Honda of Westport service center is superb!!!My vehicle wouldnt start so I called Honda of Westport service repair center and explained my situation. The staff directed me to just bring my vehicle in eventhough I didnt have an appointment. The conversation with the staff was so pleasant I already knew I was in good hands. Valerie my service desk clerk was so positive and friendly. She kept me informed regarding my vehicle and even arranged for my transportation back and forth since it would be several hours. This is what excellent customer service is. Anthony in the service dept was so professional, helpful, and patient. He transported me from Honda, picked me up, and even offered to wait if needed. He reassured me Honda would take care of my vehicle. He went beyond and even worked after Honda closed just to make sure I picked up my car even after the store closed. These two employees exceed great customer service!!! Thank you Anthony and Vallerie for your superb customer service, your positive attitude,and making sure customers like me come back. 10 ⭐service!!!!

I was having the worst day of my life everything that could possibly go wrong did. Brittani Martin is a life saver. She is compassionate she also listens to her customers. She is honest and full of integrity she assured me that everything was going to be okay and gave me exceptional service. Her act of kindness was what I needed in the moment God bless her! Honestly, it was very slow, over 2 hours to install two tires, is unacceptable. The car went in quickly, it was the tech that was very slow, and should be held to a time allotment for small services, also I felt the dealer trying to charge me 1/2 labor for two tires was unfair, and should be a set fee, to stay competitive with local tire dealers. Lastly I was told one price, and than at the end charged another. Really Honda, get it together. Service dept, gets a d- at best. The issue was corrected bit only after I complained, which I did feel I should have to do.

Always a good experience here! Waiting is a bit of a drag after being there for almost three hours for an oil change on a Monday. But I shouldve went earlier. Still.Also oil changes went up 80% in cost 😂 must be a short on labor/parts. Time to do my own!

After my experience at the Honda of Westport Service Center in Fairfield I would truly have gone back and never purchased my vehicle at Honda of Westport had I known this was the service center I’d have to be dealing with. After an hour and a half drive with my three year old, I was informed that my oil change was in fact NOT covered/included as I was promised when booking the appointment. I would have never driven the distance for an OIL CHANGE had I known it was not included. I feel completely betrayed by everything I was promised upon purchasing my vehicle, to find out 4 months later it is going to cost me $78 and an hour+ drive (not to mention A TWO HOUR WAIT WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT) for routine maintenance. Such a let down. I will be using Schaller in New Britain and steering everyone I know away from Honda of Westport. The service managers ‘solution’ was threatening me with the fact that he’s very backed up, doing me a favor by taking me (even though I had an appointment) and that me and my child will be waiting upwards of 2 hours. Unacceptable…..

A very nice mechanic offered to help me but the service manager said I needed to buy the parts before he could install them. This cart before the wheel approach is not customer centered. I was very happy with the nice mechanic but the policy of Honda is straight back to the waiting room where any customer is not helped until they happen to run into a nice mechanic.

I only have my oil changes done here because they are ridiculously expensive.They also take forever for a simple oil change even if you have an appointment.I have been waiting an hour and forty minutes and vehicle is still not done. What’s the purpose of making an appointment when you wait just as long as not having an appointment.The two older gentlemen who are service representatives also have bad attitudes, so whenever possible I deal with Brittani.

Just for a oil change it’s 80 dollars. When you can go anywhere for 35 dollars. They are insane with these prices! On top of that they don’t even offer coupons, you have to beg for one. This is the last time I will bring my car here for an oil change.

They take forever to do your oil change even if you come early in the morning & if you don’t come in the morning it’s always an issue, they’re not taking cars or something, it’s always something & it’s annoying, i hate bringing my car here! i’ve been here since they opened at 8 & it’s 9:40, i’m confused! oil changes take 10 minutes!

As car dealerships go, theyre pretty good overall. The prices are what they are, but they keep you pretty comfortable if youre waiting there, and offer rides if you dont want to. So overall a very positive experience.

Every time I have brought a car here (recalls, oil changes, etc.) I have gotten stuck for hours and hours. Last week it was 3 hours for an oil change. The service adviser told us when we arrived but I had not been warned when I made the appointment that it would be that long. Not acceptable. Coffee is available but only junk available for purchase--we were there from 11 -2 and left there starving.

Excellent service. I called and spoke to Christine. She per registered my sons vehicle. Which was towed to Honda because the car wouldnt start. At the service centre it was determined that he need a starter . Which was replaced with a new one it took less than 3 hours. The price was fair we want quality parts and the dealership is the best place to get it ... Thanks

Cheryl in service is awesome. I have known her for years now and always knew how to make her customers happy. Even my wife has great things to say about her when she used to drop off her truck to get worked on. Made sure I got a ride to work and offered to pick me up when the work was done. I would highly recommend Honda of Westport. It has a wonderful service facility and the waiting area is very comfortable and clean.

We have had a wonderful experience driving our 2014 Honda CR-V and having it serviced at the Westport Service Station. The manager and head service representative are the most conscientious and courteous. They always help us with any questions, keep our Honda running well and their prices and customer service are great. We are so impressed by this Service Department that we bring all of our cars (even our previously purchased non-Honda autos) to this location.

Its in a secluded and very residential area but at the same time is easy to find. Each member of the staff that I interacted with was very friendly and told me where to go so I felt welcomed and never lost as a first-time visitor. The lounge/waiting area is HUGE. Free WiFi, plenty of outlets, popcorn, coffee, play area for kids...very comfortable. They exceeded my expectations and I will be coming back for future maintenance on my vehicle.

1. Requested loaner wasnt there when I arrived. I understand things can happen but cant you call in advance to re-schedule or let me figure out a way? Service adviser did managed to get a rental so heres one star. Thank you for trying.2. Quoted $400 for my 2nd regular maintenance (A01). My 1st regular maintenance (A01) was $75 at nearby Honda dealership. My car is just 6-month old, little shy of 15K miles. I thought the price was too high for a Honda but I agreed to it since I didnt want to waste any more time after waiting 40 minutes for the rental.3. Received the car from the receptionist. Absolutely no communication from the service advisor. I realized the car wasnt washed as promised. I had to return to work immediately, so I let it go. Few days later, I try to use washer fluid, nothing happens. Check the bottle and its completely empty. So there goes the Check all fluids and top it off. Now Im questioning if everything else was done. I was hoping at least Id get extra couple hundred bucks worth of service. Very disappointed.

EDIT 2/23/19 - Editing review to 5 stars. Less than a week went by and I was reached out to by the service manager Pat Le Clair. We were able to discuss the issues I experienced at my previous visit. I even brought up concerns about how my car was riding after getting the service done. I went back to the service center, he test drove it himself free of charge and put my mind at ease. Mistakes happen, no ones perfect but how Honda of Westport responded to please it’s customers show that it is a place you can count on. Thanks again Pat.OLD - Went here this past Saturday, 2/16/19 for new tires and an oil change. Had an appointment for 10AM for two weeks and even showed early at 945. Come to find out car hasn’t even been seen by 12PM. Finally get out after 5 hours of waiting. What was the point of making an appointment?

I had to get the 60K miles service for my Honda CR-V. Normally I would have gone to my local Honda dealer or AAA service center in upstate NY but due to the urgent requirement, I chose Honda of Westport Service Center. After a long wait at the entry point right at the service start time in the morning, I finally got to the service counter. The computers were down that day and the quoting process was being done manually. I do realize that the 60K miles service is extensive but little did I realize that by the time the initial inspection would be completed, rear brake pads replacement was also required. This made the service quote jump from $800 to $1599! This place is a complete ripoff. I wish I had read other Google reviews before going here. Stay away from it!

Upon servicing your car, a car wash is always done. Unfortunately this has never been done for my car. A service tech meets with car owners to explain the finding but also I am handed a piece of paper with finding highlighted. I feel that if your name doesnt fit their expectations you are not treated fairly. I have purchased from tires to every service my car needs and I do it get the same treatment as everyone else. Its not for the car wash but they should not advertise and just single out or pick and choose who they give exceptional service to. I am definitely taking my car to Honda of Milford for future servicing. If you want to be treated as everyone else do not go to Honda of Westport.

I called and set up an appointment 4 days in advance for break service. Their like sure show up at 8:30. I am there at 7:30. I wait the hour, until they open. I had an additional question about my car that just needs a computer cord plugged into my car. My car has been on a lift my entire time at the shop. Took them 4 hours to say I need new back breaks, and the computer didnt find any faults. I watched about 40 customers come and go. I was there for 5 hours. Took them 1 hour 30 mins to fix my breaks, which is why I am there and scheduled it. They took every oil change and placed me on the back burner.

The service is amazing here I purchased my car from Greenwich Honda and was having some issues with my vehicle, countless visits and they can never seem to find the problem or even try to fix the problem so I got fed up and called Westport Honda service and they went to work they went above and beyond the staff there assured me they would get to the bottom of it and did they rented a car for me because they didnt have a loaner to give me and kept me informed while they fixed my car about two weeks later ahead of schedule my car was ready best experience ever seriously and now Im so releived its like I have a brand-new car THANK YOU SO MUCH Westport Honda service you guys are the BEST!!!!!! Awful - after wasting more than 45 minutes trying to book an appointment to get a used car inspected, i finally made the mistake of insisting to speak to the Service manager. Not only was he incapable of articulating what safety inspection covers, he was rude, disrespectful, and seems like a moron. Not sure what part of service is not understood, but the service concept definitely confused him. And this was after 45 minutes wasted on hold, dead end transfers and hangups.Problem after problem once they move the service function out of Westport showroom. We were longtime - 9 years - customers previously very satisfied with the service. a real shame.
