Very disappointed... I needed a new bedroom set, they didn’t have the set I wanted in king size Brand new but the sales associate said they had a use one for $500. I didn’t really want a use set but they reassured me there was very minimal damage so I thought why not especially for that price. After 6 months, I started to think when is this going to be paid off since they we’re taking funds every two weeks automatically from my bank account for the last 6 months. I was told I still had a $650 balance, which didn’t seem right. I was told my set was $890 despite my contract saying the cash price was $536. I provided this agreement to the store manager and all he could say was that’s not correct, I don’t know why it says that but here’s another contract you signed. If I would have known I was paying $1800 I would of purchased a brand new set. Long story short, please pay attention to what you are signing and read the contact thoroughly. That was an error on my part, so I’m only to blame. I just paid the balance to get it over with but I will definitely not be giving them business again.

The friendly staff here have been a constant in my life for over a year now and Im completely in love with the entire experience. They always call when i have a payment due and expedite my payment quickly and efficiently. They have never been anything but amazing. Especially Hank! THANK YOU!

This is our very 1st rent-2-own anything. (We normally buy/receive as a gift.) Anyway, the staff were very friendly, despite how late in the day we came in, or how long it took for us to fill-out the paperwork. Also, they called before delivery, were on time, & still were helpful and courteous. I fully recommend stopping by to see if they have what you are looking for. Yes, sometimes, you end up getting something someone else screwed up. However, the salespeople go out of their way to make sure you are compensated. Thank you Rent-A-Center, for ALL you did for my family & I. Well definitely be back in the future, should we need anything else.

Ive been a customer at this particular Rent-A-Center for many years. I just did recent business with them and their customer service is impeccable. They have always done whatever they could to work with me in hard times and hard situations where I had to be days or two late on a payment. I just want to say a great big thank you to all the employees at this Rent-A-Center expecially Ben, you guys have been the greatest thanks. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was exciting to know that rent a centers are so popular up here in the northwest as I have had successful business with them when I was California. But this experience hasnt been enjoyable and quit frankly, some staff, particularly, the store manager Hank, are so friendly. I started an account to get a bed. The manager, hank was the sales associate that helped me get set everything up. Everything went well for the first couple of months until personal problems effected financial means. I requested an extension on payment cause I heard how well RAC is about helping customers and working with budgets. Hank was very patronizing to me and made me feel like my parent was scolding me and asking me to pay more money, to not only keep my account active, but keep my bed. I want allowed to pay what was owed as well as whats due, but also have to pay 2 weeks advance. Hmm, if youre a company that works with peoples budgets so they get the best product and services, why ask for more money than what a person is capable of paying? Read the fine print carefully folks and go through Aarons. Better products, more black and white, less gray, and much more professional decorum.

I recently rented a electric washer/gas dryer set. We received a electric washer and waited almost a month for the gas dryer. Then we were overbilled and when we went into the store to make a payment, they were somewhat like bill collectors (very rude). Again this month, I was called regarding payment and told the man I wiould call the next day. He was very courteous and is the only ethinic person working there... great customer service skills. I just called again the man answered the phone harrassing me about payment even though I made arrangements with the guy the day before. Do they talk to each other at this store? I kept saying to this man, I just want to make a payment. Do you want my money or not? I am only doing this temporarily until next month when I purchase my own. I would never rent from them again. Unbelievable that a company based on sales would treat customers so poorly. Learn some skills people... you are not bill collectors!

Ben is terrible. Staff knows nothing and the call every morning at 8th 10 days prior to due date. Stalkers not happy at all
