It took me a bit to post this review as I wanted to be certain my service was as good as the service I received in the store. I called ahead and told Michael what I needed. He was waiting for me at our scheduled time with a new phone and a plan in mind. He provided me with just what I asked for, did not try to pressure me with upgrades or services I didnt need!He was patient and kind, just an enjoyable person all around!! Thank you Michael!!

I went here to see about changing carriers. I had a promo on their website I showed them that I wanted to do but for some reason when I’d go to check out the promo wasn’t being applied. I spent about an hour there for them to try to sell me a different promotional offer that was below the value of the one online. I was unaware that’s what was happening until it was almost finalized. I reiterated the promotion that I wanted and why I had come there and the response I got was “we don’t get the same promotions as on our website, there’s nothing we can do.” They also only had two employees and the one I dealt with was new. The other employee was too busy to assist him much.

The manager Michael Davis was awesome!! He went out of his way to find the best deal. I was very pleased with his knowledge and ability to navigate Verizon website to find the best deal. Awesome Manager!! Side note: he is an awesome teacher, I watched how he assisted his coworker in finding a plan for a business. Like I said Awesome Manager

Michael was very patient and helpful in hooking me up with a new plan. He made the transition from another carrier very easy. Helped me out with a favorable trade in deal as well.

I travel a lot and often have questions with phones or have to buy a new phone periodically so I rarely go to the same Verizon store. The salesman at this store, Noah, is one of the best Ive ever dealt with for his patience with somebody whos not tech savvy and making sure I understood everything I needed. Absolutely the best, friendliest and fun person Ive dealt with any Verizon store in the last 20 years. I wish there were more people like him in the world

Such helpful staff that talked us through switching our company and buying new phones. Helped get us a car charger and some pop sockets too. Pop sockets were really expensive, but the rest wasnt too bad. The car charger was a little pricey, but it was a good quality for what we paid.

Great store, great employees, and stocked with the wireless devices that YOU want TODAY! Very impressed. Comfortable yet professional atmosphere.
