I was advised to go here by my helpmate. I had been to several other body shops, and he helped me to make the right choice. I will be getting a service done here on my car by Paul. Wonderful man, friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. EXCELLENT price! Go check them out!

Set an appt online for a next day estimate. I received multiple email reminders and a text regarding my appointment time the day of the appointment. Made arrangements to leave work early and got there to find out the guy who does the estimates wasn’t even working and it would be at least another week before they could provide an estimate. Wasted my day and the alerts they sent out make no sense when they didn’t even know I was coming. Call first or you’ll be wasting your time with online scheduling.

Called and spoke with Paul and stopped in last minute after a piece of semi tire struck the bumper of my car... I used to have a small auto body shop I trusted but the owner has retired..these guys turned my whole day around.. they were so kind and helpful and got my car fixed and looking nice quickly. They have gained a life long customer from me and I would highly recommend them!

Had a small clear coat scratch on my driver door. I contacted performance paint and dent and spoke with Paul. He said he would take a look at it. I came in and he had me pull into the garage and he began buffing and sanding the scratch. He did a great job and made it look way less noticeable with some time and effort. I highly recommend coming to Paul with any minor repair needs. Very friendly, fast and efficient!

So I had a small problem with some louvers staying on my car. I Googled all the local body shops and read through the reviews to see which one I could trust with my small repair job. I found Performance Express Paint and Dent and requested an appointment on their website. It was very easy and I was able to choose a time that worked with my schedule. I showed up to the appointment and was greeted by Paul with a smile. I showed him my small problem and he immediately got to work on what he could do to help the situation. In about 30 minutes, I got exactly what I wanted and was able to go on about my day. I will be bringing in another one of my vehicles that has some minor touch up work to be done. I think Ive found a body shop that I can trust with my business.8/4/18 Update -- I took my Lexus in to have the numerous paint chips and blemishes touched up. They addressed all of the spots AND did something to remove all the glazing and yellowing on my headlights -- it looks brand new again! They washed my car and shined my tires.....all this for a fourth of what another body shop quoted me to just touch up the paint! I definitely recommend this shop. I have already started letting my friends and family know they can trust this business to give them a fair shake and honest price for excellent work.

I went to Performance to have a dent looked at on my Jeep and get an estimate. They were very friendly and immediately someone came out and went ahead and worked on the dent and made it look much better at no cost, then provided me with an estimate if I wanted to restore it to factory condition. I could not have been happier with the service and attention I received, I will definitely come back and I would recommend Performance to anyone who needs work done.

Went there looking for an estimate on minor bumper damage(but it’s a newer car so it was bothering me) and spoke with a guy named Paul. He said if I have a second to pull it in and preceded to work on it immediately. After 10 minutes he had the large dents out and all the yellow transfer paint from whoever hit me and ran removed. He then said the rest of the smaller dents that were being stubborn would take a little while and gave me the estimate but it was already a night and day difference compared to when I brought it in. He did all this free of charge and still gave me a good estimate. Definitely be going back for the rest of the work when ready. Awesome experience this far.

Earlier this year I had them strip the aluminum hood of my very low-mile black Mustang due to paint chipping (factory defect Ford refused to acknowledge) and respray it. I only drive the car in nice weather a few times a year. After they had it a few days to complete the job it was parked outside in the rain, to my horror! Unable to see it clearly at the time; they did a horrible job buffing the paint- it has hazing marks visible under fluorescent lights. They also either failed to lay clearcoat properly or missed several pits- there are half a dozen fish eyes in the finish.I liked Paul who was very nice but I’ve seen similar poor work from their Port Union shop on a black Sienna a good friend of mine owns. I was told these two shops are night and day in quality (implying Rt. 4 location is good) but stay FAR away from either. If you want shoddy work save a few bucks and just go to Maaco- at least there you get what you pay for.

I went to Performance for an estimate and without an appointment I was seen and I am appreciative, however I have called the office 4 times in 2 weeks including yesterday and each time the phone goes to voicemail and at no time have I been called back.
