Place is nice, clean. But I have been having the worst time getting a refund on the remainder of the month after I moved out. Called 3 times, and I keep getting a different answer every time or they take my number and never call back. Just because of this, I would recommend being cautious when thinking of renting from them. No one should be fighting back to get their money back

I got stuck in elevator 1 after hours and had to wait for the fire department to getme out. No apology from the manager, also there was water coming in my unit so they ground the floor at the door to an angle to ward off the rain water. The manager swore that they would place a barrier between my classic car and the grinding but never did. I only received a slight discount but after seeing how dusty the car was (and I had a window down for access) I was not satisfied! There are drugs at the nearby motel and as soon as I can, I will take my business elsewhere!

Lisa A was super helpful on the phone when I signed up. She even asked if I already had a lock instead of trying to sell me a new one!

Both Kandis and Nathan were great. They took the time to explain and show the different sizes and walk through how the whole process works. Great experience, the facility is nice, the staff are very pleasant, but, parking around there is ridiculous (no clear area to park and unload/load). Carts appear to be limited, so weve had to wait to get one.

This was my first experience renting a storage unit and Kandis made it so easy! I reserved my unit online, Kandis called me a few days in advance of my move-in date to see if I had questions and was happy to walk me through the process. When I went to the office, the whole process took 10-15 mins and I was set. I am very impressed with the facility, it is state-of-the-art, always very clean and extremely secure. I would definitely recommend Anthem Self-Storage to anyone I know.

I have to say this is the best storage unit facility Ive ever rented out of. Physically, its brand new actually quite beautifully built and spotlessly clean. In terms of price it seems to be in the mid-range compared with all the other places around. When I talked to them about some issues I was having with my job being affected by the covid 19 crisis, they worked with me to adjust my payment options and surprisingly spent quite a lot of time working it out to my satisfaction I was really impressed. You dont really see this kind of customer service at a storage unit place so wow I highly recommend them. Candice by the way is excellent!

I had never rented a storage unit before, Kandis gave me tons of insight and didnt even pressure me to rent from them. I chose them over other places for that reason, the fact they were the least expensive was just a bonus. When I return to get into my unit, I feel more known and treated better than from my own landlords staff.

Great security for yourself and your stuff. Your code is needed at the gate and again at the door or elevator. Over the years I have used 5-6 different storage facilities around the country and this is easily the best. Take a look at the gates and fence and youll see what I mean. Plus, the management folks are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Anthem.

We rented a Uhaul from here and had a great overall experience. Not only was the price better than most, it was a super simple check in and out process and Kandis was extremely helpful. The property is very well run and I’d reuse in a heartbeat!

This is a great place to store your stuff at. Its very clean and the layout is well-organized and the people who run it are extremely nice and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong by using Anthem whether your need is temporary or long-term youre going to have a great experience either way.

Update* I called and the issue was resolved! Kandice was helpful in the fix.I rented a Uhaul here and was lied to by thr lady at Anthem about Uhaul requiring insurance when I specifically asked. Online it specifically states uhaul doesnt require insurance. I will be calling for a refund on the insurance.
