Disappointed that the Carfax was shown to us after we were almost finished signing papers. The car had been in one accident so it made me more angry. Is was only minor so it was not a deal breaker but shady practice.Also, only 1 key fob!!! They said we had to buy another if we wanted one. Ridiculous considering my husband and I were both there so they knew we would need 2, nothing was said until we came to pick it up the next day and they only handed us one. We didn’t plan to have to stay longer to get another and after writing the check for the car the day before I don’t appreciate being asked to pay extra. Even if we were single, I would want a spare set (which I think is the norm)Lastly, I don’t know why Matt, the manager would email me and then when I respond he is silent. Why bother asking about my experience if you don’t actually intend to talk about it?Updated reviewA week after review I was contacted by the salesman apologizing and asking how he could help. I am so appreciative that he reached out and tried to make things better. A service industry that cares about a customer’s experience is greatly valued in my book. I am pleased that our issues have been resolved and I thank Eric Jr for being helpful throughout this process. All I can say is Unbelievable. One of the BEST experiences I have ever had. From the Awesome lady at the front desk (Loved talking to her) salesman and the finance. From beginning until the end. Great Overall Experience!! I first went there to check my battery, when my regular Honda Service shop gave a higher price for checking battery.During that I met Conrad and he is really the most helpful Salesman!!!I had a great buying experience and got a good price for my CRV and good deal in this difficult time for the new Pilot !!!Conrad was patient and persistent and answered all my questions and got me a reasonable deal!!Thanks Conrad and Eric !!! Our service today was satisfactory.The required work listed included lubrication of the rear brakes that was necessary.We had the 30K service within the last 2 weeks (@33,000 miles) and that was supposed include brakes component lubrication of all disk brakes. Our technician today was not asked to look at the front brakes, so we dont know if the front brakes were even lubricated.The 30,000 mile maintenance is not free and that service cost us $460 or so and we must be able to be comfortable that the work we paid for was properly done.Right now, we are not sure.

I traveled here 40 minutes away to look for a car and I was apprehensive initially with little expectations since my prior experiences and faith with Honda dealerships have been lacking in the past decade. Performance Honda, actually restored my faith in what a dealership should be about, which is great customer service, fair pricing, and time consciousness.I was afraid I would be at the dealership dealing with pushy sales folk for four or five hours as seems to be the norm at a majority of dealerships. Not this one, Im so glad I took a trip here, my experience was one of the most positive Ive had in a long time. The sales people were very amicable and accommodating. I had a very unusual service requested with complex part acquisition and labor requested. Although things did not go extremely smoothly the service department ultimately did the repair wonderfully and worked with me extremely equitably on the repair cost. The repair was done in the same day promised and I would not hesitate to return there for future service.

We went in for a test drive and he gave us a quick run down of the car for us to drive around and determine our suitability. The dealer did not have the right color for us. Josh did not push us to choose other colors or Trim. He truly wanted to ensure we got what we wanted. We put in a deposit and he started working to get the car for us. During this time he went on vacation, but he ensured his coworker was in touch with us. This truly shows his customer first attitude. Recently, he was able to get the car with the color we wanted. During this process, he did not pressure us or push any accessories or extended warranty. Shawn Myrick is the guy to go too! I went in just to test drive some CR-Vs and see what my options were with trading in my 2016 Civic. Shawn immediately came over to help me and answer any questions I may have had on the CR-V. Along with that, Shawn went the extra mile to make sure I was set up with a good deal that I couldnt pass up. Not only that, but once I was in my new car he helped me to set up my phone and showed me some cool features of the new car. He also went the extra mile to put my license plate cover on the new car when he put the temp tag in. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Reached out with an inquiry of a 2018 Accord touring on Saturday via online. Ross reached out to me, seemed to be extremely helpful! Told him my situation and that I wanted them to just look at my credit and let me know if anything could be potentially done before submitting my application to the banks! Total opposite, they ran my credit and submitted to the banks without my authorization! And via text I advised him of this! Still no phone call or text advising or telling me anything! And for Ross not even bothering to reach out is bad service! and went on and had them proceed without my approval shows they lack of customer satisfaction or appreciation! So I wouldn’t recommend personally anyone here for service based off my experience but I’m sure others will be treated different!

My husband and I have been looking for a new car for me since mine started having transmission problems. I work night shift and am a full time nursing student, I’m always in my car and on the road and I needed something reliable that I wasn’t worried about breaking down at 4 am on my drive home from work. My co-worker Ciara recommended Performance Honda, while it was a good 45 minute drive for me and there were many dealerships much closer and more convenient for us, we gave it a shot and drove up there.Dalton Traum had sent me a message earlier that week because I had expressed interest in a car on the website, I informed him that we couldn’t afford the car I had originally expressed interest in, we were still looking and I wasn’t sure when we would be in because of our busy schedules and he was very understanding and told me to take my time and come in when I was ready.My husband came in on a Friday evening, we asked for Dalton and were immediately helped. He took the time to get a feel for what we were wanting. I originally wanted a SUV but nothing was hitting all the other things I wanted in our budget. Dalton was great at listening to what I was looking for and showed us a car I had never even considered, a Honda Insight. It has the amazing mpg I needed, all the features I wanted plus like 25 more features I never knew existed. He explained in detail every feature about the car, rode with us for a test drive and explained how things worked, then let us test drive it alone and talk privately. We left that night without buying the car only because we didn’t have the funds with us for a down payment. We came back Saturday morning with my father in law. We did another test drive and worked with Dalton again, he never was frustrated with all the negotiating we were doing no matter how many times he had to go back and forth to his manager, we ended up on an agreement and my husband and I drove off the lot very happy in a 2019 Honda Insight. Dalton is a phenomenal salesman and gave us the best experience I could have asked for. Eric in financing was great too, he was a bit pushy about some of the add-on warranties and other things they offer but I understand that’s his job. The whole experience was quick, easy and as stress free as car buying can be. I will recommend Performance Honda to anyone looking for a car. We have been all over looking at cars, a few dealerships we left with me having an anxiety attack because of how pushy and rude the salesman were. This was hands down a great experience. The experience was fast and easy especially with josh helping us out. it started from just simple texting one day to buying the car with all the help we could’ve needed the next. he was super knowledgeable on the cars and everyone there who helped me was super nice and caring. the inside of the building is super clean and nice and has a coffee,water, and hot chocolate machine which made the wait for they payment go by a lot faster. josh even recommended a website in case i ever forgot anything i could go there and just watch a video on it and be able to understand without digging through google trying to find an answer. all in all a great experience with great service and workers

While the actual work done by the service department is a decent level of quality I cant help but give this place a 2 star simply because their customer service Is next to nothing. I call to get a service at 7 a.m., when I actually arrived I. Was told the technicians wouldnt be in until 8 and from there its still an hour wait? Not only that but they charge a fee I wasnt told about on the phone until actually coming in. Each time Ive gone theres only a hand full of people that actually are friendly. Not only that but the last time I had service done for an alignment my steering wheel was still off center. I dont see a point in coming any longer

Sales rep was fantastic. Purchased a recently returned lease vehicle. So recent that it had not even made its way from detail back to the sales lot. Only disappointing aspect was I wrote a 5-figure check to this place and couldn’t get them to buff out a removable scuff from the front right corner of the bumper. Surely you have enough margin to finish detailing the car ... had it not been sitting down the street waiting to get detailed, it would have likely returned to your sales lot already buffed out.

We dropped our 2020 Honda Odyssey off on a Thursday night for a oil change and a recall on a popping sound in our stereo system. Friday I called at 1210 to check on the status. My vehicle was not ready for pick up at that time. I received a text with a video of a inspection at 1248. I then called to make sure my van was ready for pickup which I was told it was not and they were still servicing it. I called again at 450 in which I was told they were closed and the service ticket was still open so it would still not be ready and I would have to call back Saturday morning to check on my status. Saturday morning I have called 6 times leaving multiple voicemails with multiple people asking about my vehicle. Ask for a GM or the highest person available with Honda and was told NO they are not available to speak with me because they don’t work on the weekends????? So there is NO Supervisor available???? Finally at 144 was transferred to a young man who told me my oil change was complete but my stereo was not fixed. When I made this appointment I was told my part for my stereo was there (the lady went to check while I was on the phone) and it would be fixed. We leave for Florida in 3 weeks and the stereo has a terrible popping sound and it’s worst while watching movies. On top of all this we have 6 children and our other vehicle is not big enough to accommodate all of us. I was not told that they would have our vehicle for this long or else I would had asked for a loaner vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am waiting to hear back at this point it is now 2 on a Saturday they close at 3 and they are not open on Sundays. I will be driving up there also before they close and demand answers and a vehicle but I should not be put in this situation at all.

We would not recommend purchasing a car from here. We recently purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot. We were promised things that they did not follow through with. We have tried to contact the sales person multiple times and are given the run around. We also found out that our paperwork/title was sent to the wrong address. Extremely disappointed!! When you spend a decent amount on a nice vehicle, I expect to have a good experience with the sales team.

I brought my vehicle in just a few minutes before I was scheduled to be here (7:20am) and my experience was annoying from the very beginning. I scheduled my appointment several days prior and was told to take car of a battery sensory recall they would need to have my vehicle for a full day and a half.So I requested to get a rental. The rental office didn’t open for another 10-15 minutes.I go inside the lobby to wait for the rental office to open when the service associates tells me it should only take 30 minutes to fix the recall. At this point I am extremely upset considering I came up here with the expectation that I’d drop my car off, get the rental then be off to take care of other appointments I had scheduled for the day. Now that is not the case and I have no confidence these technicians or service associates have any clue what they are doing.I’ve been coming to this location on and off for at least ten years, to purchase vehicles etc and at the moment I am not eager to get back in here any timesoon.

Being a Nightshift nurse, I do my best work and research when everyone else is asleep. I found the car that checked all my boxes plus some online and made inquiry. Josh responded first thing that morning, with a welcoming email and eager to help voicemail. The majority of the process was completed from my phone. Which I loved!!! I originally called Honda Kings looking for the car I was interested in. I was very specific with the sales person who advised she would call me back. I waited 3 days for a return call but it never came. I went in person to Performance Honda Rt 4. To my surprise, the first salesman to approach me was Josh Hardwick. I have worked with before and my sister bought a car from.him. Josh didnt play any games, he is no nonsense and so am I. I had to wait weeks for the car I wanted to arrive ( out if his control, covid, shortages blah blah). He stayed in touch with me throughout the process.The financing was a breeze. The offer on my trade in was totally fair.After getting the car home I read over my documents and had a total meltdown because I misunderstood something. I texted Josh and was none too pleasant. Josh was calm, reassuring and even offered to meet up to explain further. The error was on my end and he couldnt have been more professional.I absolutely recommend Performance Honda and in particular Josh.

I purchased a car from Performance Honda back in December. I did most of the negotiating online and worked with a few different sales associates depending on who answered my inquiry. The initial exchanges were very pleasant and the reply time was exceptional. I decided to purchase my vehicle through Performance Honda even though I was quoted the exact same price at another dealership. I felt Performance Honda really worked to earn my business and even offered to deliver the vehicle. Now this is where things took a turn for the worst. Without going into a lot of details I feel like the communication really suffered after Performance Honda knew they had a deal. A week after the vehicle was purchased I was still trying to get all the documents to Honda. I sent emails that did not get answered and assumed everything was okay only for someone to email me a week later and say that the documents I sent dont suffice. I understand the delivery process has been a learning curve for the dealership, but I feel the customer service has suffered. I should have been enjoying my new car, but instead I was working with a dealership that could not get their stuff together.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with performance Honda . I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years and within the last year I started having problems with my 2018 Honda Accord and every time I take it to be repaired or looked at in the service department they claim the fix the problems I’m experiencing with my car but then just a few weeks later I experience the same problem over and over and over again. I have took my car to Honda at least 10-20 times in the past 2 months with no good results not to mention I wait ages to get my car back when the job itself is only supposed to take an hour. Then they try to charge me fees that I bought an extended warranty to cover in the first place. I might end up calling someone hire up on this time around. I’m getting sick and tired of all the run arounds. It’s only a 4 year old car. Less than 50k miles.

Attention shoppers/buyers, I purchased a new Honda Civic early this month from Performance and I didnt have a great buying experience. It all started when the salesman offer to sell 3rd party warranty packages. I get it its part of the doing business. However I declined the warranties and was told I will not be asked about it no more when I meet the finance guy. However, once I made it to finance office the finance guy kept trying to force 3rd party warranties on me. I repeatedly told him no. After the shenanigans I requested my new car not to be detail because I didnt want any scratches on the car. When I got home later that night I went over it and found a very long deep scratch on the driver side roof of the car and paint chip on the upper right rear of the trunk lid. I contact the salesman about the damages. I was instructed to come back up and he mention that the dealership has pictures of the car before the car is put up for sale. The salesman indicated pictures would be review and my car will be review. When I showed up the salesman had a little attitude about the situation and claim the scratch and paint chip wouldnt happen if I let them detail the car the night I bought it. (LOL) You got to be kidding me right? I agreed to have the dealership detail the car. Once I got it back the scratch on the roof looked even worst. Another gentleman came out and tried to fix the scratch by rubbing polish compound on the car. It did not help and I now have swirl marks all around the area from the gentleman trying to help.I really thought from that Saturday I would be going to Performance body shop to have someone inspect the car. Got nothing in exchange but a headache, wasted gas, time, and energy. I had to follow up with the car salesman about what were the next plan of action. He told me to come up at a later date but not to Performance body shop. I am done with this. I live over an hour away. I will accept this as a lost. However, maybe my bad experience/review can help out the next person who is car shopping. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Performance Honda.P.S. they want 100 percent positive feedback on the Honda survey. Regardless of my bad experience with Performance Honda.

Everything changed. I was treated with respect, allowed a hassle free test drive, and allowed to leave when I was ready - with no begging or intimidation. I had a morning appointment with Josh Hardwick to pick up a Civic EX and while they were putting fuses in the one I came for, I found a Sport TRG. Within a few minutes he changed up paper work. While the finance team put the numbers together Josh showed me the ins and outs of the car. In an hour and a half I was leaving in a brand new car. Josh even help me move stuff from the rental and took care of the rental so I didnt have to do a run around. Excellent experience as pleasant as could possibly be. Id suggest Performance Honda to anyone and while there go see Josh hell hook you up.
