same situation.

They dont restock, employees are rude and store is disorganized. Why is Swansea store stocked, organized and a more pleasant shopping experience.

This location is one of the better locations out of the many Ive been too, its kept well stocked & very clean. The managers are awesome & most of the employees are always pleasant and helpful. Thankfully these A+ employees make up for the very few of their team members that have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever & act as though its a burden to be expected to do their job.

I rate this store a zero for selling a plastic tray of vegetables that expired on June 19 of 2021 and i just purchased it yesterday as my mom and I were giving my 7 year old sister it to eat and when we opened it smelled so bad that it stinked up the area that we were sitting in it is one so irresponsible and absolutely disgusting to sell an item expired this isn’t the only item there were two more we shouldn’t have to look at the dates when we’re shopping as an employee you should be the one to make sure an expired item isn’t on the shelf

There have not been any refrigerated items restocked in about a full, 7 day week.(3/4/21): i bought a pack of underwear that had been opened and taped back shut. My mistake for assuming they would all be the size printed on the package. I took one of the two stars i had given this place away.Coat racks are apparently something this store doesnt have the capacity to stock as well.

Walmarts policy on self checkout is crazy. Most machines dont accept cash. They only have limited associate operated registers.

The Walmart in Swansea is worth traveling the extra 4 or 5 miles. Newer, bigger, and better managed and stock than the Walmart in Fall River.

They should have cops around...If you go here with your kids, stay as close as you can to them. This is pedifile paradise.

Since its the beginning of the month, quite a few shelves are picked clean and not restocked fast enough. In recent months, a couple items I regularly buy arent on the shelves at all (just an empty space). I have to go to a different store altogether to buy it.

Empty shelves high prices damn self checkout. Sam Waltons dream is a nightmare. American made replaced by cheap Chinese goods. Wal-Mart monopolizes big box but customer care not priority. Sad!

I have had many bad an inconvenient visits whether it be from payment not being accepted when theres more than enough money in my account. It is very embrassing and inconvenient! The assistance from the managers?? very poor.I have been trying to purchase ink for my Canon printer that I bought from them. I have been trying for the past five months and have not been able to get it once there. They keep saying they order it and only 2 orders will come in?? Seems to me, they are not paying attention to their customer needs. Obviously theyre not ordering enough Im calling just about everyday to inquire . I also think they have an employee there that is running scams?? Trying to purchase 100.00 gift cards. They did it to me, and now Im waiting on my new card to cone in. In the mean time it was a holiday weekend and I was trying to purchase some items so I could also get cash back. Lol they only allow 20.00 but they were telling me that something is wrong with my account because my check wouldnt go through. I asked if they could use another register? The manager told me no theres nothing wrong with their machine its my account that there is a problem with. I even showed them the email I received from Walmart indicating someone was trying to steal my info. They didnt care, or even look at it.they are rude!! I hate having to go there, but it is very close walking wise. So sometimes I have no choice but to go there! They need to get better people working there. And if you ask them a question they dont know the answer to?? They wont even suggest trying to find out. Lol.

I had a great pickup experience! I was kinda leery about going here at first, usually I do Seekonk or Swansea, but the order was there this time due to product availability. I had read some negative reviews for this location and wasnt too keen on the trip so I made sure 2b there in daylight.I was very pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness of parking lot, speed of my order being out when I pulled up, the woman was so pleasant and helpful. I definitely will do more business through this location as I was in and gone 10 minutes easy!

Not liking it, for today, at least. Went there looking for any brand of 12 gram, CO2 copressed air cylinders. The kind you can use in air horns, sporting goods, etc. Couldnt find them anywhere in the store. They cant be bought on line to be shipped into our location. What is that all about? Why cant you find them in the store any more?
