They called with updates when they said they would. They didnt like the paint job so they went back and did it again. They are awesome!! Im happy to use them again and highly recommend them.

The work Gerber did looked very good, but when I got in my car, I could not believe it! They had completely cleaned the interior. My car looked just as good as when I bought it new! I feel like its a brand new car. I highly recommend Gerber!

The difference between Performance Collision and Gerber, Performance-drive up quick estimate no appt. Gerber - drive up, need appt, come back and wait 20 minutes after appt, people come and come and go laughing, guess it must be Friday start of weekend. Gerber take 20 minutes and teach your employees how to deliver customer service!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was so nice. We didn’t get any work done there because our car ended up being a total loss due to a tree falling on it, but I would definitely recommend this place.

The work that was done on my vehicle was absolutely flawless. I was told that Bryan was the technician that did the work. I had the vehicle inspected by a seasoned technician and they could not tell anything had been done. Literally just like new. Thank you Gerber!

Excellent, after having a horrible experience with another collision repair service in the area. I cant say enough about the great service so far. All I wanted was to get my car repaired after an accident that wasnt even my fault, not that fault even matters, it was an accident. Thank you Gerber, you need to offer a class on servicing to the other company, maybe not since they are competition for you. They will send you lots and lots of business of business.

From start to finish couldnt have asked for a better experience. Had a deep scratch along my Challenger driver side door which was painted in crystal granite. Was told 3 days and it was done in two. It looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. Not only that but service was friendly, courteous, and professional with communication by text every day. And they took care of getting my rental car and having it picked up. If I could give seven stars out of five I would. Thanks again Gerber. You made my week.

I had my 2012 Kia Optima repaired there just recently.My husband had added some after-market daytimerunning lights. One side was damaged & the other wasnt.Ken took care of replacing both sides of lights forme. Of course because they were after-market, I wasnt even sure they would replace them for me. I purchased them & Ken took the time needed to put them on for me. They look absolutely perfect NOW that Ken installed them. I wanted to tell you all this because both Gerber & Ken need recognition for all they have done for me. Thank you again for making my car look PERFECT again !!!!

Listen. I am a very “OCD” type of person. I had an incident with a local shop who put LED lights in my truck where my headlight bezel was scratched. They took my vehicle to what I thought was a nice family owned and quality shop (this body shop had done repairs for me in the past) well I was wrong. I had a horrible experience out of the shop I felt I trusted. The mechanic then recommended Gerber. I was unsure because I’ve been burned by so many shops before in the past with the smallest of things.... not here. This shop was absolutely fantastic!! In fact from the beginning I was treated with respect and Gerber helped actually find a few things the previous shop messed up more than I originally thought.... Gerber fixed them... they fixed the other shops mess up and didn’t charge me cent for those repairs. I was blown away at the professionalism. I will never take my truck to another body shop other than Gerber. Fantastic experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. Be sure to ask for Kristi. She is hands down one of the best I’ve ever dealt with.

We received updates constantly regarding the repair on our vehicle. The team at Gerber in Fairfield was fantastic to work with. Even though we live in Northern Kentucky, we never take our vehicles anywhere else because we know the service we get in Fairfield is superior! It’s so worth the long drive when you’re assured great service! They have never disappointed us and we’ve been customers for a long time. As always, thanks for taking care of us! You’re the best!

Do not take your car here for anything! We were re ended and had to have the back bumper replaced. My car was at the shop for about a month, when we picked my car back up we had a bumper that had paint drips on it along with the bumper poped out on both sides of the vehicle. After showing them the issues they replaced the bumper but while waiting for the new one to come in, we found that our back trunk latch had been super glued back together, I had a seat belt completely detached from where it is bolted down to the frame and brake lights not working. We used this company because our insurance recommend them...biggest mistake taking my vehicle here. Very poor workmanship.

I’ve gotten my car repaired twice at gerber collision, wasn’t happy with either one. First time was minor and they eventually got it fixed. So, I decided to give them a second chance. Well the time has come once again, and I’m highly disappointed. After talking with them and bringing my car back. I was reassured it would be resolved but of course it wasn’t. Avoid Gerber Collision!

They did fine on the car. But I left my rental there and they said they would return it for me, i left a high speed charger and my Garmin in the the rental on accident. Called them when I remembered it and they said they didnt have it.

Took my car in on 6/17/19 for an estimate from my bumper needing repaired due to someone hitting it. It was just scratched in areas of my bumper and my plastic decal that came with the car at purchase was scratched. Tom T was the guy that did the estimate...at least thats who I was working with. Mind you I brought my car here under my insurance claim. Well upon me leaving, Tom told/explained to me what they would do...and in the midst of our conversation, I asked him about the plastic piece on the bumper. He said..Oh thats a decal that some cars come with and its just a piece that helps protect the bumper from being scratched...like if you have kids who jump in and out the trunk or your grocery bags ect. I then said.. oh ok... he Tom went on saying...they would take care of all that. They would take bumper off do the repairs, paint the bumper and put that decal back on..but it takes a couple of days for the paint to fully dry before they would place the plastic decal back on the car...but everything will be done like new when they call me to pick my car up! I said ok...and made my appointment to being car back in for the start of the repairs on Wed 6/26/19...Dropped car off...I seen that they called saying my car was ready for pick on Thursday 6/27/19..but I was in a bad area so I didnt get the message until late. Well I called asked was everything done, the lady said yes it was...ok well Ill be in Friday 6/28/19. Friday comes and I walk in let them know Im there to pick up my car..and the lady says that I would have to come back in 7 days because the paint on the car has to dry before they could apply the plastic decal on it. Well, then its not ready then..I said. I said I was told by Tom that they would do everything and never was I told that Id have to bring my car back in. With how I work that is an inconvenience for me...I have to see clients at certain times during my day. Well I then spoke to Tom, explaining to him what he told me at the time of my estimate...but now its something different! Being complete means all done and a person does have to come back. He then said well we have like 4 or 5 other people who have to come back in for the same thing. Well Im not other people and when you tell me something thats what I expect! Things went back and forth...my insurance company was called but because my car was drivable they wasnt going to pay for any more days for rental. But like I told Tom..what you told me was everything would be done and its not! So now I have to wait and come back for you all to place something on my car that I was told would be done during the process of you all fixing my bumper...Needless to say...I was very upset at this company...or should I say at Tom for telling me one thing, yet doing what he had said! The only thing ok out of this, was the lady at the front desk that spoke to me saying if she could get someone in on Saturday do finish it would that be better for me...I told her yes. Because I work Monday-Friday and I have a 2nd job that I also work so I really dont have the time during the week! So she said she would call me and let me know... Ill be waiting.

Not nearly as good as the shop who used to be there. They actually changed ownership during my job, i wasnt notified about it beforehand. It took 4 trips or so back to get everything completely fixed. They did a rather large job and it seemed like it would never end. They messed up the electronic controls on my sunroof (the buttons all did the wrong things) and scratched the interior when I took it back to get it fixed. They had to buff out a big scratch on my tail light they missed, and they mustve reapplied my bumper protector 3 times before it stayed in place. They werent even that nice to me when I had to keep coming back. Theyd been paid and didnt seem to care if they got it right.

What a great job they did on my chevy Silverado truck rapairs. Looks like a new truck. Hopefully I wont ever be in another accident but if I am Gerber will have my business.They told me 7 to 10 days to repair it and they had it done in 5 days. They had my truck cleaned inside and out. Very friendly staff. Thats why I gave them a 5 star rating. Thanks

Very rude and uninformative. They told us our vehicle would be done in 1 day and told us last minute that it wouldnt be ready in time and had to fight for a rental. Dont go here at all they are horrible 5 days for a rear bumper is ridiculous.

Was in a minor Collision Carstar came to my house picked up my car about 2 weeks into it called me ask me if I pick my car up from the shop told him I didnt know what they were talking about come to find out it was stolen from their shop the whole 2 weeks it was gone Tom insured me that it would be taken care Carstar was the one to make the police report when my car was finally found in Middletown totaled was a whole different story they brought the big guys in told me it was like parking my car at Walmart they were not responsible come to find out that left my keys in the ignition like they do all cars in the back lot so happened the cameras did not work the day my car was stolen
