They are slow with fixing cars and are not clean

After almost 5 weeks of waiting, got the phone call for complete repair.Walk into the service department with heavy hearted with disappointment with delays. As soon as I walked in Kitt was standing right there. Missed Kitt when he left Reno Dodge a year ago, Kitt knows how to take care customers right and he delivers what he promise. Kitt walk me through all the repairs done and answered all the question before I even asked. Ill be back and even consider new escalade now.

Cadillac is awesome. Sales and service are both amazing.

Service tech made us feel like we were an imposition. We questioned him regarding our extended warranty and if todays services may be covered and he was very put off by it. Not happy with his attitude.

Reno Gmc has the Best service Department, i have ever dealt with, they are really attentive to their customers needs and take the time to explain everything about the vehicle.

Great service...got the oil changed in the Corvette.
