Solid store with excellent staff. Slightly on the small side, so variety can be lacking in some categories. Parking is close by and always available.

New store but didnt bother about new carts, most carts are very old and or broken.

The store seems not very clean. Some of the foods were full of mold. I had to bring it to their attention.

Convenient location. Only complaint is that self-check out machine always asks for donations, and I need to click NO each time.

Deli employees incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. They refused to make one of their standard sandwiches without meat because they dont make special requests. Cool. Wont be back.

Super new store. Clean well lit, well laid out. Convenient under cover garage parking. Starbucks in store. Good fish monger and butcher shops. Extensive bakery but dont bother asking for help. Major language barrier and the staff is not at all familiar with theit products. Standard Giant Deli featuring Boars Head Brand meats and cheeses. Folks in the delli are still learning to efficiency cut meats cheeses and guage the weight of items without setting stuff on the scale (sometimes back and forth a few times which slooooows service down.) New Kitchen area has lots of premade foods and quick to heat/cook assortment of flat bread pizzas and sandwiches. They have a Cuban flat bread sandwich - but beware - the horseradish mustard is VERY spicy and for my taste, ruined what could have been an otherwise great sandwich. Unfortunately, all of these items a pre-made so there is no hold the mustard option available. As a new store, they are well stocked and well staffed. Four stars only because no Pharmacy, lack of knowledgeable staff in bakery and inexperienced (but trying) service dell staff.

I love how they treated customers at Starbucks. Especially, the girl in Starbucks who is very nice to me!!! I dont remember what exactly her name, maybe (Thuuy..??) I’ve appreciated. I will come back again so far!!

Weve recently moved to Fairfax, and this Giant had become my go-to. Highly recommended.

New(compared to one near my home) and well stocked.

This new Giant is really nice and beautiful. The employees greeted us coming in and leaving. A FIRST!I wish the Giant near my home were at least similar in the greeting part.

Overall the service and products are good

Its nice and shiny, but no Pharmacy and really small inside. When you ask someone for help, they need to know what you are talking about in order to help. I wouldnt hire anyone who doesnt know what Hamburger Helper is! Or put them in a position that they need to interact if they dont speak very good English.

Really a nice addition to the community. Clean and stocked very well. Prices are average but the sales are good. Deli service is a bit slow but overall Im very happy with this place.

Not too crowded of a Giant. As of this review the apartments next to this Giant have not leased out fully.

This Giant is great! Clean, well-organized, staff is efficient and friendly, customer service is helpful (especially Shirley on the phone)! They even have a farmer’s market and always have special events and displays! There is a Starbucks and the parking is spacious.

Very bright and clean, good discounts and ample parking.- 1 Star because of the built-in Starbucks that had someone very rude and condescending when I went, and gave me melted cream mush in lieu of a frappucino

Double check prices on everything, and watch the cashiers carefully. I ended up getting way overcharged on my last trip. Several items with sale tags rang up at full price, probably an expired sale that they never removed the tags. Then when my hand scanner needed an audit from the attendant, and she couldnt find anything wrong with my order, she started scanning the same item multiple times. When I called her out on it, she claimed shes been doing this for 40 years and not to question her. Then showed me her removing one of the items she falsely added to my order, but I didnt catch the second one she also added. Now Im probably listed in their system as a shoplifter after the attendant was the one to scam me. Sadly I missed all of this until I got home and checked why my receipt was so high.

Its not a full-size store, but it has most of what youre looking for. Its convenient, clean and the staff is really helpful.

The in store Starbucks made my coffee incorrect again. To be fair, youre not the only Starbucks that messes it up, many in the area either dont know how to make the drinks correctly or they dont listen to my requests. Please listen to the customer AND make the drinks like Starbucks instructs you too. Theres a reason theyre a world wide franchise, ignoring their recipes wont help your customer satisfaction scores.

I shopped online and scheduled at pickup, they were so backed up, I waited 20 minutes to be able to pick it up, when I got home, it wasnt my order. Im waiting to hear back from giant to see how we solve this. Meanwhile, Ive got nothing to make for dinner.

Employees dont know where things are located. After asking three Employees where I can find pedialyte I asked a supervisor since the Employees didnt seem to know. The supervisor showed me Gatorade and said this is all we have. So I walked around the store and found pedialyte. Im very disappointed that a supervisor would say they dont have something that they clearly did. I hope in the future if you dont know or not sure ask someone else instead of misinforming the customer.

Went there to have a look at the new store in our neighborhood. The place is big and clean. The staff are very nice. Some of the items are pricier than other stores, but still lots of good deals to be found.

The location is good and it was well stocked. I had a few questions for the baker but my questions weren’t answered and she wasn’t helpful. The second time I went there I bought organic lettuce and green pepper both green peppers were rotten inside and lettuce was old. I couldn’t tell because of packaging.

Terrible customer service. The bald headed middle eastern manager was really rude. I had a gift card with 25, and in front of the line they were telling me it has nothing(which I’ll add was pretty embarrassing) when I in fact did have money on the card.
