Had excellent service. Had Louis both times in the store and he was great. Very personable and honest about products. Transitions to new phones was flawless.

We were greeted when we walked in all employees were helping customers so we took a seat to wait. Shortly we were helped and taken care of in a decent amount of time. If we didnt end up buying a watch it would of been nice if they asked what we needed when we walked in cause I simply needed a Sim card so the wait for that was a little long.

Very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Trevon was quick with our new phone purchase and we were in and out in a short time

Always met with a smile by one of your associates. Willing to help someone who is not tech savvy. The young lady today shared about using a hotspot for camping and how that works. Took care of our needs efficiently. She really knew her job and her product.

My sister Lisa heinrichs told me to try fairmont Minnesota Verizon. So I went to Verizon and a girl named Samantha waited on me and I wasnt sure what I wanted and told her about my old phone and she told me I had insurance still on that one and could send it in to be replaced or I could get a new one. I told her I would just like a new phone and kind of told her what I do with it and she showed me what I could get with what I wanted to spend. And she picked out the Motorola 11 and I love it ! She did everything for me she set it up and help me with chords and anything I needed and it was an excellent experience and I will be going back. I love that store

We had a great service experience. We had a lot of lines to switch new lines to add and two very impatient boys. Anthony was awesome throughout the few hours we where there!
