I had the best experience at this store. I am not too tech savvy and had an issue with my new phone after getting it resolved I was so happy. Kayla was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and personable when she helped me. I would highly recommend his store to all my friends and family.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a TMobile location. They lost a customer in me today as I sit in Verizon. She couldn’t have cared less to losing a customer and actually said that as we left. Horrible late of customer service.

I got a phone for my birthday and it was already opened and put in a case and set up. Because of issues I cannot help, this affected me personally in a really bad way. All I wanted to do was return the device. Because the device was purchased in Fairview, it had to be returned to the same store. I had no problem with this, I even knew I had to pay a re-stocking fee and was fully prepared to do so. When the associate, Jacob; asked why I wanted to return my device, he didnt like my answer and Instead of just making the transaction, he wanted to argue with me over what I was told by t-mobile before I ever entered the store. He wanted to argue with me about T-mobile policy even though I had already spoken to T-mobile. He was responding to me as if I were lying to him. He seemed to believe I could not possibly have made the call to corporate before I came to their store. The manager, Sarah; also failed to be helpful and allowed the mobile expert, Jacob; to continue to argue with me. Eventually, they took our money, and took the device back we were trying to return and we went to another location where we had excellent service and all of our requests were met without questions or hassles or claim of any policy that states we couldnt leave the store with a sealed phone.Fairview insists that they have to open your device before you leave the store. They insist that this is T-mobile policy, in spite of the fact that T-mobile told us it was not, in spite of the fact that another store, owned by the same franchise company let us take our device out of the store and didnt even question, when we asked that they not open our brand new phone. The Fairview store seems to be run by a very ego driven crew all the way around and they clearly practice dishonest procedure. Something is just not right in this store. I have never seen a policy where you as a consumer, are forced to let someone else open and handle the exact product you intend to purchase and own, before you can leave the store. I understand having a policy where the associates are expected to offer to HELP everyone, but to insist that they HAVE to open the device and set it up??? Thats like going to order a burger and the restaurant policy is that they have to put their fingers in your food before you can eat it. Just does not make any sense at all. I mean, if Samsung intended for the consumer to not be able to set up their own sim card, they would not sell you the key to the sim card tray and instructions on how to open it up with your device. If you want service that allows the consumer to make a request as simple as please dont open the box of the device Im about to spend money on. This is not the store to go to.

I personally have no major issues with T-Mobile and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. This particular location me and my wife had some issues with. The employees really need to do their research and be well informed, especially if someone is making the decision to make them their carrier provider

OUTSTANDING Customer service here at this T-Mobile store in Fairview Heights. Do not waste your time and going to the OFallon store down the street. The people at that store are rude and very unhelpful. I worked with James at the T-Mobile store in Fairview Heights and he delivered phenomenal service. James was very knowledgeable about the current products and promotions, and he greeted and approached us as soon as we walked through the door. It is hard to find great customer service these days, but the customer service at this store was great. You can tell the employees enjoy working there. If you are currently a T-Mobile customer or looking to switch to T-Mobile, defiantly go to the store in Fairview Heights you will not be disappointed. If James is there make sure you work with him, he is Great! :)

The sales rep, Paige, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions concerning changing providers and how to use my new iPhone XR.I also returned to the store after my husband and and I finished lunch because I had more questions regarding the use of my phone after I started using it on my own. Easiest transfer I ever made and Paige was the reason.

Walking in you dont have that pressured sales mentally from the sales representatives. They actually listen to what you want out of a new device. I know they have kickers sometimes for selling one device over another, but if the device that the company wants to the reps to push is not what you want they will not force it on you. Also the managers Christi and her replacement Brandon M. were extremely nice to the customers and it seemed that the employees enjoyed to all work together. Last time i saw managers like that was when Clint and then Matt were running the store.

Bought a phone for just under $600. Sales associate told us that was the full price of the phone...then we got our bill! Nope! That was just a deposit. We have another $19 per month tacked on our bill, including a $5 monthly fee for the phone case! What!? A phone case the sales associate stated they were including in the price. What a scam! Dont shop here!

Ive been with T-Mobile 16months. I lost my phone and bought another phone in Feb 2017. Its beginning to freeze up and sometimes I get dark screen and dont know who is calling. So I go to store in Fairview Heights, (right in front of mall). I tell female Manager who says she is the ONLY Manager at that store), so EVERYBODY should know her name because I DONT. She tries to sell me a phone but I dont buy phones on a yearly basis. I had my Sprint phone for 4 years with NO issues. Anyway, she give examples as to why ANY TMobile phone is not going to work the same after 1year and they are designed for customers to buy a phone every year or so. Remind you, I just got new phone 9months ago in Feb 2017. She compares a T-Mobile phone to a car and computer, basically saying if you DONT take care of them ... they need to be replaced in a year. I take of my car and phone. Anywhoooo! She pulls out her $800 phone and says more than likely she would have to replace it after 1 year. I say NOT calling you STUPID! BUT if you bought $800 phone that has to be replaced within 1year and you a salesperson for T-Mobile then You Do the Math cause that is STUPUD!She says you called me stupid and I cant help you so have a Good Day. Shes Weak! Baby GIRL! I didnt call you STUPID you just NEED lil bit more training on EXAMPLES and Dealing with Public. T-Mobile mailed me free phone and I still didnt get Upgrade.
