😕 They still have my car, so I will update my review once my car is properly fixed.Update as of 09/28/2021: I was given an estimate of two days to repair our 2020 Subaru Ascents rattling noise from the windshield. I am expecting an update on the navigation system too since it was outdated upon sale.4 business days later, I have yet to receive an update from the Service Management team to give me an update on my car. I know COVID backed some businesses up, but it mustve hit Farrish Subaru hard.Theres no way to write directly to the Service team, but you can write to Sales. Sales, of course, will call you back immediately. But, theres a hard cutoff for Sales-Service where they cannot give you anyone to talk to directly once you own the vehicle.
Great service so far, been there twice with my new car and both times have been taken care of. Very friendly and professional. Ill keep going back.
