Connor and his team of Auto body technicians at top tier collision did an amazing job on my 1978 Corvette its like it just rolled out of the showroom in 1978. they were able to match the color exactly and the decals and all the original emblems even found a new bumper. The quality of the paint color match was perfect👏💯I would highly recommend their service whether youre doing a full restoration or repainting the entire car or just getting some fender bender fixed you can count on them too give you a square deal & top quality work. Connor made my experience so easy. My car was hit in a roundabout and it looks better now than it did when I got it new.I am very please with my experience here, it was quick, professional, and pretty affordable compared to other shops.I’m very thankful I chose Top Tier Collision and will continue to give them my service and recommend them.

We take very good care of our low mileage BMW 528 xi, and it is always garaged. So when we suffered two body damages to our car, we wanted them fixed back to like new condition. The most obvious damage was a dent and paint marring to the front left fender from a parking lot post. We also scrapped the low hanging bumper first on a steep driveway and then on a parking lot curb stop. The exterior paint is black sapphire metallic and we had been told by the BMW dealer this would be a challenging color to match and would require a paint shop with a bake cycle similar to the German factory.We took the BMW to Top-Tier Collision in Everett, and were extremely satisfied with the high quality repairs and paint match. We cannot discern any evidence of the body damage. And the paint on the front quarter panel and bumper match perfectly with the adjacent original paint. We could not be more pleased with the result.We highly recommend Top-Tier Collision for your body repair and paint needs.

Called yesterday for a quote on my tail light. Was immediately called back and was able to have the part in by today and they literally were done in like 5 min max. They were super helpful on the phone and very reasonably priced.

I wish I could give this company more than just 5 stars. I have wrecked my fair share of cars and have been to TONS of autobody shops and this one is BY FAR the best. My car looks brand new and they saved me so much money. I dealt a lot with Connor over email and he was so helpful and did way more than he needed to. After being rear-ended, I needed my 2017 Ford Expedition repaired. I had Top Tier provide an estimate, and they explained how they would work with the insurance company to make sure any non-visible damage was corrected. Their shop is clean and professional. Connor (owner) was great at communicating throughout the process. They did find additional damage (trailer hitch assembly) that the insurance company missed, and they made sure everything was fixed like new. All additional insurance approvals were handled by Top Tier. The process could not have been any simpler for me.My vehicle was ready when promised, and it was freshly washed on my arrival. The quality of Top Tiers work was perfect. Combined with Connors great communication, I highly recommend this business for anyone needing auto body repairs!

My 2013 F350 super duty was the victim of a hit and run in which the passenger side of my truck had extensive damage. I met with Connor Harrel and was impressed with the cleanliness of his shop and his professional approach to my issues. He worked well with me throughout the claims process and I was very satisfied with his estimate as to what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. I really felt like he was working for me and not the insurance company. We stayed in touch throughout the repair and i really appreciated that. We had a bit of a deadline to fix the vehicle, a camping trip, and his crew really came through to make that happen.In the picture below you can see the completed vehicle. The door, B pillar and side truck bed had to be replaced because of the severity of the damage.I am very satisfied with the work done to my vehicle and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Absolutely amazing service and great prices. The guy that owns the place did amazing work! I needed a new fully painted bumper for my G35 and he did a great job and it was fast! He also made it really easy for me. Got me a rental car which picked me up and then dropped me off. I also had an old fogged-up headlight and he buffed it out and now it looks new - free of charge. I would recommend this place to anyone easy!

In November 2019 I purchased a new-to-me 2010 Subaru. When I purchased it, I knew Id need the rear bumper cover replaced, so I contacted a shop Id used before and another one nearby. They were both fine, but their bids felt a little expensive and their calendars were so booked that Id be waiting 6+ weeks for my car to be repaired. I had recently noticed Top Tiers shop open up along my route home, so I decided it wouldnt hurt to get a third bid.Everything about Top Tier fits their name. Connor, owner, greeted me right when I walked in and I could tell right away that customer service really matters to him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. We talked about the bumper repair, as well as some of the other cosmetic issues on my 10 year old car. He recommended different options, but was never pushy. I decided to have the bumper replaced and a paint treatment (buffing of all scratches, polishing, waxing, etc.) applied to the entire car. After my initial meeting with Connor, I dropped my car off the next business day, and I had it back within a few days of my initial stop at Top Tier.Connors work proved just as good as his service. Unless you were within a couple feet of my car, youd think it got a new paint job all around. The OEM parts he used came straight from Subaru in Marysville, as he said that the fit is never quite right if you go aftermarket. Somehow, his costs were better than the other shops Id received bids from, and I have a feeling Connors work was better than theirs would have been, too. In addition to the work I asked him to perform, Connor also replaced some clips and reattached a lose trim piece free of charge.I never enjoy spending money to repair things, but it felt great to support the local guy who fully lived up to his business name. In the event I need auto body repair in the future, Ill go straight to Top Tier and nowhere else.

This place is top notch with everything they do. They repaired our 2016 Ford Focus due to a rear end accident. Went through entire process with them and had no questions. Everything was explained to the tee. When we picked up our vehicle it looked brand new. I would highly recommend these guys for any and all your collision repairs. Great job!!!👍

Connor was friendly, honest, efficient and detail-oriented. The shop is very clean, the business is organized and staff are knowledgeable. The clean waiting room with toys for kids was a life saver! Our SUV was repaired to a brand-new condition with a freshly detailed interior and washed exterior.We selected Top Tier after visiting several other shops which appeared less organized and were more expensive.
