Painfully slow service at the meat and deli counters. No bell present to ring for help. Seafood person ignored the growing line until I spoke up and asked for help.Kale pasta salad (from deli) is amazing. Also love the seasoned kabobs.

I like the one in OFallon Illinois better Fairview Heights when I ask somebody where something was and they told me if I did see it obviously they were out of it are dont carry it I was looking packets that you put in two bottles of water

You cant cut down a tree in the St Louis metropolitan area without having to worry about it falling on a Schnucks. They are conveniently located within eyesight of each other. Seriously, theyre great grocery stores with super fast self checkouts.

Someone took my medicine out the buggy Sunday Afternoon. I had jus got from the pharmacy. Made a mistake and forgot it n the buggy. On the parking lot

Ok. Disappointed they dont have the cereal I usually buy. None of the Schnucks has it on the shelves, yet its a Schchucks brand. Wondering if its stuck on the docks!

Had everything I wanted. Visited here because Belleville store did not have everything I wanted.

The service was great this was my first time dealing with the CVS pharmacy as far as picking up my medication Jada was very helpful and it was real quick in and out so yeah copastatic, state of mind . 😎 👍👍👍👍👍

I received a text my prescription was ready so I went in to pick it up. They didnt have it ready so I had to wait for them to fill it. This is not good service!

Even though the place was quite busy today, everything ran quite smoothly inside. Everything was easy to find and things were stocked. No stock lying in the aisles. This day, Thursday, whomever the gal was that was working register 9 around 1:30 today, if the customer is always right she needs a raise in a pay day off! I work overnights from 6p-6a. When I get off work I am exhausted. I try and get in and get out of the store when I need to go. This morning I saw a new product. A combination of my two favorite things. Bacon and Sausage. Its sausage but cut like bacon. Since it was a new costly product, it came with a coupon so I was even more eager to try it. At the end my transaction, the siri voice knockoff says Do you have any coupons. I usually do not, but today I was anxiously waiting for the question. The great value siri says, please give your coupon to the attendant. I waited a total of 8 mins for the attendant who never showed up. I didnt get to use my coupon, and I dont like that. Im giving this store a 3 out 5 stars because no one was watching me or helping me. Do better Schnucks.

The store is clean!!! That is very important to me. Sale items are usually stocked throughout the length of the sale. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like shopping at my Schnucks.

Good store. Easy to get in and out of and everything is easy to find.

During pandemic, this store goes all out to keep customers safe. They maintained frequent sanitizing of the shopping carts. The store was well stocked & I didnt see many empty shelves. Their new check out procedure speeds up the process, keeps customers at proper distance & now they have baggers at every cashier. Wonderful shopping experience.

Little wait at the seafood counter

I am very unhappy that I couldnt earn points or get points because I used the self checkout. If I would have known I would have gone to a cashier. Its unfair

Pulled in to this grocery story on a long road trip. The manager took me right to what I was looking for instead of telling me the aisle number. She was pretty friendly and had a cool halloween necklace on. I like seeing that because it just shows that staff are trying to have fun.Cashier was chatty and polite and the bagger was as well.Grocery front line workers making a customer feel at home even when your a thousand miles from it.(I chose to pass the large Walmart that was near my hotel.)

Of all of the Schnucks I have shopped in, which is more than two dozen locations and involves two different states, THIS location must be the most illogically stocked and disorganized floor plan of any of them. Both of those observations have nothing to do with covid-19 and instead make a person wonder if it was a test store.As I walked around in all directions of the compass to hunt for things, I noticed I was not the only shopper having this issue either. After two failed attempts to get assistance from the staff, who didnt know where the items were and had no interest in finding them either, I finally found one. To my dismay, I discovered the product choice was minimal and in stock or good and not in stock.My less than ten item trip was not worth this stop and made me realize this type of issue is probably what makes people loathe grocery shopping. Maybe this store could offer a stand with hand sanitizer, masks, and a disposable map.

Shelves frequently w/o stock. And plenty of their dairy product is past sell and/or use by date.Unlike other stores, if you ask that a product be stocked, dont hold your breath because it isnt going to happen.

The service is very slow in this store. The staff is friendly enough, just that the management seems to think all customers should go through the self scan & bag checkouts. I for one, enjoy the fact that people work there and should be given that benefit. Dont take their jobs away.

Always been good store. Been going there for 30+ years. Although they have been lacking cashiers lately. Even if self checkout is backed up as bad as cashier line it seems like they are not giving them any help.

Schnucks Fairview is a solid stop for groceries and the like. They have a great selection, including great prepared options. The meat counter staff are super knowledgeable, and you can often find someone sampling beers and/or wines on their busier days. More importantly, their customer service there is *always* on-point. Ive been going to this location at least weekly for a year, and never once have I had a truly bad experience. Schnucks Fairview, you know Ill be back!

Great local chain grocery store. Rewards programs is pretty good. Points/dollars pile up quickly. Frequently find desirable items on sale for $1 or 10 for $10.

Customer service ya horrible. Needed assistance with self checkout n the girl just sat there. The bags were not stocked up, the area was a mess. Could not believe it...

The old woman at the Customer Service was know help to correct the wrong item I purchased. She was very rude. Finally some one came to assist me. This was my favorite store but I will go back to shopping some where else. I spend a great deal of money weekly but I wont be returning.

Ever since my shop and save close down Ive been going to schnucks. the prices are higher but the selection is much better. Theres always a lot more cashiers ready and lanes open then there used to be at shop and save. and I think theyre coupon ad is much better than it used to be at shop and save every week.

We liked the prices, especially the produce. The store was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Saturday had hard cider tasting, Alex was very nice and helped us with selections for our upcoming party.

You can only go in the East door and they do not have a sign that tells you so

Slow check out, but it was just after their senior citizens time block, so a lot of the baggers were helping carry stuff out, leaving the cashiers to also bag. The only stockers I saw not wearing masks correctly were actually deliverymen for Lays and Dr Pepper.

Fairview needs a better grocery store. This place is the worst.

I purchased a cooked turkey dinner from their deli for a fast thanksgiving meal for my short time I have with my family this year.. When I got the turkey I had a frozen turkey to thaw and now cook since it is frozen. Raw turkey cook time= 2 hours in oven... frozen turkey(cooked dinner) 3-4 hours in oven! Save your money&time and buy your own turkey to thaw and cook. Equals less time and less money!
