We found everything we needed quickly. Daniel our cashier was very friendly and quick. The store was clean and organized. Overall a great experience.

I went there about a week ago to get a pick up order. They forgot two bags of my food. I tried calling and calling no answer so I drove all the way back to the store, had to go inside and ask about the bags of food. The man that helped me was nice but did not even apologize for the mistake. I get my bags and head back home . I realized days later that my debt card is missing and the last place I had it was Target so I try calling them again to see if someone turned it in since that was the last place I had it and still no answer no matter what department I try to reach. I get that they are busy but if I lost it at their store, its because I had to go back to pick the rest of my order that they messed up in the first place. I will again have to drive to their store to see if my card was turned in when it could be a two minute phone call. It is really frustrating.Also, the app did not allow me to report an issue with my order pick up. It seems once you pick up the order you are out of luck unless you drive back to the store.

I like Target for the most part. At least its smaller than WalMart, especially the parking lot, which is a good thing. I literally only came here because I wanted to visit the Starbucks inside. No more stupid masks required, but the cart girl was still disinfecting the cart handles. Bathroom was clean too and smelled like fruity pebbles

This Fairview Heights, IL location thought it was acceptable to sell the PlayStation 5 Console you see below. I spent hours on the line with support and they gave me a 5% discount. Then, when I actually opened the item, one of the faceplates just fell off because two tabs were snapped (likely due to impact.) What a horrible experience and most of my day gone, without receiving a functioning PS5. Who thought this was okay? Would they have sold this to another customer if I didnt accept it?

The store was clean and I was able to move around in the store with ease. The update in the cosmetic department was beautiful!

All items that I ordered were available online and were in my bags when delivered to my vehicle. The employees that bring to my car have always been very prompt and friendly. Kudos for hiring FANTASTIC employees!

Wow all i can sing is praise!!! the customer service here is no joke!! i was checking out at the self checkout and i overhear a worker at customer service dealing with a difficult customer who had their mask down and was giving them a hard time and i cannot express enough how amazing their service was. even though the customer was sending a flurry of insults and just being the most difficult person on the face of the earth this worker was calm kind and collected and gave the customer every ounce of patience they had and as a service worker myself i know how hard it is to stay calm under a situation like that but the worker handled it perfectly and i am throughly impressed. i called and it was actually the customer service manager and they were just amazing. i’m genuinely so impressed with his behavior in the situation 11/10.

The associate who helped me in electronics with buying a new phone and switching service for my 90 year old grandfather was so wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful above and beyond what I expected. So happy we decided to try target to get this taken care of.

This is the rudest store of all..... is there even a manager at this store??? I spend a lot of money at target.... that is going to change. ONE checkout open....ONE!!!!!... They finally open another line and they let the end of the line go first.... they did not take us in line....9 people....9 people were checked out and I still stand here waiting!!!! Close this location or fire and start over!!!!!

Told the worker at self checkout I would need the security tag removed she was extremely rude and said when you get it paid up all snotty even though they have THREE WORKERS WATCHING YOU CHECKOUT I pay 30 seconds later turn around all of a sudden no workers I found a worker and yet again said I needed it removed he said oh okay all surprised and took it off and didnt look at receipt after all that I could have stolen it anyway she needs her attitude checked

I was hired on at this target. When I started I was told the harder I work the more hours Ill get. I worked as hard as I possibly could, but they only gave me 8 hours a week. That was lowered to 4 hours a week. If your looking for work, this place it a joke.

Masks are required to enter the store. The checkout lanes are maintained with one entrance to control and maintain social distancing. All of the staff, I saw, were wearing masks as well. Nose and mouth covered.

Its Jan. 2, all departments are fairly well organized & mostly stocked, with exception on back corner (was Christmas center). That will soon be remedied as plans and material are making their way in. The personnel I dealt with were helpful & pleasant. Most of the store was clean. It was a nice experience.

I love the layout and it’s so nice to visit my local Target! I go probably 3+ times a week.

I bought a sauce that had been OPENED and the top of the item was completely molded. This is not the first time I’ve bought something from this store that was on the shelf that was expired, opened, or damaged. Shop carefully!!!!

I was just in this store to purchase some odds and ends. I understand that it is one of the busiest shopping seasons of the year. The gentleman in electronics was busy but very pleasant. A stocker whom I asked where something was, was exceptionally helpful The cashier was very nice. I had something that I was questioning the price on, so the cashier put their light on. When a customer service rep came to respond she (T... ) walked up berating the cashier because she called her over. She told her I am by myself up there I need you to own your stuff When the cashier was able to explain the issue she turned and told me to follow her and angrily took off. The cashier handed me my suspended receipt. I walked to the front and patiently waited for her to help the 2 customers who were waiting for their pick ups and returns. She called over someone who was nice and took over the issue. While the person is taking are of the issue T .... continued to make comments even when the store manager told the girl helping me to make it right for the customer. My bad experience was not with the store in general, but with this employees negative attitude and the way she treated her coworkers. I get that she is stressed and I understood the problem once it was explained to me, by the nice employee. Everyone is there to do a job and maybe T needs some training in stress management and customer service.

Customer service was great! She was really nice and greeted me and also said good bye. I was having a bad day until the cashier made me feel better.

Found the two items I came to buy.

On the date of my visit, I decided to stop at this location to grab a few items on the way home from a visit to a friend and her family that live in the area. I decided to pick up a copy of Frozen 2 for my niece who lives with me. We currently reside in St. Louis City. (17.8 miles away) when we returned home and sat my niece down to give her the surprise that we brought home and were going to then watch together for her to open the case to discover that there was no movie in it. My mother promptly called the store and informed them of the situation, the store then informed us that we could bring it back to replace it, as long as we did it before they closed. After calming my niece down from what she thought was a cruel joke, we grabbed the empty DVD case, hop back into the car, drive through a monsoon of a rainstorm w/ hail just to get this movie exchanged. We get to the front desk to be greeted by Margie, Who was also the cashier who check us out. She says go ahead and grab another copy and we will get it taken care of for you. We had to go all the way back to Electronics in the rear of the store, only to find two more cases that are empty of their copy. We brought this to the clerks attention who gets us a copy with an overwrap on it. We take it back to the front desk to see Margie speaking to someone who scurried away as soon as we approached the desk. She then states that the manager has informed her that there is nothing that we can do, these are overwrapped and sealed so the DVD should have been in there, (which this and several copies were not sealed. It was then stated that she was the one who checks us out and she didnt even notice the overwrap was not on it, to which she responded that it is not her job to make sure of that. Do we know how many people she waits on it a day? We asked to then speak to the manager, who was hiding around the corner in Self Check out, who upon hearing us ask to speak to him, radios over the walkie talkie that he was taking his last break and did not have time to come over. She then proceeds to insinuate that we had taken the DVD from the case and were trying to get another for free. I then informed her that I would be bringing back all of the merchandise that we had purchased there, to which I did. I have informed all of my friends in the area of this situation, and I have suggested that they take their business elsewhere. I am a fervent shopper and supporter of Target, especially over places like Wal Mart, but I cannot see how the level of disrespect and abysmal customer service that I have received at the hands of this staff, Target is any better than Wal Mart. I do not feel that these employees handled this situation the way that they should have; The two in question should not even be interacting with the clientele if this is how you are going to treat them! I ended up driving almost a hundred miles with all of the back and forth to be out a DVD that I paid for and a heartbroken little girl who thought she was going to get to see the Movie. I may be out of my copy of the movie, but I can assure you with the greatest of certainty that I will not shop at this location EVER again.

Several employees asked me if I needed help. When I did need help they were happy to help.

Love Target!

Normally, it is a 5 without a doubt, but after todays experience, I am not sure unless we receive a fair resolution.Target Cashier employee used our Visa Gift Card. The amount was reduced appropriately. Then our Cartwheel was scanned and the transaction could not be completed because cartwheel had to be processed first. Im not sure what the cashier did, but when we tried it the correct way, all the money from the gift card was gone. We received a run around saying our money MAY be able in 3 days and to contact the Visa Gift Card Company if it is not.Somehow, I am paying for the Target employees mistake.I have contacted Target through internet using the receipt information on the bottom. If we receive a fair resolution, I will be more than happy to increase this rating.

I like Target over the other store. Target shelves are always stocked and the isles are not cluttered.

This review is based on solely visiting the Starbucks inside. Barely any customers, got my drinks hot and correct. No complaints.

Nice Target. Clean and convenient. I found just the right Lego set to use to represent linked list nodes. Problem solved. And I didnt even buy the General Grievous set.

I need a motorized cart; and time after time, there are none available when I visit this store. Sometimes they are not properly charged. I have complained to management, but it doesnt change. I suggested they buy a couple more to have readily available. I understand that I may not always be able to get a motorized cart, but this happens to me every single time I go to this store. I finally gave up and quit going.

The workers are extremely friendly and very helpful. I have never been a big target fan, your items are very expensive, However, i found some very good bargains for my twin grandsons. Walmart is a bit cheaper, however, i do like the items I got today.

We received gift cards from somewhere, (a casino) adding up to $75:00 to use at Target.Wasnt a problem using them either.Got a cart full of healthy foods.Nice clean store too.Plus, I had been fasting for bloodwork and the coffee shop just sealed the great deal for us.

Overall a great store. I wish they would expand their grocery selection but I mainly shop here for running clothes, underwear, and the occasional shirt or pair of pants. You wont get much help but there are dressing rooms and mirrors so you can get by on your own easily.

Not enough cash registers open. Lines were 12 -15 people deep. Lots of employees all over the store.

This Target location is generally always pleasant to visit. The staff is usually nice and I always leave finding more things to purchase than I originally intended. It also has a decent Starbucks franchisee in case you are desperate for a quick jolt of caffeine. The only problem is that getting out of the parking lot can sometimes be a hassle if you are wanting to make a left turn... That aside, this is a really great location to patronize. Much better than the nearby Shiloh location.

Its Target. Need I say more? They have an outstanding business model that sets it apart from the competition. I would say, since they changed their operations and client experience, they are no longer competing for the same client base or shopping structure as Wal-Mart. It is exceptional, considering they run a large chain.

Store has given up making customers wear masks; many staff members aren’t wearing theirs correctly. Not worth it; I’ll just get what I need from Amazon.

This place is always great. It doesnt have the Walmart crowd but it still has great prices and deals. Plus theres a friggin Starbucks! Who doesnt love a nice fancy coffee while running errands!? I always get great service here (even if Im kind of a pain in the rear), and Ive never had a complaint about the place.

Store is very disorganized. Nothing was stocked or in its correct place. The workers were standing in the middle of the aisles just talking to people and could care less about being in the way. The cashier when i was checking out was to busy talking to people she knew who were behind me instead of paying attention to what she was doing. I was double charged for an item because of her carelessness.

Dreadful customer service at the CS desk and from some of the cashiers. It has happened more than once. I think corporate should get involved here with training as the CS desk and some of the cashiers are always rude and incompentent. Recommend going to shiloh location or not at all.
