Had a really great experience on Friday when I went to rent out a unit. Mary helped me with everything I needed, and then still seemed to find ways to go above and beyond to make the entire experience even more memorable! I’ve been stressed getting ready to move and I’ve never rented a storage unit before this one. So thank you so much for making it as easy as possible on me!! (: I absolutely recommend this place!

Mary(I think her name was Mary; Im going with it.) and Josie were awesome. Incredibly courteous and friendly, Josie greeted me, was very prompt in inquiring about my storage needs and made sure I had a Nutty Buddy and bottle of water to snack on. Mary was also courteous, friendly and prompt as she jumped on the computer to look at unit availability before her boss even finished asking me what size I was looking for. They are a great team and definitely worth an illuminating review.

Im am so pleased with Mary at public storage! I had only one unit available that was in the 10x30 size, but it would not accommodate my large trailer for unloading, so I asked if I could transfer to a new unit when one became available. It took a few months, but Mary called to let me know that one had become available and I was immediately contacted again by Josie to come in asap before it was taken. I showed up right away to find Josie working hard making the grounds look amazing and clean. Meanwhile, Mary was diligently, transferring me to the new unit and everything went smooth as can be!!! We have been using this Punlic Storage facility for several years and have not run into any problems. We used to have an indoor 5x5 unit and we recently changed to an outdoor 5x10 unit to accommodate more stuff.Its pretty easy to access the units and everything is pretty secure. You can download an app on your phone to open the main gate with your public storage account so you dont have to get out of the car. Otherwise, you will have to get out and enter your code to get into and out of the lot.There is some parking in front for when you go into the office. There is also plenty of room for larger vehicles to navigate the lot. We brought a trailer to drop off our stuff and had no problems getting in or out.The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The units are reasonably priced and there are often some good online deals to get them slightly cheaper. I would definitely recommend.

Love this place. Nice and secure. Josie is so sweet and super helpful. She helped us find the perfect unit. Would suggest anyone looking for storage to go and see her!

Here are a few things that youll need to know.1) Location: Its easy to get to.2) Facilities: Its clean, secured, and maintained well. It is easy to get in and out of each storage area. Most storage units are outside with lost of space for you to move in and out of your space.3) Customer Service. This is the MOST IMPORTANT item here.We had the pleasure with working with Josie. She was amazing! She we excellent. Smart, Fast, and Extremely Customer Focused. She made us feel part of the family when we were there. Regarding Public Storage 9011 Evergreen Way in Everett, WA: Josie and Mary are awesome employees for you. They looked after every need I had and were cheerful despite the Covid stuff. I was in Unit G025 and needed the unit to re-organize my garage -- so just for a few months. Yet they accommodated me perfectly. It was all easy to do and I really appreciated it. The price was also competitive for sure. This is a great location. There are several roads to get to the units and different pathways from my house. So if the traffic was heavy, I could avoid it.If traffic was light, it was swift indeed. Made my experience so much the better. Sincerely thank you!

This rating has nothing to do with the employees because they just work there and people need jobs. I was paying over $300.00 a month for a storage unit and I ended up with rat urine and feces all over and inside of my boxes. Some of my things were chewed up, thank goodness not too much of it. There was no food stored in my unit. There was a rat trap outside of my unit that looked like rats might actually be nesting in it, it was never cleaned out in the 5 months that I rented my storage unit. I made 2 different employees look at the mess and I was told to file an insurance claim. I was also told at one point that they were in the process of changing their pest control company... but it was not going to help me at that point. I have rented storage units from other Public Storage locations with no problems with rats but this has guaranteed that I will not rent with them in the future. I have pictures of the mess that they created. I had to wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes, which are hard to get these days, and then rebox everything again, which cost me time and money. Oh... I forgot to mention that after all of this rat mess and a hole in the ceiling of the unit, they raised the price too!

Its great for storing all the stuff you cant fit inside of your place. Staff was friendly and prices are in line with others in the area.

I need to clarify my three star rating. The girls that work in the office are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you stay on track with your rent. They deserve 5 stars in my opinion. My 3 star rating was given during the time when the Coronavirus started and the hours changed to closing at 5pm and at the time they were not forgiving late fees and still charging regular prices despite limited access. In the end they did wave a lot of the late fees thanks to the help of the on site manager. So Ill change my rating to reflect that. Office Staff still 5 stars Facility 4 Stars

Ive had a storage unit here for about four months now. There leasing rules that you have to agree to our little bit vague and hidden in the fine print. Some of the things that they dont allow you to do our kind of silly. I almost got 86d from there when I first got my unit. Cuz I was working on it trying to make it look nice and organized, when they came by and noticed that I had bungee corded the door shut so it wouldnt be so cold. Apparently that is against the rules. No warning or nothing, they just kicked me oxes the property until I could talk to a manager. I was able to resolve it now and its been fine since then.

The truth is that I been with public storage for 5 years ago since I lived in Tacoma then I moved up north to Everett and randomly I came in to this storage and even when didnt have those comforts like accessible drive code pad where you dont have to get out from your car or maybe other nice features that most of the new public storage has but something in particular that I havent had its a nice welcome a very friendly and trusted friendship that these two beautiful ladies the manager end her assistant manager since day 1 I walked in they treated me like if we knew each other for long time very until today I personally recommend this place to everyone....

The management team rocks! They setup Mom in her first storage unit, but we needed to change units and they swapped us into a new unit with no hassles at all. Now we have a safe, secure and dry unit for long term storage through the rainy winter months. Thanks for making it all work!

What a great place when it comes to storage they have all your needs at an affordable price and sales associates that actually listen. Telena is the manager and she went above and beyond expectations to make sure all my storage needs were met! The place is well secured and seemed very clean and tidy. There are MANY storage facilities closer to my home, but I will gladly drive out to this one just so I can recieve service from Talena. The facility is always clean and the employees are always pleasant to deal with. I have rented space with this location on multiple occasions and find it convenient and easy to access my belongings. Great for staging those holiday items you dont want kicking around all year round.

This place is great they have no hidden charges like most other places. There super friendly and they work with you just as long as you communicate with them which is super cool. There website is the coolest part you can pay your bill get all your payment history it reminds you of your next payment you can go on there and put a storage unit on hold fill out the questions and when you go into the office its literally only takes maybe 10 mins since you already put all your info online. I have had alot of diffrent storage units over the years and this place is by far the best and the best priced. I would definitely recommend this place

Was a pleasant experience... fast and easy needed a storage unit and the young lady that helped me was amazing and GOOD..!!!

Worst so-called customer service EVER!!! Somehow, we didnt qualify for the long advertised $1 first month rental rate, and our rates went up every few months. For a 5x10 unit, we initially were paying $92/mo (Jan18). The women in the office are awful to deal with. They acted like we were bothering them every time we walked in to have a face to face conversation. When our unit was broken into last summer, they flatly denied that it had happened, treated us as if we were lying, and accused me if being threatening towards them. Yes, I was emotional; I had just realized I had been robbed! Among the complete inventory of items taken were our BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND SS CARDS, hiking gear (including 2-way radios, hydration backpacks, LifeStraws) and an antique camera. Given the security of our identities were missing, yeah, I was upset to say the least and these women instead of offering an apology or condolences that it had happened, they accused me of lying and claimed that I was making them fear for their safety - as they accused me of not knowing where I had out our belongings and lying about it. They even tried to refuse to walk to the unit to put eyes on the situation because I was so intimidating. **I am 54 and 120lbs, was in shock and experiencing a panic attack.

The manager Amber at this location is so awesome! She has wonderful customer service. I had an issue which was not the properties fault, just a miscommunication. Amber not only solved my problem, but she was so understanding and listened to everything I had to say. I have to tell you that takes a lot for a person to give such great service like she did, when you get frustrations coming your way from multiple people a day. She showed great leadership and management skills. You will have a great experience at this property.

Both ladies here were great! So friendly and helpful! The units are behind a secured gate and great access to the freeway. They gave us a price nearly $30 less than the other Public Storage location half a mile away. Definitely recommend this storage facility.

Great service by friendly, hell staff. Prices seem about average. The units are nice. Im able to drive around with my extra long van with no problem. The one drawback is that the entry keypad is poorly placed so you have to get out to operate it.

Moving can be stressful. Amber went out of her way to explain the different options and did not pressure me to make a decision right away. After asking her a lot (I mean a lot) of questions I was able to make an informed decision. Cindy helped me get set up yesterday for my first storage unit ever. I thought I needed a 5 x 10, and had reserved as much online. When I saw the space I realized it was too big and she happily showed me a 5 x 5. The entire interaction was helpful and positive, I couldn’t have asked for more!

I travel a lot and so far this has been the easiest and most affordable storage I’ve had for both my truck and trailer, the staff is awesome and always there to work with you when needed! So far they’ve gone the extra mile with me and I’m very satisfied with everything here!

On a last minute scheduling, I moved from SD and was able to get a unit that was perfectly sized for my needs. I worked with Josie & Amber and they were extremely nice and clearly explained how the rent cost works which was incredibly helpful! Only one issue I had was I came with a large enclosed trailer and it was a little difficult to get in and out - but b/c it was my first time renting a unit maybe its to be expected that a large trailer doesnt typically work for maneuvering in/out of storage unit areas. Regardless, I had a great experience and would recommend Public Storage and specifically this location =)

Joke of a business, reserved a unit online and get there and they tell me its rented and try giving me a unit 5 feet smaller and 100 dollars more. Plus they raise their price every 6 months. Do not get a unit at this place, ladys in office are totally rude also

Great Storage facility,i signed up on 12-12-2017 for a 10x15 storage very nice unit with 3 doors and a light in the unit, big enough for my household goods. very friendly staff, the staff member that helped me name was O. very professional. i would recommend this storage facility to my friends and family.

Laura and Josie are AWESOME!!! first time Ive rented a storage space in general and they made it extremely quick and easy to do. The friendliness level is off the charts! I had even booked a reservation at a different public storage and went here by accident, but they were able to save me $5 a month on the space PLUS I was able to get an amazing deal by paying for the rest of the year (only 2 months left). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a storage space. But be quick, they go fast. So many people coming in and calling about spaces available

We got a really good deal on a 10 x 10 drive up unit for only $100 a month it is easily accessible from the freeway this location and the rates are the cheapest in town

This location was no exception with great customer service and the best rates Ive found. I highly recommend anyone for storage in the area to look into this location.

In scrambling to find a storage unit and parking space, Laura answered all my questions including going above and beyond to help me coordinate moving from another site and crunching numbers to help me find the perfect solution. I received professional friendly service when I signed up to have my belongings stored at this public storage. I felt they were looking out for my best interests and not just the bucks. I will be using there services for around 7 months and do feel confident that my possessions will be safe.

Tenant of over 2 years, but Ive had it, the RATS are back and the rent has increased by over 25% in that time, rats included!!!! It really doesnt matter that the staff is awesome and professional when the owner allows this to continue.

Amber and Josie were prompt in responding to my online application and when I asked them to call me back on Friday when I knew what my help would be they called me a few minutes after their office opened. Josie took me in right away upon arrival and made the process clear and found a unit that worked with my limited moving truck skills. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars was that it wasnt clear that I would have to add a mandatory insurance $11 was the cheapest rate on top of the regular monthly rate, which was not these ladies fault, but the online advertising piece regarding real cost of rental. Josie did make sure that it was clear that this was part of it before I signed anything or went looking at units. They are close and convenient.

I originally signed up online to rent a unit at this location, but after finding out that the unit wasnt climate controlled (something i needed), Amber and Grace were super helpful in finding me another location close by that had what I needed. They were very friendly and helpful!

Wouldnt service us after 530, was not told of the cut off. Even called corporate and they said they have to give us our unit we reserved up until 6. Got there and they told us we had to be there by 530
