We had a wonderful experience with Kemper Carpet. We decided to install luxury vinyl planks on our whole first floor and we went to Kemper looking for a certain brand. They had different, comparable brands there and we ended up loving a sample. Hamed (Ed), the sales consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He allowed us to take the sample home multiple times until we were sure it was what we wanted. He came to our house and gave us an estimate for the cost of the whole project. He was honest and candid about the process. Scheduling the work was easy and convenient. The 2 person crew arrived early and worked very hard. They did a beautiful job and we are very happy with the result. Ed was responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. We recommend Kemper and would use them again.

We had a very good experience throughout. Associates at the store were very friendly and easy to talk to. The actual carpet installation was great. The installers worked all day and were able to finish the job in one day! I was very impressed. They moved our furniture around to install and placed most of it back in the right places. Very highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience doing a carpet matching installation with a new home we bought. Previous owners had replaced some carpet but not all and told us they bought what they had at Kemper. Three years ago, Tammy was a huge help in selecting flooring and carpeting for my basement three years ago. The installation went smoothly. The result is beautiful. Naturally, I came back to Tammy and Kemper Carpet recently when I needed new, large area rugs in my living and dining rooms. Tammy helped us select gorgeous rugs that look well together. She also gave us the benefit of her expertise regarding the durability of different choices. The rugs were installed three days ago. We had an overall great experience with Kemper Farifax in getting our hard flooring done! From measuring to installation (Jeremiah is a perfectionist), it was a great team to work with! It was a pleasure working with William as he simplified our options, answered all our questions and offered the best solution to fit our needs. Were so thrilled that weve decided to update the carpet in the rest of the house.

William was great to work with. He was very patient as I took several samples home (twice) before making my selection. I then needed to delay the installation due to my own scheduling issues but it was not a problem for Kemper. They were more than willing to work with me. The installation couldnt have gone better!! Marvin was great. He was very professional and his crew really knew what they were doing. I was expecting to be left with a mess to clean up after the installation. Not the case at all!! Couldnt be happier with my new flooring!!

Kemper was referred to me by two trusted friends and they didnt disappoint. Tammy is the best. She is so knowledgeable. We had a big complicated project and they handled it beautifully. No complaints. Exceptional service. The hardwood floors and carpet are perfect.I called Home Depot for a small project in my basement recently and they messed it up. I called Tammy to come to the rescue. I was kicking myself for. not calling Kemper first. Lesson learned. Kemper is the best.

Kemper Carpet just installed new carpets in our house all over the second floor consisting of 4 bedrooms a hallway and to the steps leading from 1st floor to second floor. We couldnt be happier.It was a delight dealing with the company all the way from Mr, Hameds first visit to give us an estimate, all the way through laying of the carpet,placing the furniture back from where they were moved to cleaning up after the work.This is the 3rd time we used Kemper Carpet for big jobs, and will do it again if we ever need more carpet work done.

Hamed Ghiassi (Ed) from Kemper Carpet is a consummate professional. I have used him and Kemper Carpet 4 times over the past 10 years for my flooring needs. We had a house with original hardwood in the dining room/hallway from the 1950s and wanted the kitchen (which was tile) replaced with new hardwood and have it all look uniform. They added new hardwood, sanded, and stained the old and new hardwood and it looked PERFECT. Also added carpeting to several rooms. Ed and Kemper/Piedmont flooring are very responsive no matter the medium -- phone call, email, text -- fair pricing and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.
