Rolando was super helpful and great to work with. He helped me feel comfortable during my experience in the store. I left feeling confident that I made the right purchase and I am actually counting down the days until my new bed arrives! I almost fell asleep in the store itself funny enough. Call i10 bed is great product and have control remote so you can put bed up for head and feet for rest with mild temperature, sleep better and the staff was kindly explain and knowledgeable.

Our Sleep Number Bed experience was wonderful. This is our second bed (after 18 years!) and the updates with Flex Top and support in the mattress are great. The two salesmen (Billy and Chris) were brilliant... very helpful and patient as we had a million questions. They were knowledgeable about the many options and really worked with us to select the best choices to meet our health needs. The products are great...but the salesmen are the stars! They went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Thank you so very much!!

On Yelp you will see very negative reviews. I can honestly say that like any organization, it all depends on WHO you deal with. Twice over the last two years I have had the most wonderful experience of working with Bill Payne. He has been with Sleep Number for years and knows his stuff. He is extremely helpful, polite and efficient. I live closer to another Sleep Number store (Frederick, MD) and the personnel in that store lack the knowledge and experience that Bill incorporates. So the recommendation is that if you are interested in a Sleep Number Bed, either contact or meet Bill at the Fair Oaks store. He will be very genuine in taking care of you. AND...He can do everything over the phone...you dont need to go in if you know what you want. Oh yes, we just ordered our second i8 bed...amazing comfort.

Had a great sales experience with Gary. Easy-going low pressure sale; respected giving my wife and I adequate time to think about the purchase. Was available to answer all questions and still have gave us enough room to discuss on our own. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a sleep number bed at the Fair Oaks Mall and couldnt be more excited. This review is not on the mattress but on the level of service I received from Bill Payne at the store. If you are looking for a mattress I highly recommend that you go see Bill. His warm welcome, knowledge and professionalism is what helped us to make this big purchase. We felt unpressured the entire time he helped us especially when I kept him past his shift (We didn’t even buy the mattress that day!). At the end we felt like family and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Thank you Bill!

Did not seem to want our business. We left the store to make a decision without the sales guy in front of us. Came back to purchase. Waited for the same sales guy because he was helping another couple. He knew we were waiting, but chose to help a couple that just walked in. We left the store. Never going back

I went to the Sleep Number store in Fair Oaks mall on Sunday, August 30th to look buy a sleep number bed. I went ahead ended up making a purchase of the iLE. During the transaction I tried to use the $200 bedding voucher with purchase of select beds. I was very disappointed to hear that the promotion ended on Saturday, August 29th. I tried to work with the sales man (brian) and his manager, but they wouldnt do anything for me on the voucher - in fact Brian was really rude and kept making incendiary comments in why he couldnt use the voucher. I explained that I was buying a $3400+ bed and I came in that day to use the voucher. They wouldnt do anything for me. Ended up buying and returning bed. Dont bother with these fancy blow up mattresses.

Excellent attention from sellers, exhaustive explanations, beds with many amenities, good terms for buying one. But if you live in a three-story house, you can not get a Queen bed because the delivery staff is very limited for that task. Its location within the Fair Oaks Mall, makes it affordable to a large public. Many places to park.
