This is the first time in my life Ive left a review online, but I am so deeply frustrated with this experience that I feel like others should be warned. First let me say I have minimal issues with the in-store staff - the actual shopping experience was pleasant enough and Donna was very helpful with answering my questions. The problem is that whoever they contract out to for delivery are incredibly problematic.First, you dont get to pick your delivery time - you can pick the day, but then they text you the night before with the 2 hour window. I scheduled my original delivery for a Wednesday because there was only one hour during that day I was unavailable - when I got the text Tuesday evening, it was for that time period, so I had to reschedule for Friday. No big deal, just bad luck. When the delivery arrived on Friday, the driver informed me that the base was broken. They brought in the mattress itself but had me go to the truck to look at the base and confirm that I wouldnt accept delivery of it (the box was open and wood was clearly splintered). Ok, these things happen. The store informed me that the soonest they could reschedule delivery for was Monday.The driver arrives on Monday, comes up to my apartment to look at where its going to be set up, complains about the stairs (included in the cost of delivery), vanishes for 20 minutes, and comes back up to tell me the base is broken and he cant deliver it. Weird that he didnt ask me to take a look to confirm that I wouldnt accept delivery, right?I called the store again, admittedly a lot more frustrated this time, and asked them to expedite getting a new one out to me. After waiting all evening for a call back, I was told that the soonest they could do was Wednesday, but assured that it would be first thing Wednesday morning.Its now Tuesday evening and Im being told Thursday is the soonest they can do, which will put me at 6 nights of sleeping on a mattress on the floor when the whole reason I bought the adjustable base is to help address issues with my back.Heres the thing - I understand that theres a lot in life thats beyond our control. When the sales associate says that my order is locked on delivery day and thats why its 3 additional days to get a new one sent out, I believe that to be true and how their computer system normally functions. Whats absolutely unconscionable to me is the idea that theres no possible way of escalating this. Is there no level of management who can pick up the phone and say get a new one on a truck tomorrow? And if the schedule is full is there REALLY no option to offer overtime to the delivery drivers to squeeze one more in?To be absolutely clear, my complaint here is not that there was bad luck with bases being broken. Life happens, problems arise. My complaint is that when bad luck does happen, theyre AWFUL at addressing it appropriately and providing remedies. I would never shop here again and advise everyone else to stay far away.

We recently visited this store not too long ago to purchase an upgrade to our bed as we just moved to a new location. We were fortunate to meet Donna, who was super kind, courteous, and professional from the get-go.She allowed us to pick which pillow best suited our needs, and we went one-by-one on the mattresses, testing which ones best fit our unique necessities and budget. She was so great to work with.In the end, we were given a great offer on a new bed, and she helped us seal the deal. What a great experience! Bought online, and apparently pushed to this store for fulfillment. Purchased a few weeks from our move in date to ensure delivery on time, by our move in date. Notified day before delivery attempt 1, delayed with an unknown delivery date. Rescheduled, attempt number 2 delivery for 8 days later. Today is the day before that date, second email received stating delay with an unknown delivery date was received at 6:45 this evening. Do I buy from someone with a more reliable delivery schedule which will now take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery? One more go, if there is a reasonable timeframe for rescheduling, then we get to cancel and fulfill elsewhere. Fun.

Excellent customer service was provided by a knowledgeable staff. I explained what type of mattress I needed and that it was to be delivered on Saturday. I selected the mattress I preferred and arranged the delivery l, paid and was out the door in 20 minutes start to finish! I highly recommend this location!

Firas, our salesman, was awesome. We had an issue with our mattress that we didn’t notice until after we signed the delivery papers, and he took care of it (Replaced the mattress) even though it technically wasn’t his responsibility anymore. Everyone at this location was very professional and courteous, especially with regards to masks and cleanliness during covid. The selection was good and the deals were great. The experience I had in the purchase and delivery of a new box spring was nothing short of outstanding.... but what made this experience even better was when I realized after delivery was that I was not able to get the box spring up the stairs. I contact the Vienna Virginia store explained my situation and that I needed to exchange the box spring for a split queen box spring set. At my age a decent mattress is absolutely imperative, especially after over three decades as a full-time dentist and professor of my craft. My back feels crunchy some mornings. No other way to describe it.The mattress that we purchased here has done wonders for my spine.The sales people here were far less bothersome than most and left us to try many mattresses over our several visits.We spent more than planned but my spine to thanks me for it.
