Had my bike for two months . After 8 weeks and 250.00 l was told to take it somewhere else. I was under the impression that this shop builds high performance bikes . My bike is just a 04 wide glide. I hung around the shop for over a hour and the unprofessionalism said it all. I would refer this place to no one !!! Beware beware the businesses for saletheyre putting work out they dont care how its done

This shop is TOP NOTCH!! I found them today after the guy at Action Cycle treated me like dirt, and lost my business because of his rude attitude. I am from out of town and Performance Powersports helped me find a tire, and got it mounted on my bike when I was in a tight spot. The price was fair, and Shane and Leslie treated me with respect and listened so they could help me in my situation. I have friends and family in the area and will certainly be letting them know that they also should give their business to Performance Powersports. Thank you very much!!! Kindness and respect for your customers is why you are the best!!!

Great people, great atmosphere, great pricing. They run cheaper shop rates, and are in it for the love of bikes not just money. You can go in and relax, browse, chat, and never once get something pushed into your face to buy. Shane knows his stuff, and Leslie is the master of finding parts and deals. And above all else, they are honest. They will tell you if its worth fixing before they just take your money, they listen to what you want, not what they want to sell for more money.

Always had great service here, Was told by the owner of a bike I purchased that it needed a complete brake job. Took the bike in with that in mind and ended up with a $10.00 bill because all it needed was the lines bled and fluids refilled. Performance has worked on three different bikes for my son and I and we always feel that we were treated fairly and paid a good price, Tires were $100.00 or more less here than at the respective dealers for the bikes we ride. I had a bike dynoed there and the whole experience was outstanding!

Went in with a bottom end motor issue. Bought the motor out of his venom bike he bought. 2 years later and numerous screw ups, I finally took the bike home. Went back multiple times with oil leaks. Picked it up the last time made it to Newburgh. No power, backfiring, and running hot. Took it to a certified mechanic who showed me all the issues. Crack in case from starting it without master link in chain. (Amateur move) broke my water pump also. Coolant lines werent flushed. Thermostat bad. Wrong radiator cap. New battery stator and rectifier. Wont hold a charge. Odometer and speedometer dont work. Missing bolts brackets and frame slider. Find out that the motor he sold me had low compression pistons. (Turbo set up minus the turbo and management system.) Basically out 2400 dollars. (1000 for motor 1400+ to put it in..) And major oil leak!! Would highly recommend steering clear of this establishment...

Had new tires put on last fall and will keep coming back!! As a new bike rider I really didnt have the knowledge on what I wanted and needed for my bike. They asked questions to get to know me and how l wanted to ride like how far, how much, things like that. Most impressive part was they could have taken advantage of me but didnt. They didnt go to the top of the line tires just to make money instead kept it middle range and labor was a lot cheaper than other places!!!! Just local bikers taking care of local bikers with great service at a great price. For that you have gained a lifetime customer in me!!!!!
