First visit since pre-pandemic. First visit to this location. Checkout line was looong, but team was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the manager who came out to say hello to those of us waiting. Best of all, I found a PERFECT oversized area rug for our living room at a fantastic price!

Home goods has someGreat house decor for great prices. Everything is so organized and easy to find. The staff is really friendly too. They have only a few things of everything. And the quality of their products is incredible.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon and it was extremely crowded. They have one way aisles but no one was following that rule when I went and it was not enforced by the staff. This doesnt bother me that much, but if you cant stand that you might want to go somewhere else. Products are good, and they had a lot in the sale section during my visit. The staff here is so sweet too!

A nice store to grab a large assortment of decorations for your home.

This is one of my favorite spots to shop. Why? Because has exactly what you want to decorate your place and specially for good prices and quality! Now since the pandemic, it is well organized, attention and all you want for home but safe! Always great experience!!!

I Shop at the Home Goods in Ashburn, VA and I love going there. Home Goods is one of my favorite stores. They have amazing items.

BEWARE!!I would give this company no stars if I could. I purchased a queen size comforter set and two large sized could pillows, both of which had seriously gross things in them! The comforter had a rat pee stain on it and it still visible after four washes and the last of my laundry sanitizer. The pillows left my car smelling like mildew as well as my washer and laundry room. HORRIBLE. I called the store for a response and solution and got no answer. I also called corporate and was told that because I dont have a receipt I should try the district manager or higher up in corporate. First and LAST time shopping at Home Goods. Really disappointing.

We had an enjoyable experience at this location. The items were one thing, but the customer service was so great. The greeter/cart cleaner kindly greeted us when we walked in which was a pleasant surprise. The cashier at register 1 was so nice. Jesse offered an umbrella to my mom bc it was POURING outside. He also went outside to help us and some others bc of the rain, directing my mom to back up to the store so we could get our stuff loaded in. Then I saw maybe the manager I believe and she was friendly and did a little dancing to some music while working. It seemed like a great place to work and definitely a great place to shop!

I don’t understand why they don’t have more cashiers? Some of the cashiers are taking time, or the manager has to see and call a backup cashier.

Pretty good home stuffs, my husband and I were able to get a lot of home decoration stuffs at a great prices. Beautiful lamps, carpet rugs, curtains and miscellaneous stuffs. I love this place.

One of the most beautiful and clean places to shop. You know all women loves to shop even they dont need it. And they have kind people to serve you without waiting in the line go for it. I wish they were gaving me %10 of they commission.

Favorite place to buy home items,just because there are so many beautiful,unique,reasonably priced items. Things move quickly there,so if you see it once-if you have peace-you may wish to purchase...you see new things almost ever time you walk in because of the movement .It makes for a refreshing & inspiring shopping experience. One star down from five,only because every once in a while I encounter an item (in my opinion) that is overpriced.

We just bought a new house and we came to this store hopping to buy pretty much everything for the kitchen and our bedroom and bathrooms. WOW! they have absolutely everything you may need or think off. The prices are a bit high but in our opinion the quality was worth it. The staff reallly helped out to find all our items.

My new favorite place to shop all the cute things for my room and decors... GREAT STAFF! shoutout to Fariba and Saiyeda for helping me out so much. They are SO KIND and went out of their ways to help me pick the best items. Overall, great service and I loved it!

Terrible customer service from the manager to the cashier. I returned a rug and I asked him to please help me take it out of the car. No acknowledgment at all. Just pulled it out of the car and took it in. The cashier hardly spoke. It was as if they hated returns. Not even a thank you.

Homegoods is one of my favorite stores to goto. I have never had a unpleasant experienceat this location until today.I was trying to pick up a small two level step for my niece but it had alot of scratches, so I asked if I could get a discount for it. I was going to get the step even if they didn’t give me a discount. The cashier Holly was very snarly and mean. She said that I should haveasked her before she scanned it because now she had to cancel it and start a new transaction. I dont understand how I could have told her before she scanned it because she was at the register right next to where the line starts and she tried to scan the item the instant second I moved two steps to her register which was only a 2 sec step from the line. I dont understand why she had to be so mean about it and why this would be so difficult for her to cancel the transaction of the one item and rescan it again. Another thing was that before I went to pay for the step, I checked the price on the tag and the price was $19.99. She took like 7minutes to discuss how much discount they were going to give for the step.... the discount given was $.99 CENTS. Holly said that the step was $20.00 but they put a red sticker with $19.00 so I cant see the original price.Very unpleasant experience today 6/7/19

Bad service.I took a pair of lamps that I needed but the price tags werent on the lamps. After waiting for more than 20 minutes. The manager compared the price with another lamp from another vendor adding thiz price to the price of the lamps that I chose. I asked to look for the price in the system and his answer was this is what we have, take it or leave it. (It is not about the price, it is about the service)

This is a nice HomeGoods. Always clean and nice. Not junked up like some.

This is like TJ Maxx and Bed Bath and Beyond had a baby. You can pretty much fine all your housewares needs if you can sort through the aisle of stuff. Prices seem reasonable and what is with the ring bells. One would think it is herding cattle.

Bad customer service . Yesterday, March 22nd of 2019 I was buying a trunk and when I was paying, a lady with very bad manners told the person who was helping me to check for possible items inside of the trunk. She was very insulting. From now on, I will only buy online. I had enough of rude atendentes .

Bedding selection was okay; accents were very nice.

A lot of nice home essentials, but unfortunately not everything of great quality. Prices can vary from excellent to bad. Be a savvy shopper.

I am a Home Goods connoisseur, and I find that each location, in my opinion has more selections of a certain type of product than others. This location has a really nice array of furniture that I dont often see at some of their other locations.

So much to choose from. Always well stocked and friendly staffs.

Normally this location has always had great stuff and a decent staff. Today, unfortunately due to the lack of Christmas spirit, I had the most embarrassing experience. I had forgotten my wallet at home so I had graciously asked the employee assisting me at the cash wrap to hold the items for a few minutes while I go back to get it. It was obvious at that point that they had no patience with me at all. My home is about 5 minutes away so in total, I was back in less than 15 minutes. I waited in line (again) for another 15 minutes and when I came back up to the desk it was discovered that all my items were put back! I then had to get out of line, find all the items again and wait another 10 minutes in line to get rung up. Not a single employee in the store even tried to help me. I left the store basically heartbroken and embarrassed, on Christmas Eve. I’ve never been so sad leaving home goods before; I know it’s the day before christmas and the store is very busy, but it’s not an excuse to treat someone like I’ve been treated.
