I have worked with this Penske location since 2013. This is a very professional location, and the major location in this area. This is not a Mom and Pop place that happens to also rent Penske Trucks. To me, this is Penske. This is where the big trucks are, and where they all get worked on. These guys will get you what you need.Just for the heck of it I priced a competitor, Budget, and their price was almost $1,500.00 more for the same size truck, same dates, same distance. So, Penske all the way.

Trucks run fine..be sure to check if you have all the batteries needed to run all the functions on your truck..people steal them pretty regularly. Other than that great place nice staff

Staff at every Penske location I have ever gone to had been so, so helpful. Kind even. Moving is rarely a stress-less event. Having Penske on board is a guaranteed smooth exchange. Youll never see a dead on the road Penske truck... They are kept in incredible condition. Trust me, I have moved from state to state more than I care to admit! You will NOT be disappointed.

3 DAYS NOTICE TO PICK UP A SIMPLE 16 FT TRUCK FOR A ONE WAY TO FLORIDA.GOT THERE, DID WALK AROUND. BEFORE I LEFT I CHECKED TURN SIGNALS, LEFT REAR NOT WORKING, 45 MINUTES LATER AND 3 DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND I LEAVE.GOT CLOSE TO OREGON AND FINALLY CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THE HORRIBLE VIBRATIONS WERE NOT THE ROADS BUT TIRES EXTREMELY OUT OF BALANCE ABOVE 58 MPH. CRUISE CONTROL ALSO NOT WORKING INTERMITTENTLY.ON A TIGHT SCHEDULE.CALLED THE PLACE AND TOLD THEM.BOTTOM LINE; DONT ASSUME YOUR RENTAL WILL BE WORKING FINE JUST BECAUSE.IF I WERE YOU ID TEST DRIVE BEFORE PAYING. ODDS ARE ITLL BE A POS.ONLY AN AMERICAN COMPANY COULD BE SO SLOPPY.BEWARE!!!!!

The truck we rented was not available when we arrived. The staff could have called and did not. They caused a hour delay. Which caused us to miss our ferry. Up until this point our experience was great. They did give us a discount.

Rented out truck for a one way trip, had our housing taken from us, and drove the truck back. Penske helped us out so much and was so kind and understanding. Willl always rent from here!

Dont usually write reviews but these guys are by far the best truck rental place around Everett and the surrounding area. Newer trucks and fast service. They have lots of their own mechanics here as well. Seems like the Penske trucks are serviced and repaired here. Liftgate trucks. Flatbeds. Vans. Big 26 moving trucks. They even rent semi tractors!

I love these people, they are the blood it runs in my veins. My business is alive because of them.Their parking space sucks, sorry guys.

We service this location as one of our clients. We have not rented any trucks from them, but see how much the staff cares about the appearance of the establishment. Any time our employees have asked Penske staff for anything, they are always friendly and eager to work with us.

It has been nearly two months since we were supposed to take delivery of this truck and we still have pending issues. When we finally got delivery well after a month from original delivery date after returning it to the shop twice we found the trailer brake line was defective and the compression brake did not work. Now I am going to have to take it out of service to fix that.Due to rental, missed runs, repairs, my loss is approaching 10,000.00 dollars which is absolutely devastating to my small business. Then there are my employees who lost pay due to not having a truck to operate. This hurts people.What upsets me this most is the promises to help, and nothing, no replies, ignoring questions. Is this really the impression you want to leave with someone who will eventually need to buy more trucks and need more rentals? Is this the impression you want to leave with someone who is in a group of trucking company owners? I wouldn’t if it was my business.

The company and the people are awesome. I had a tire problem on my cross-country move, and Penske took care of it quickly, paid for my hotel room, and was careful to make sure I was safe and arrived without trouble.

Picked up a truck one morning and drove to Portland. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location in Everett near my in-laws.

Reserved rental two weeks ahead. They had it ready at pickup time. Everything went well.

Its ok, not really big fan did not overcharge me.

Really great customer service at this location, (and theyre cheaper than Uhaul).

Scammed. I asked to do a walk around to note any damage was told they already did that, just need to sign and your done. Returned truck in Exact Condition Recieved with big scratch along side of truck, I recall thinking, hope they notated that! Well they accused me of doing it and filed claim against my employer insurance. Very poor buisiness practice of a National Chain. Especially when my company is also a National client of thiers.

Pretty typical of a rental business.

My husband has truck in service, so we called Penske for rent semi truck they said they have one available but still in service till tonight, they said we can pick up at early morning tomorrow, then next day my husband went there to pick up the truck they told him the truck still in service they’re not sure will be done when! So my husband has to cancel the load. they’re not nice, we won’t go back anymore!

This process takes time budget at least a half hour
