Tami and Rich, who are the owners of this AAMCO are amazing people. I have never had a repair place go out of their way like this company! They are trustworthy and complete their repairs on time and for the price quoted. They even have AAMCO credit cards now for customer convenience! Thank you for wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this company.

What a Great Shop to Deal with. Tammy and Rich took the time to fix a problem from another Shop that was not done correctly and didnt charge me. Also, asked them about a service that the other shop recommended and Tammy was completely honest and told me I didnt need that....So nice to be able to take your cars into a place and not worry about being taken. You have gained another loyal customer. This will be the only place we take our cars from here on out. Thank You

These guys are fantastic. Unbelievable customer service. One thing that I can personally tell you is that you can 100% absolutely trust what ever they are telling you is the truth. We have all been to those other places that just try to sell you this or that. Not these guys! I would give them 6 stars if I could !

Chose this shop based on reviews and was very happy with my experience. Thought Id be paying for major repairs but it ended up being much cheaper. Kevin was very helpful and informative. Will definitely go back again and recommending this shop to others.

I called with a problem with our work vehicle and was able to get an appointment right away. No one likes spending money on car repairs but the great customer service made it much easier. The owners Tammy and Rich are great to work with; they have won my loyalty.

Took my car in to get a new clutch since the original one was going bad. They called me the next day to tell me to pick the car up since they were finished fixing it, but when I got there that wasnt the case. I pulled out of the parking lot to find that my check engine light was on along with a loud rattling noise under the hood and the reverse lights were on in the back of the car. I turned the car around and told them what was wrong with it. They drove it and said oh we forgot to hook something up. So it took them another 4 hours to fix it again. Now every time I start the car and turn the heat or air on, the a/c & heat makes a knocking noise for about a minute. Glad I paid close to $2,500 for them to f**k my car up even more. I wont be returning to this shop. Take my word for it and avoid taking your car to this place.

If want a trusted mechanic place then you need to drop off your car here. Tami and Richard are just fenominal. The service that they provide is just hard to find these days. One of the things I would like to mention is that they took care of my employees car by picking it up from our work place took it to their shop repaired it and brought it back to her the same day in a better shape than it was. Their prices are very reasonable and they will diagnose your car and let you know exactly whats wrong with it no lies or extra charges behind it. So if you need a trusted mechanic place give them a try you will not regret it. The owners are very well respected and very knowledgeable when it come to your vehicle they are the Doctors for your broken car. Way to go Tami and Richard you guys are the best.Amira

There is good customer service, and then there is the amazing customer service Tami and Rich provide. They went above and beyond to help my brother. I am sure this is not a common request or something they can accommodate all the time, but when my brothers car broke down outside of ORileys in Ofallon. They sent their tech JP to drive to meet us, helped us evaluate what repairs might be needed, and given the age and condition of the vehicle, helped us decide if we should even fix it. We ended up donating the car, but I cannot imagine another mechanic providing this level of service. I will never take my cars anywhere else from now on.

My car is a huge part of my ability to be successful and therefor I need to work with a mechanic that recognizes potential problems as well as fixes the known in a quick and affordable way. I get that here at this clean and professional shop!

These guys are awesome!!!...I was passing through going from St. Loius to Atlanta...had the dog in the car...motorcycle on a trailer...then BAM...engine starts missing, check engine light comes on...Im thinking OMG...this good get ugly...really ugly...I pull in, explain my plight...man...they jumped right on it...ran diagnostics...found problem with coil...replaced...back on the road in less than 2 hours...meanwhile they had me bring my dog in out of the heat...offered the dog water...they could not have been more helpfull or pleasant...and the place was busy as heck and I see why...if I lived in the area they would be my go to guys for all things automotive...would give them 10 stars if I could...this world needs more businesses like this...just awesome...thanks Rich, Tammy, and Jeremy...you guys ROCK!!!!
