Founds lots that we needed at good prices

This was location was good. The customer service was warm and welcoming. I will definitely visit this location in the future.

Sort of reminds me of a dollar store except not everything is a dollar & they dont have the expansive inventory of a dollar store. Great place to get a value on assorted K-cup coffees. Plus this place has furniture. The furniture seems to be of a higher quality than expected. They also have a decent outdoor collection, e.g., outdoor furniture, backyard accessories & yard tools. Not well organized. Its just a little store looking for an identity.

Big Lots is not at all what it used to be. Everything is way overpriced. I can find way better deals on name brand items shopping sales and using coupons or going to one of the umpteen discount department stores where their regular prices are still better. I went through every single aisle and wound up with a broom and some gummy worms. Now that Reebok can putchased at Walmart, nobody in their right mind would pay $26 for a shirt or pants. I was not impressed and I wont be rushing back. I should have went into T.J. Maxx instead. 😢

Purchased a set of outdoor chairs. It was odd the chairs were not in display. They only had them in the box in the back. But the employees were helpful. They found the product for us and then helped us load it in our car after purchase.

Its been 10 years or so since Ive been here and I pleasantly surprised. Its cleaner than I remember and laid out slightly different than before. They had hoodies from Reebok, which I didnt expect. We came to look at couches and was surprised of how many they had to choose between. Weve been to several stores looking for this couch and Im still thinking about the one I saw at Big Lots. They still had clearance end caps too. Ginger beer is not something I see often, so Im coming back for that too. The rediculously low prices on pink himilayan salt is one reason Ill return. Large bags that are $15 on Amazon are just $4 here!

The store was clean, well organized,and the Stagg was great. The prices left something to be desired. I came because I was looking for items to donate to a charity and thought I might be able to buy more for my budget, but I ended up finding better, less expensive options at Target.

Love this place. We find items that are unique & fairly priced. Always get discount & friendly staff.

I was really disappointed. I got my cats Frisk is Party Mix 2 months ago from big lots and my cats loved it more than any other treat. I went last month to get it when I ran out. It was gone no longer there. I went today still have no frisky party mix. Anyhow, hope it returns soon. My cats would appreciate it. Thx

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the store was well stocked. The problem I encountered was MANY ITEMS werent priced & there wasnt anyone to help...The person at the register told me I shouldve brought the items to her! Who wants to push a cart around with items I might want dependent upon price?!

Staff was nice, but a good percentage of the shelves are are bare. Other retailers seem to be recovering from the Covid shortages, but that recovery doesnt seem to have made it Big Lots.

I always find so much stuff here at such reasonable prices.

Shelves were empty, I bought some 3 musketeers I got them home and a mouse had chewed through the package, the candy inside was as hard as a rock with bites out of it, the cashier couldnt keep her scanner going, not her fault by any means, she was very help full and friendly

Big Lots is hit-or-miss but they sometimes have good European treats!

If I could rate this location a zero I would. In the middle of a pandemic associated are not wearing mask. Can’t remember their names but the guy who usually works in furniture was at the cash register and took his mask down when checking out a customer (5:10pm today). The other cashier maybe mixed race or black kept his mask on the entire time for my protection and his (thank you). Also their was another associate (white lady) with shorter hair (around ear length) who was not wearing her mask either. I saw both associates walking around the store while I was shopping. Also saw both associates interacting with two customers who did not have a mask on as well.It doesn’t matter if you believe in the pandemic or not you should at the very least want to keep your customers safe. If you are not going to attempt to keep your customers safe you do not deserve to be open!Before the pandemic I shopped at this location often yet I will not return!

Great and quick service! The very nice lady working at furniture this Sunday evening was extremely helpful. I left with a new dining set in less than 20min!

Im always shopping for my home here it doesnt matter what it is. Very reasonable prices on almost everything.

My husband and I did our shopping the cashier that waited on us gave us so much great information on how to save money by shopping there. I love that store they have really nice things and great price. Dont forget to get your reward card, its worth every cent. Good luck.

Staff is always very nice, even if they were watching me like I am a thief but maybe thats because of my purple hair and I suppose they do have to keep an eye out a little more around the holidays. I was surprised however that alot of the shelves were empty or barely half full in the a.m.

Theyre changing the store around in Fairview Heights, IL to accommodate even more stock from stores that are closing. Also in Sept be on the lookout for 20% OFF entire purchase discount coupons. I love this store and have shopped here FOREVER!!!!!!! Right on Big Lots!!

Big Lots can help you save in Big Ways if, you shop smartly. Todays visit was a bit puzzling though. It seemed as if a big remodel is underway as many of the shelves were bare.

Store was busy but its Christmas. Workers was amazing.

As big lots go this has good selection, with fresh regularly rotating merchandise. If you dont want to pay much this a good budget store.Compared to others it is clean, organized, and presentable.

It has been a while since I have been in this make life and when I walked in I was completely shocked because they had completely redone the store everything has moved everything was in new places but the stores layout was absolutely wonderful everything was neatly stocked on the shelves there were plenty of items the store wasnt very clean I mean Immaculate clean

I love me some big lots. The always have great deals. They also have a pretty good variety of everything. They have a little bit of everything.

Went in for a great price on a product I use regularly, found lots of interesting items. Fairly clean, but could have placed that item better instead of up on top shelf. Oh my.

As always, a great visit. Good customer service from Cindy the cashier, clean store especially for the day after Christmas. I love my biglots in Fairview!

Usually not well organized bur seem to always go back for good finds and decent deals. If you can patietly take your time, youre bound to find something worth the trip lol. They do have a grocery as well as furniture section. Some outdoor fun in the summer, usually good deals on things like pool toys and chalk ect in the summer.

When I traveled for work, this was always my go to place
