If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst service I’ve ever had, lazy & incompetent employees. Won’t answer my calls & still waiting on the store manager to call me back after 4 days. Won’t honor the work they’ve done. If you don’t want to get ripped off, don’t go there. Overpriced & don’t back up their work, $95 for an air filter!!! They had my car for 17 hours over 2 days and I still have problems. It’s a shame that corporate got rid of every competent employee they had when they changed the store name from Auto Tire to Tire Choice. Corporate was called and honestly they aren’t much better. My car is now at another shop getting an inspection so I can fight the $2100 bill for tires, brakes, rotors, oil change, air filters & alignment. No oil change sticker for next service was put on my window, oil change reminder wasn’t reset, the had my tires filled to 40psi. I’m absolutely disgusted by the service I received and lack of responsibility they show.

Laon and his team did a great job of patching my tire on Sunday, October 17th. The customer service could not have been better and they informed me of the price and exactly what the plan was to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I really appreciate the hard work they all did on a day where they could he spending time with their family and friends and taking time for themselves. But instead they took the time to help me out today to get me back on the road.

I have never had to worry about being taken advantage of at this store. I can go in and ask a question, and if they have time they answer and check my car to ensure that it is safe.

They took good care of repairing our tire. It took FOREVER to get it taken care of (over an hour waiting in the lobby), even after calling and scheduling an appointment. The staff was courteous, efficient, and friendly. They certainly helped us out of a jam, but were slightly disappointed that it took so long.

Tl;dr Tire Choice Auto Service has swift repairs, great prices and committed to helping you out. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone with tire issues/needs.I’ve been to this location twice and both times have been nothing short of exceptional. The first time I came here, my tire got a hole in it during the weekend and I honestly thought no shop would be able to take care of it. We’ll, not only was Tire Choice Auto able to fit me in same day (on a Saturday nonetheless), they also plugged up the hole when they could’ve just sold me a new one! That tire is still working for me a year later.The second time was also exceptional. I had some unexpected events occur that made me push back my appointment time, and they were more than happy to change the timing to one that fit my schedule. This time, the tire couldn’t be plugged up, but the tires that they had in stock were a reasonable price!I’ll definitely be returning if/when I have any future tire issues!!

Have been taking my vehicles theyre going on 5 years and I noticed the service continues to get worse and worse. Took my truck in today instead of an hour it took 2 hours. When I look at the courtesy inspection sheet, its scribbled on and couldnt tell a one from a two or a three or a five. Bought road hazard when I bought the tires 5 years ago and they kept trying to charge me for balancing and rotating. The people at the counter didnt appear to be knowledgeable nor did it appear that they cared that much. One more time like this will be my last time.

My blinker went out and fixing the bulb wasnt fixing the problem. I didnt know what was wrong but assumed Id be out of a vehicle for a few days---I was surprisingly able to drop my van off and pick up a few hours later. They replaced a different part that needed to be fixed, blinker works, dome light works ---they explained to me the problem and what I need to do to prevent it from reoccurring. My van is older, but very valuable to me because it belonged to my grandparents. Very appreciative of the service and will absolutely trust them with my van in the future :)

I called Tire Choice in Fairview Heights, IL. and told them I wanted to schedule an Oil Change, they said youre pushing it, its going to be hard to get in this week because everyone is trying to leave town this weekend. I said, I understand when do you have available, they said can you drop off in the morning time next week, I ask do you have anything after 5:00 PM, they said Thats not happening, I said how about a Saturday, they were about to schedule me a couple of weeks out, then I said maybe I should call you back later, then they Very quickly said OK and hung up. I then went to their website where I was able to make a 5:30 appointment for the same day no problem. I go there, they are not busy, they got me in right away. When I left I notice the sticker in the window they put said I had my Oil change on the 21st of May, its the 26th, and they put the mileage down as 2,000 less miles than I had on the car. Ill let everyone make up their own mind about how my customer service was.

My daughter had to get a vehicle she just bought checked out and we took it to Tire Choice in Fairview Heights, IL.Laon was the man assisting us and he (and his crew) thoroughly went through her vehicle, pointed out his concerns and did not pressure her one bit.She was leaving town the next day and didnt have time to fix the most critical issues.I am very happy with Laons auto repair knowledge and professionalism and will be giving Tire Choice in Fairview Heights my auto repair business.

Should have stopped going when they changed names. Had a terrible experience this last time. Took it in for brakes and balancing, was called 3 hours later saying I needed way more done. The price was ridiculous, and when I broke it down, did not match what I had paid for the same service (front brakes) just one month ago. I told the manager, Eric, this, and he reworked the package for it to be $104 less than he quoted me. How about you start with a fair price instead of the customer having to call you on it? Then, he called and left a message that my car was done. I got there at 6:15 to find the doors locked and Eric walking out, saying that they close at 6:00, even though the TireChoice website for this location says 7:00. There are no signs at the store saying their open times, and he did not tell me what time they close, which he easily couldve done on the message. I had to wait until the next day to get my car. So frustrating and I do not trust them now.

Went there to get my brakes fixed, spent over $800 and my brakes still squeal. Literally took my car up there 3 times and didn’t get my brakes fixed once. One time they told me “The mechanic checked one side of your brakes, but didn’t check the other” . The mechanic literally did HALF of his/her job, but I got charged FULL price. I wouldn’t suggest anybody to come up here to even get a Huffy Bicycle fixed. They will not give you full effort, but will charge you full price.

Since I moved into the local area I’ve been using Fairview Heights AutoTire. I have several cars in my family and for every tire install or alignment I’ve used them. Always very courteous and professional with all my interactions with the staff. Job well done and a no BS approach to sell you what you don’t need. I am a retired military and have received discounts and appreciation for my service. Great place that I’ll continue to use. Recommend it to all.

Emerald was awesome as I was experiencing a low tire and they found a small gash in the sidewall. They assisted me in the sale of tires but I chose to get back home (1.5 hours away). Then they said well lets put on the spare tire. Because they couldnt fix it or sell me tires, there was no charge. Will go back if needed jn the future.

The workers are very courteous and respectful great attitude. But they charge alot on maintenance fee. I think they should have clocked their time on how long they really do spend time fixing your car not estimated it just ridiculous.But overall they did a great job.I gave them a 3-star because of the maintenance fee

Extremely quick and professional environment. I had wheel balancing service performed on all four race spec wheels and they were done in no time. The waiting area is clean and they have FREE WIFI for guests. Not to mention this service was performed on a SUNDAY where just about all auto shops are closed. They have earned a customer for life.

I needed a tire patched recently. I was pretty frustrated about my situation but the people here were very friendly and made the day better than what I was expecting. I went on a Sunday which is first come first served essentially, so there was a bit of a wait. But that was totally understandable. Shout out to Nathan for being helpful and friendly and to the gentleman working on the car ( didn’t catch his name) who hopefully didn’t judge me too much for the mess!Thanks again!

This location has the worst customer service. I took my car in for steering wheel work, I paid them but on taking the car I noticed 3 lights on. I called them and this rude lady tells me they cannot do anything about the lights. When I took my car in, none of the lights were on.Please DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE CROOKS.These guys are the worst.

Had a flat tire and brought it in to see if it could be patched up or if I would have to buy a new one. Nathan was so nice about the whole process. I feel like most places would take advantage of a girl not knowing much about cars, and just try to make her buy a new tire. He assured me if it came to that he would keep me updated and work out options with me. I appreciated that because I have had places keep me in the dark, do the most expensive option, and just expect me to be okay with it and pay for it no questions asked. He got the job done when he said he would which was really important because I did not have a lot of time. He also remembered my name when I came back in to pick it up after having only met me once, which always makes a customer feel appreciated. I would gladly come back here for future work needed on my car.

I have been going to this auto tire for 12 years and even though I moved to St. Louisa and now live 30 min away, I keep coming back. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Wayne especially is fantastic with his customers. He has not only treated me incredibly well but I have also witnessed on multiple occasions him going above and beyond for other customers. Not only will I continue to do business here but I recommend everyone do so as well.

The staff was very friendly and care about making sure the customers are please with the service they get at auto tire... They went beyond and Im thankful for a team like them... Called in and the lady on the phone gave me a price to mount and balance 4 tires. when I arrived she wanted to charge me almost twice the price that was stated to me on the phone. Not good business!!

I was very pleased with my experience with Auto Tire last week. I had four tires installed, an alignment check, and an oil change. All at a good price made even better with the military discount they offer. My customer service rep, Wayne, was courteous and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in 2 hours.

Im so thankful I drove further to work with this highly reviewed staff. Let me be clear, not all Auto Tire locations or tire shops in general are created equal. The last 2 Auto Tire locations Ive used for my tires have always been out of balance... didnt matter the amount of times Id bring it in to let them know the balance could spill my coffee driving on an interstate at 75mph. The Edwardsville shop that initially installed my tires being replaced, raced my car! I got in and scrolled to my recent trip which stated the last 12 miles had seen an avg of 8 mpg!! (normally 22)... My next shop to use: I had been trying to get tires ordered at the Manchester location for over a month and every few days I called to see what was going on, and every time I called I got excuses.This all changed when I contacted the Fairview Heights location 1/31/20. The staff received my call on Friday and had my tires in Saturday morning. They gave me a call when they arrived and gave me best times to either wait or drop off the vehicle. Every staff member was/is personable and helpful, which I think is something that needs to be applauded. Management assured me the car is only driven to do standard checks and would not be raced (which it wasnt).I picked up my car 2/1/20 and am happy to report, I cant feel a vibration. The staff cares enough to do the job right the first time. They are prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tire center.Thank you again to the staff at Auto Tire in Fairview Heights. Im happier with my vehicle again after your service.

Had my daughters car towed here and within a couple hours had 4 new tires with a lifetime warranty! The service was the best I’ve seen in a long time when dealing with car issues! I can’t say enough about this location - it’s fantastic!!- although I no longer live in the area, I was recently visiting family and needed tires for my drive back. I called looking for a very specific tire and size and dealt with Wayne H. I called in the morning and could tell Wayne was slammed busy- I could tell on the phone he was juggling e multiple calls and in person customers. He was incredibly polite, helpful and was servicing his clients with the most professionalism.He called multiple locations to find the tires I was searching for and got them in next day for install.This experience validated why my family has shopped here for so many years. I made an appointment over the phone to get an oil change for 8:00 a.m. The employee forgot to put my oil change on the schedule. When I arrived at my appointment the person at the desk said they didnt see an appointment scheduled for my vehicle. They said no problem, they didnt make me reschedule, they took me right away. I was thinking I was going to be waiting all day because my appointment was not scheduled but, I was out in less than an hour. Great customer service.

Very unhappy with the counter salesman. A mistake was made on our car we were charged for 6 spark plugs when the car only has 4. I inquired he walked away then returned with the two extra plugs. He then removed the cost of the 2 plugs nervously. And when the recalculated total came through the labor per plug increased 15 dollars per plug?! His response was vague & unconvincing. Also there was no apology for the mistakes or anything in recognition of the situation at all. Im very unhappy. We use this store often & now i do not trust this guy at all. The manager Melvin was awesome. He unfortunately was not there to fix this mess.

Unsafe place to get work done. They patched the hole in my tire only to find out the hole was too big to be patched and I needed to get new tires as it was unable to be fixed safely. I was two days driving from home with several more days of driving to go. I came out of the hotel to a completely flat tire after their repair the night before. Thank God it happened then and not while I was on the road. Completely unsafe and basically said I was wrong when I called to complain while at Firestone tire getting new tires put on. They wanted me to bring them the tire to prove it was done wrong. Do it right the first time and dont try to wing it until Im out of town. The person I spoke to said he would ask corporate for a refund which I have yet to see.

Scheduled an appointment online. Did not honor appointment time. Need to work on customer service if you are going to have an online scheduling system.

When they can get you in Ive had good service. But that all goes by the wayside when you book an appointment online. Only to be told they have that appointment already filled and you can come 6 hours later. Umm no I booked that appointment through your system. Thats the time I needed, so no thanks Ill pass. Ill find someone who wants my money and will honor appointments made a head of time. :(

I was having trouble with a different company getting oil changes and i friend recommended Autotire. My first visit went great (November) and this visit was just as good if not better. I always ask for Mr. Melvin because he is always kind, patient, and puts things at my level of understanding cars without making me feel stupid. I am only going to go to them now. I have been coming to this store for a few years and can not say anything bad about the store or staff. They are always friendly and helpful. I usually do my own work on cars but thete are times that it is not possible so i know i can depend on Auto Tire to do a good job. I have and will continue to recommend this store to friends and family.

I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was done. Tire rotation was not... I know because I removed the rear passenger side valve stem b4 I left home and that tire is still on the rear passenger side. Plus the rotation is not noted on my receipt.

They was very polite and went above and beyond to get my truck done i will be going back soon to get 4 more new tires on my other vehicle

Ive always had a good experience with Fairview Heights Autotire. They do all my oil changes and never are pushy on selling additional work or parts. Also give me the best price on tires. All the employees are courteous.

Poor experience. Went around doing some competitive pricing for new tires for my vehicle, and ended up choosing Autotire because they seem to had the best deal. Poor decision. The tires that I originally wanted, they did not have in stock. The rep at the counted did not even want to order the tires for me. He insisted on just picking some tires they had in stock. Keep in mind I was in no desperate need of tires that day, I just knew I was going to need some soon. I decided to go with some Yokohamas, very smooth tire. Autotire tried to tell me that they could not do a wheel alignment on my vehicle because I needed a control arm. Well the day prior to that I had my car serviced at AAMCO for a Tie rod and wheel alignment and they assured me that everything was fine. Autotire tried charging me over $500 for a control arm... a simple control arm that I dont even need. Just another scamming auto care shop. What makes my experience worse is that they claim that a wheel balancing is free and included in the tire installation. They DID NOT balance my new tires at all. I can already see wear on the tire from them not being balanced. I took my vehicle to two certified mechanics and they both said my control arm was fine, only problem is my tires are WAY off balance. I just got my car serviced at Autotire two week ago. No way in hell my tires should be out of balance that bad in two weeks. They never balanced the tires to begin with. I recommend no one go to Autotire. Poor customer service, and poor service in general. They will try and charge you for parts you dont even need, and charge you for services they dont even complete. Save your money and go someplace far away from this Autotire!

I went up to auto tire today and the manager Austin gave me an awesome deal. He is by far one of the best workers that autotire has hired. And he got me in within an hour even though he was busy.

I was visiting family from out of town and had tire problems. It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I stopped in for an estimate on 4 tires. When I walked in I met Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time answering all my questions. Wayne told me about the quality of their work that made me realize they were different at AutoTire. He worked hard to get me several detailed estimates. I left and went to 2 other tire stores and realized AutoTire was the best. The other tire stores didnt take time for me. Actually I think I was an annoyance to them. I went back and talked to Wayne again. I was not going to be able to get the tires I really wanted because of the price. But I was happy to settle for my second choice. Then the manager Melvin offered to help. He managed to get the price down enough I was able to get the tires I really wanted. At this point it was late on Sunday. But they assured me they would get it done so I could get back on the road home. Thats when the mechanic Kashaun went to work. They closed at 5 PM, but Kashaun worked on it until 5:30. He could have rushed the work and finished by 5. But he took his time making sure it was done right. Wayne and Melvin assured me it was not a problem to stay late to take care of a customer. My vehicle has 187000 miles on it. They could have tried to get me back the next day by telling me a lot of other work needed done. Ive had other tire stores do that to me in the past. But this team of honest people at AutoTire didnt try to upsell me, they told me one minor thing that may need done at some future time and gave me an estimate. I hit the road never being more happy with a garage in my life. A good price, honesty, integrity, customer first, pollite, friendly. What more could I have hoped for. This is my tire store for life. Went to autotire for an oil change and rotation. They got me in and out a fast amount of time, and told that me that I needed to take care of something that I didnt not know about. And everyone was very helpful.

Had them check out my cars a/c because it wasnt cooling, it hadnt been serviced in 5 years so I figured it needed a recharge. They told me I needed a new compressor and quoted $1100+ price tag. I told them no, to put everything back together. They told me they topped off the system for me and I left. 6 days later I was finally able to get my car in to Nissan to have it checked out, my car was supposed to have 1.16 lbs of refrigerant in it but they pulled out 1.98lbs. Told me I was lucky it didnt blow the seals due to being over serviced. After checking it out and putting the correct amount of refrigerant in it works great. So either the mechanic that worked on my car at Autotire didnt know what he was doing, or they attempted to rip me off. Ill never go back to this Autotire.

We were out of town for work and needed some work done. They hot us right in and back on the road in a timely manner. The manager ( Thane) was very curious and professional.

Thank you Kshaun & Wayne for helping my family. We were stranded at a restaurant nearby bc our car would not start the came to the rescue with a battery charger and got us back on our way home. They did not have to help but did and were very kind.
