Deer π¦ and car collision. Just the hood and the latch needed replacement. Appointment was scheduled out for three weeks but the car was operational. I dropped it off at 10 in the morning and it was ready for me to pick up 1:30 the next afternoon! Pretty good turnaround time!!!Paint matches perfectly! They did good!
Estimate, schedulingand reception were very friendly and helpfully and expedient! Repair is still pending.
Trust them with your vehicle they are excellent. Our Mazda Miata was hit in a parking lot and was towed to Gerber Collision by the other persons insurance. They turned a scary situation into a great experience. The car came out looking brand new, check out the pictures. They even helped me with where rash. Thank you guys!
They had my car done before it was expected and did an amazing job. They made my car look beautiful, they also washed and cleaned my car and sanitized my car. Excellent job, great and helpful employees. Thank you.πππ
They first got the type of glass I needed wrong and after the day of the appointment, when the glass was supposed to have arrived, I had to call them and find out they hadnt ordered at all and were going to order a windshield instead of a quarter glass. Then argued with me about it which required another approval from my insurance. Finally they called me back a short time later wanting me to pay my deductible before they would order it. I told them no, you dont pay for a service before the service has been completed, they said its their policy. I said I was paying cash and they were not getting a credit card from me. They called back later saying they would go ahead and order the glass and I could pay when the service was done. By this time, I called my insurance and switched to getting my glass fixed by safelite. Would not recommend them for glad repair.
Most excellent & professional service! I brought my car in for repairs, and Gerber made my life easier: they coordinated with my insurance company for payment, and they communicated with Enterprise Car Rental to pick me up at their shop and to pick up the rental from their shop. In addition, my new bumper looks awesome! I am very glad I chose Gerber to work on my car!
Everything was great except they got the day I was picking up my car wrong in their system and when I came in I had to come back the next day since they didnβt have it ready. Which was odd, I guess it wasnβt cleaned up. And then when I had to pay, their system wasnβt taking my card, and was declining it even though there were zero problems on my end. It seemed like they were assuming I was the problem because they asked if I could pay with another method. They had me get on the phone with my bank as I suggested again there should be no issues. Of course as Iβm on hold with the bank and they are telling me there should be no issues and they donβt see my card was ran, they tried again and it worked. So my card was definitely not declined, there is something wrong with whatever theyβre using to run the cards and it was embarrassing for me. Thank god it decided to work. And then on top of that, one of my lights was out and the battery was not charged when I went to drive my car home. This was my first time having ever being in a car accident and hopefully never happens again as itβs never going to be a positive experience but no I would not recommend Gerber Collision due to the little things that did not inspire confidence. However, my car looks very nice, but again I have nothing else to compare it to.
Brought in my tacoma after getting rear-ended. They pointed out some stuff I didnt even notice originally. Got the truck back today and it looks great.
They are awesome. They treated me really special and got my little car, Trixie, back on the road in barely over a week. I hope I dont ever need to back. But if I need repairs again, theyll get my business.
What a magical team worker!! Im fully satisfied and happy with their service. I received an update about the repairs everyday, and my car was done perfectly plus exactly on time. I would highly recomment this place.

My wifeβs car was rear ended, and the bumper cover had a hole in it as a result. They initially quoted one day to repair, but then asked for an additional day to repair additional damage they discovered. I appreciate they would rather do the job right than do it quickly. Bottom line, the car looks great, Iβm happy with it, and more importantly my wife is happy with it! π
They dont do glass. Poor customer service, bad quality labor.
I am a faithful member of USAA for 20 years, used this company because it was their top tier referral company, that being said Iβve been waiting three solid weeks for my car to be fixed after an 11 day timeframe was given to me. I am in the process now of having them removed from USAAβs premier listing, they are currently under investigation
I dropped my car off for some minor bodywork on Saturday morning, and was told that it should be done by mid-week at worst. I was also informed that I would get updates on the progress of the repairs. Its Wednesday night now, and since I havent heard anything, I just decided to call. I know its past their hours so I was planning on leaving a message. However, when I called an automated voice told me the whole spiel about business hours, which I was expecting, but then the call was promptly ended without a chance for me to leave a message. I thought that perhaps the call had dropped, so I tried again and got the same result. As I have yet to see my car, I have no idea what the service is like, but the communication is poor at best. I will say though, as soon as I got off the phone with my insurance company when I reported the damage to my vehicle, I got a call from Gerber. There were quick to set me up for an appointment at least. Id just like to know when I can expect my car to be ready.
This place was phenomenal ! My husbands car was destroyed on both sides and they repaired it to the point where it looked brand New! I highly recommend this place
This facility has a focus on doing the best they can for the insurance company and not so much for the consumer.

This Gerber Collision is a completely unprofessional and incompetent establishment. Especially dont come here if its purely for an insurance estimate.February 18th:I arrived at my scheduled appointment at 10:33 AM. After filling out some paperwork, we go outside and the estimator looks over my car and takes pictures from all sides. After asking to pop the hood, I do. The estimator doesnt know how to open it, meaning they have no experience with modern BMWs (all they had to do is lift the hood). I ask if theres anything else needed and they tell me the estimate will take 40 minutes and that I can wait or leave. They said they would email me the estimate when it was done.February 22nd:After waiting for the entire week, I call them at 2:22 PM to ask what the status is on the estimate. The estimator claims to have forgotten to email me and says hell send it. I receive the estimate at 5:28 PM, a total of 3 hours and 6 minutes after I called.I look over the estimate and find several mistakes where the wrong part is used and the fact that its missing the estimate for the substantial hood damage. I send several clear pictures and descriptions of whats wrong at 6:14 PM.March 1st:By this time, I am concerned that I dont have an update on the corrected estimate.I called them again at 3:31 PM. The estimator isnt at his desk, so the receptionist asks for a message. I tell them that I need an update on the status of my estimate.March 6th:Im tired of being ignored so I call them for the third time in the morning at 9:53 AM. I stated that I need my estimate or at least an update by the end of the day. Nothing happens. Im forever ignored. Now its been a month since my accident and I dont even have an estimate.
I was a customer of Gerber collision and glass in Everett this week to fix my car. I have never been there before but I was so pleased with the work and the customer service. I will send everyone to them. Thank you so much and God bless.

They dont deserve even 1 star! I made an appointment for mobile windshield replacement. They said they would be here on Thursday and would call on that morning to set up arrival time. When they hadnt called by the afternoon, I called and they said I had been rescheduled to the following Tueday! I was not notified at all! I cancelled my appointment and will take my business elsewhere!
NOT EVEN ONE STAR IS DESERVED:My coworker got into an accident, took her car to this place that was approved by her insurance. The day after she got her car back, she was hailed down on the freeway, and some lady told her her back, passenger wheel was going to come off.... She she pulled into the Dairy Queen in Woodinville, and called me. I came to get her and noticed it was wobbling when I told her to go forward and back ward a bit... She called Gerber, they had it towed to them. She just got a call and they told her the axle they replaced her damaged one was bent, and that her insurance company will have to pay for a new rental car and for a new axle... UM NO! They put a faulty part on her car, they should pay for all that. She could have gotten hurt if the wheel came off, they put her in danger, and other people in danger as well.... If you ever want AMAZING customer Service, go to Absolute across the street, they are SOOOO much better that this hack job place! So now they will pay it, however their customer service there sucks.
Spare the details, would NEVER reccomend any of their shops to anyone period. Not saying this lightly, they were the worst company I have ever had the pleasure (not) of doing business with. EVER....
I went there with my truck to get an estimate but without an appointment so the nice lady on the front desk who scheduled me for another day. But in general, she was so professional and a sweet lady
I had my windshield replaced here, so really didnt have a lot of interaction with staff. But I did hang out in the waiting area for a bit, and they were very friendly and seemed to interact well with the customers that came through while I was there.
Picked my car up early got it home walked around the car and noticed the trim on the drivers door was installed wrong causing damage the cover on the trim. Took the car back to the shop and they said well the other side is bubbling so why should we fix the side that we damaged. Also had to take the car back multiple times to have the AC repaired.

Tried to get a quote from by calling, was on hold for 10 minutes 2 times (was hung up on first) then they say, we dont service washington? Im trying to call a location in my town..... what happened to calling and getting a voice on the other end?
Worst experience ever 6 months later my car still not fixed tons of excuses and lies I wouldnt recommend anybody to go there took it in there so they could finish fixing it and other stuff stops working ridiculous
