Edit: this used to be 5 stars but I should have waited until the rugs were signed, sealed, delivered because the devil is in the details and Satan is in the small stuff, etc., etc. Georgetown Carpet has a very big selection of both ready-made and custom-made carpets and rugs so if you cant find what youre looking for, its not going to be easy to find at all. The place was spacious, well-lit, clean and neat. I didnt feel like we were being rushed or pushed to make our choices. Here is where the rating went down. Make sure that you confirm the measurements with them - they changed the delivery time, and on the day of delivery, had the wrong size for one of the three rugs we ordered. They were able to remedy this somewhat although one rug was still half an inch off but it took a couple of phone calls, which was not great customer service. Didnt get apologies and wouldnt have gotten a small amount of money back (they couldnt make one rug as big as we had paid for) if I didnt negotiate for it. What would have made it better is if they apologised from the outset because they got their measurements calculated wrong and if they had called a few days before, not the actual afternoon of the delivery date. Stressful. ☹️

Marshall was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the carpets carried in the store. I walked away with two beautiful carpets that I will be enjoying for years to come! Definitely stop in and talk to the staff about what they have to offer!
